I have never been in the shop and so only dealt with them online, Ive only had a couple orders and I can say they are a first rate business. Once I ordered a box of 3 tenor reeds and received 3.5, Jason sent me the new reeds and let me keep the old with no questions asked. I ordered a Bambu strap and it did not fit my body type and they took it back without any issues at all
Absolutely the best customer service, an incredible resource for any woodwind player for the sheer level of professionalism in sales/service/knowledge they provide. I was able to consign my Bassoon with them and find a home for it right away. Truly a great experience with great communication, having walked me through each step of the process it made everything a first-rate experience.

Oboe Heaven! I bought a brand new Marigaux 901A from this great place. Staff was helpful in buying my new Oboe. They let me try all of the 7 oboes i requested. I wish i could give 50 stars instead of 5. Definitely coming back if i need a new oboe, english horn, etc. and for any repairs or maintenance my instruments need. I recommend this to anyone that plays the oboe to check this amazing place out.
Amazing store ! I purchased my Moennig bassoon here and Nick was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable staff! Also very close to a lot of the NYC music schools, so perfect for musicians in school!

Poor, poor customer service. Over two weeks to get a box of reeds. Ridiculous. When you email them at the contact email they give you, they take days to respond. Also, ridiculous!
