Dont waste your time coming here. Theres nothing to see. I only saw one type of Vespa but with different variations of colors. The guy there didnt even leave the counter to show me what is different from each scooter. I asked him which one was the Liberty and that was when I found out there were no Piaggios at this location. I left the store with doubts about getting a scooter now because I realized I know less but it is good to know that I am limited about ownership of a scooter in NYC. So I will also save myself a trip to the Brooklyn store.

Just picked up my 250 GTS Vespa at the Soho location and can’t say enough good things about the speedy service, friendly staff and quality of the work performed. The Vespa was picked up for servicing on the same day I initially requested service, I received a call from Service Manager, Dustin, shortly afterward, who painstakingly went over the items requiring attention to bring the bike up to NY State inspection standards and predicted it would take a few days to complete the work. Next day, he called again to let me know the work was completed three days early and the Vespa was ready to be picked up at the Soho location which was much more convenient for me. Joe at the Soho location was waiting for me when I arrived, walked me through all the repairs and couldn’t have been nicer. These guys know how to deliver world class service that is consistent with what you hope for when you invest in a top of the line Vespa. I highly recommend!

My experience was phenomenal. I called Luis the sales rep First who was very helpful and gave me all the info I asked for then I received call back from Andrew the owner who met with me on Monday the day I was buying my bike.They were very helpful, clear and enthusiastic about bikes. I am still doing business with them and will recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to get a new bike.I bought the Dorsoduro900 2018 and I am very happy. Thank you!!!

I recently purchased a new sport bike from Aprilia of Manhattan. I didnt originally have the intention of buying a motorcycle from Luis (my sales guy), I was stopping by the shop to see the RSV4 in person as none of the dealers in the area I live carry Aprilia. The first time I came in the team was super friendly, and didnt give me a hard time for coming in without any intention of buying anything. Over the next several months I zeroed in on the RSV4 as the bike that was for me, and continued to communicate with Luis and the team over at Aprilia of Manhattan about my interest in purchasing. I found several groups that made a more aggressive offer on the bikes, but when it was all said and done they had some kind of game they were trying to play, to then switch and come up with additional fees that I would have to eat. Throughout out the process Luis and his team were very straightforward with me and never compromised their integrity in order to get me in to the dealership. Once I decided to move forward the process was a breeze they took great care of me, and I got to ride my new bike out of Manhattan on a beautiful Saturday. I am really grateful and appreciative for all the hard work Luis and his team made to earn my business. The next time I am looking for a bike I will definitely be going to Luis and the team over at Aprilia of Manhattan first.

I bought my first scooter, a Piaggio Liberty 150, from their Brooklyn location in June 2018. The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you, Andrew; thank you, James! Service staff even helped me load my new scoot in to the back of my Toyota Sienna. Brooklyn is a 3 hour drive from my house, but well worth it! A more local Vespa dealer didnt follow thru on my visit or inquiries.

Just picked up a 2017 Aprilia RSV4 RF. It was a pleasure to deal with Luis Lozada and the rest of the crew of Aprilia of Manhattan!! Everything was taken care of and I enjoyed the no hassle buying experience. Its what I have been looking for. I have been to many dealerships in the area and this by far has been a great experience. Highly recommend this shop. I worked with Luis and he could not have been more accommodating, knowledgable, and thorough. No hard sales pitch, no disappointments. Just a friendly group of people who do what they say theyll do and seem to genuinely enjoy doing it. Riding scooters is fun, these guys make sure buying one is enjoyable too.

Do yourself a favor...Never by a vehicle from a dealer which does not have their own service department on site, you are just asking for trouble. The service department for Manhattan Vespa is actually just another dealer Brooklyn Vespa ....so you basically have two groups of bike owners, from two different dealers, all trying to get their bikes serviced at the same place....its a disaster and will only get worse! Test it for yourself, make a phone call and tell them you need to bring your bike in for service and see how long the wait is! The manager doesnt respond to emails about service problems either. When you finally do get an appointment the parts you need will have to be special ordered, so it turns into a double service job. I had enough and took my bike to a dealer in New Jersey, traded it in for a newer model and now I get next day service, my bike detailed, as well as a loaner bike to get home and back again!

I previously had a vespa about 5 years back. It was old and rickety. I used it until it was stolen. Finally, three years later I decided to inquire about a new bike. I sent an inquiry. It was responded to about 5 hours later by Pete. I tried to be very honest about my credit, my knowledge of the bikes I was interested in and what options might make sense for me. Pete was super honest about the different products including accessories. He was professional, timely and made the process streamlined for me. I showed up at 645 and he had me out with my bike and the accessories ready to deliver at 7:05PM. His communication and efforts were very clear and I am grateful to have had him as my product specialist. I strongly recommend the manhattan location with Pete.

Zero customer service! Cant believe they let this guy, luis answer the phone for parts.I locked my scooter Aprilia Scarabeo accidentally inside the saddle trunk. I am the second owner of the bike and only have one key with a remote control ( now locked inside the trunk). I call Aprilia Manhattan and spoke to Luis and explained to him what happened. His answer was : we need the original black key and the scooter at the store, period.Well, smart guy, what is the other alternatine to that? Huh.. i dont know.Thank you for your help moron!

Summary: Their prices are x4 other places, service department is rude and they returned my bike with more damages!!!. The details. I took my Vespa for inspection and repairs to the Manhattan branch (which beware is the same as ownership as the brooklyn branch). My bike is 11 years old and is cosmetically beaten up (because cars in the city knock it over all the time). It starts first time in mid winter and is a great bike nonetheless. I dropped off the bike at the manhattan branch for inspection and service. I asked if they would let me know what work needs to be done, and here is the important part, what would be the expected trade in price. To cut a long story short (after me calling them several times and not getting called back by the service department) the quote came in at $1400. The average service parts for the bike for the past years has been $700. Suspecting my revelation of being in the market for a trade in had something to do with this, I asked my bike to be returned to the manhattan branch because I wanted second opinion. After another round of phone tags with the (rude) service department the bike was eventually returned to the manhattan branch a week or so later. However, the tail light was smashed and the broken part was placed inside the seat bin of the bike!!! They claim they received the bike that way which is a lie because if it was then they would’ve allocated the cost of fixing the broken part in the quote, which it was not. I took my bike to another reputable mechanic in the city and the total price for fixing the same problems was $344!! The cost of the tail light was $170. I would highly advise anyone against the manhattan and the brooklyn stores. Their service department is rude, they misrepresent the truth in order to get you to pay more (all these years I have been paying way above the actual cost) and they returned my bike more damaged. If you have no other choice then take photos of your bike before you leave it with them but the financial and ethical cost of alternatives is way lower than this place

I seriously love these guys, Luis, Crystal and James are amazing folks who make you feel like family. My Vespa primavera 150cc purchase in August 2016 was flawless and I couldnt be any more grateful than I already am. They answered all my questions and concerns Ive had regarding the Vespa and am looking forward to doing business with them this year again. They wont steer you wrong . Theyre very friendly.It would be a good idea to allow the Vespa or motorcycle you are interested in purchasing to be test driven so that you may get a feel as to how the vehicle handles so that it makes you feel more confident with your purchase. Worst service ever.I was driving my Piaggio scooter in Manhattan on a Sunday when I started to feel like something was kicking underneath, I stopped to check and found out that the entire engine was moving. It was too dangerous to drive it and I didnt want to make it worse than it was, so I googled and found this store, I first drove very slowly and ended up pushing it to the store but they were closed until Monday 11am.I parked my scooter in front of their windows, I wanted to leave a note but I didnt have any pen and paper so I planned to come back right before 11am the next day.When I arrived at 10:50am the next day and told them that I was the owner of the Typhoon, they all jumped at me to tell me that I should not have parked my scooter there without a note or a call (how I was supposed to call a closed store). Then after they called their garage they told me that they wouldnt be able to take care of my scooter before Nov 5th (1 month and a half later), I was ok with that but then they told me that they wouldnt be able to keep it until the 5th because they didnt have the space, I answered that I was not going to drive a broken scooter and then was told that I would have to find a spot to park (We are in NYC easiest place to park for a month and a half) and that I should make an appointment like everbody. (Next time Ill try to plan when my scooter breaks!) I left the store really upset, pushing my scooter. I had been thinking of buying a motorcycle to replace that scooter but I can tell you that I wont buy it there.I read their reviews: apparently they are really good at selling motorcycles...Just hope you wont have any issues afterwards, because you will be on your own.
