Incredibile workmanship! My flute teacher is a professional player and told me about their shop. James recommended Straubinger pads for my Haynes flute repair and he was right. My flute plays like it’s brand new. The sound is beautiful! The tone is fuller, warmer, louder without forcing. If I wasn’t only playing in my living room I’m sure the sound would fill a hall. I barely have to press on the keys because they made the mechanism so smooth. I didn’t think I had leaks before but my phrases are longer and I don’t need extra breaths before the highest notes.I sent it by mail and got a text the minute it arrived. Shipping back to me was easy too. Highly recommend!

Two very profesional guys working in an accesible location. They both wore masks the entire time and we were able to be 6 feet apart. They also had the back door open to allow for ventilation when I tested out my flute for the repairs. I made an appointment by contacting them on the website and it was very easy. Very quick turn around time as well. I went to them since they’re certified Brannen technicians. My flute plays the same way it did the day I purchased it! Thanks NK flutes!
