Walked in looking for helmets and ended up interested in their electric bikes . Very friendly staff and informative. Though I didnt buy anything Im definitely interested in test riding one of their bikes , if youre looking to check them out dont drive .... not much parking .

I stopped in unannounced due to an emergency issue that my bike (an old Honda) suddenly developed as I was riding through the neighborhood and needed immediate attention. I know from experience that lots of other places would use that as an excuse to syphon a good chunk of change out of me, but the guy in the shop was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed my problem immediately without batting an eye.They also have the most badass air compressor ever.Ill certainly be back when I decide to make the jump to electric.

So I purchased a charge tank from them and it was delivered to a dealer to be installed. However, the actual charger was lost in transit by FedEx. (Understandable) My issue began when the representative at Filipacci assured me my issue was priority, would get the part shipped overnight, and provide me updates on the process and tracking. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I still have no charge tank, I called Zero myself in order to get an update on the package, no one has responded to me with any tracking information from Filipacci, and I was not considered a priority. This situation is a fiasco, and I wish it didn’t play out this way. First ever owned motorcycle has been a disaster and I don’t even physically have the bike yet.

I ordered a Zero touring seat from them. Originally, we got a problem which was then rectified by the store. It took a bit longer to get my seat, as thr owner explained it, I hit the perfect storm with Zero being out of commission due to fires in California and the store being looted. The owner did reach out to me and offered to either refund my money or send me the seat. I wanted the seat and he got it delivered overnight once he got it, so thanks for spending the extra money on getting to me as fast as possible. He even included a hat as a way of appreciating my business.I have changed my original review to reflect great customer service. Why only 4 stars instead of 5? I sent a few emails and calls while waiting and did not hear from the anyone until a week or two after. However, since contact they were superb and I will likely do more business with them... After all, I get it. Being looted during uneasy times is not great.

Well I went there to find if they service electric scooters but because I didnt buy from them that wasnt going to happen .But i met a cool dude by the name Hue , after telling him what is wrong with my scooter he patiently gave me some ideas of what it might be . Since the company I bought my scooter from arent being very helpful in me resolving my issue am looking for help here in my city . But getting back to filpacchi they are getting back on their feet after they were looted . I have bought two Evolve boards from these great guys.The first was a GTX Bamboo AT and TODAY’S SECOND an GTR Bamboo AT.Wow!Both are amazing and my new addition is awesome.I wouldn’t have these great boards if it wasn’t for this great place and group.Can’t go wrong dealing with them.

My review based on an online order. Bought a lazyrolling armored hoodie online, received purchase confirmation and it was shipped out in good time. I’d give five stars but I left a voicemail before pulling trigger online to make sure they did have it in stock and ask a few questions but never got a call back.

Went in looking for onewheel accessories as it had them available on the site. First sales Rep said no, were all out when I asked about them. Asked another rep and he looked dazed and confused about my question. Then asked which model I was looking for. He went downstairs as if aggravated. Was able to get the last charger plug but felt like I had to pull teeth to get it.

I walked in the first week of Aug 2020 and the store was empty and completely deconstructed. They said they would take down the listing. This place is closed and storefront empty as of Aug 23, 2020

It helps that it’s the most fun and interesting store in NYC. I like Graig, the store, the staff downstairs and upstairs. You guys have social media game that gets people talking. Filipacchi as far as I know is also a foundation of various grass roots communities that make peoples lives more interesting. Let’s not forget the events put on and sponsored by Filipacchi. I feel like I’m forgetting something else to say 🧐

Everyone raves about the products they carry in the store but their customer service (if you are not making an immediate purchase) is horrendous. Bought an electric skateboard from them several years ago (Boosted Gen 1) and even though the company stopped any technical support of providing any repairs, these guys offered to help. Again, the offer was there but no follow through. Stopped in twice and spoke to the owner who assured me he would call his rep and see what could be done about my board with led than 50 miles on it in mint condition that wouldnt charge. Nothing. Then I decided to look into buying another board to ride and both times I stopped in, the controller for the board I wanted to test wasnt there but he would call me... you guessed it, never a single call back even after leaving two messages on his VM. Unfortunately, they have great WOW products but no actual product service!

I was in the market for a Boosted Board, but didnt really feel like waiting a week or two for it to come in the mail. Plus, I had never owned one and really wanted to try one out before purchasing. Through the magic of Google, I found this hidden gem of a store called Filipacchi and Im very glad I did. Its in a really convenient location, and the staff was spectacular. They had a number of boards on display that you can test drive, and the staff was really helpful in helping me find the right board. I walked out the same day with a brand new Boosted Board in hand and am very pleased with my purchase.

Amazing customer service. I came in interested in an electric skateboard but without much knowledge or experience about it. They were kind enough to not only let me test boards but teach me the basics of skateboarding since I was not comfortable on them. In addition, they really listened to my needs and recommended a much better board than what I had in mind. Their selection is great too. All in all, great shop, super friendly staff, and it’s no surprise that the movie industry works so much with them!

Such a unique store. Great modern and vintage items. Super cool brand on its own but other great brands too. Stuff from Paintball to Snow Shredder Tank. Really great staff, very helpful and friendly. Look forward to going back.

One of the coolest stores in NYC although fairly small to see portable transportation vehicles like electric skateboards 🏂& motor 🏍 bikes, as well as helmets & safety gear. The owner & sales staff seem to be pretty nice but could be a bit more proactive with communicating with customers throughout the store. Although, this could be just my subjective opinion and timing I was there, they could be very helpful usually, i was only in the store for 20 minn. I Would like to see more varieties of electric skateboards though 👍 really cool store though.

Just drove up from Philadelphia to pick up the Super 73 S1 Scout. Easily the coolest bike Ive ever ridden. Denise and the techs who assembled it wouldnt let me leave until it was in perfect working order and alignment. I absolutely would recommend. I would also recommend the Super 73. Awesome EBike.

Nice inventory, but staff lacks customer service, tact, and knowledge. Besides, you cant test drive or ask too many questions before they redirect you to the internet. Save your money, and sponsor the product directly with the supplier. I did, save several hundreds and lots of customer service!

The staff is very friendly and the selection is large but dont go here with just a few bucks in your pocket. This place is full of expensive/big boy and girl toys, from electric skateboards to motorcycles and all the excesseries to go with it. This is especially for the adults whom are still kids at heart.

Got a madmax scooter with faulty brakes. Brought it here to get them fixed and they did it for free. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on (just based off of the customer service). If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Ural Dealer and Cleveland CycleWerks distributor, as well as riding gear shop. Although Urals are unreliable (my brother-in-law wont ride w/out a tow-chain in the side-car), they are undoubtedly cool in an intentionally untechnical and unrefined manner... and I would say that Filipacchi commands that same ethos of cafe racer culture, without too much hipster pretension.
