This is my first phone. The employees here made my experience fun ... Great work! Both Mike and Tia were great

Went in to get a screen protector and was told immediately they didnt despite me looking straight at it guy working was more busy playing on his phone and listening to music idk his name but this happened on 25th of October so who ever was working this night great customer service I definitely will not come back here to this store again as this isnt the first I had rude customer service

Michael was so helpful in setting me up with my new phone as he always has in the past. He is a great asset to your company. I will stay with cricket due to the wonderful customer service I and my friends receive. Thank you

Michael was a hugh help after phone icons disappeared and all functions were mixed up. He was very professional and knowledgeable and motivated to help. The other male working that nite was just awful..not up front and I stood there calling out and he acted like he did not want to help. On my first visit. Finally a nice female came in with food and they left for the back. I came back the next nite as I had talked to Michael on phone for a day when he worked. To me he was a goid employee. The other person I would have fired.

I went to another location and decided to come to the Janaf location to see ifvthey could help me with my phone. Michael took the time to listen and helped to fix my issue with my phone. He also took the time to explain what was going on with my phone. Thus is my new favorite store

Worst place ever to buy a phone would not recommend. Spoke to someone named “Dee” she was VERY rude.

The people working were so nice and they definitely knew what they were doing AND they knew how to break it down and explain it to you so you can understand. Never felt so confident in choosing a new phone as I did today.

The manager Dee is very knowledgeable and helpful but most of all she was patient. And she took care of everyone in a timely manner being as though she was only personnel in the store. The worst part about the company, they give no perks or incentives to loyal customers.

Came to the store 4 times just to get service switch over to the new phone. However the manager Dee did in to solve the problem after being here 5 hours.
