The uptown wine source. PJ is by far the best wine and liquor shop uptown. Its as dominates as Astor Wines is downtown. If you live in Manhattan above 145 Street, this should be your wine and spirits shop.

Good deals but the Parking in the area is harsh. I suggest going with someone & double parking your car for a few minutes.

The price on liquors is best in the town. Staff awesome, quick and fast also very helpful bring it to your cars. Only downside is street parking. Sometimes it is very hard to get park may be not so, try to go on morning hours than evening rush hours.

It is so big and spacious. If you cant find it here, I dont know where you can get it. They have everything.

Their price are very good and they have a wide variety of wine and spirit, the line move very fast as they always have plenty of cashier available and have plenty of associate to help on the floor, one thing that I didnt like was to show my id to make a $15.00 purchase of a bottle of wine, if I was spending couple of hundred of dollar on expensive liquor I would understand to check my id for safety reason, but not when I buying a cheap bottle of wine, plus cashier would make you feel very uncomfortable when asking for id, I a big believer that it is not what you say but in the tone that you say it.There is not parking like most business in Manhattan, be very careful cause you will most likely get a ticket if you double park to go inside for a minute.

I haven’t found another liquor store like this. Their selection seems limitless and the prices are so good! It’s also spacious and luckily they don’t chase you around, they let you shop in peace.

Prices are SUPER resonable. I come here all the, my co-workers send me to buy them items from here. Sometimes they have surprise sales.

Best place to buy wine and liquor in the city. Great prices and the staff that manages the wine selections are knowledgeable and not pretentious. If you go in with a budget they will suggest the best items in you price range. Lately during the pandemic theyve had some discounts on select wine. We have friends in midtown and the UWS that plan to shop at PJs when they are in the neighborhood because the prices and selections are such much better up here.

I went to get some Baileys liquer and came out with that and premixed Khalua White Russian. I was so delighted to find that Khalua; they had stopped making it.The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable as well.

One of my favorite liquor warehouses, the parking is horrible so be sure someone is with you. They have great deals and carry Dominican liquor.

As soon as you walk in, they take your bags from you (ours were groceries) so they assume everyone who walks in is a thief which is rude and not very friendly.Then, we wanted some of the refrigerated wine. While there were multiple people who could help, they took their time. When we finally had someone help us, she just said “yes?” In a rude tone. It was harsh and not very friendly. When I went to pay, she asked for my ID as I put my card in and scoffed/rolled her eyes when It was too late.I’ll shop here if I really need something last minute but otherwise, there are some really wonderful places up in riverdale that I’ll go to instead.

Refused to take my credit card because they said it was a gift card. The card clearly said visa on it. worker than argued with us and cursed at us

I bought wine online and they cancelled my order. I called them to confirm my order and was told me bring ID with me to the store. I went to the store to pick up my order after confirming and they did not give me the discount that you get online even though I ordered it online. The manager would not come out from the back to even talk to me about it. I was a long time customer with lots of friends... NOT ANYMORE... They are bad business people. I rather pay a little more at a store that cares about their customers.

I’ve never been to a liquor store where they won’t sell you items. Went in looking for Weller 12 yr or CYPD , and other boutons which they had but the clerk said, “When inventory levels get low they owners don’t sell things, they hold it back, owner’s right.” They have a cabinet with Pappy etc also not for sale. I called to see if they had what I wanted and drove all the way there to find out that they won’t sell it to me. Also some prices were nuts. Mitcher’s small batch for $199, I get all day for $79.99. I would avoid unless you are getting common stuff.

Shop here all the time. Best price on wine Onlyand liquor. Only Trader Joes beats their prices but not by much. A lot of good drink under $10!

I love this down to earth wine and liquor store. The wine collection has a good price range from across the world. Some countries are better represented than others. Plus you dont have to go downtown to buy your wines. Wish they shipped for free in the same zip code.
