Nice little liquor store. Clean well stocked with many classic 12+ year old Scotch. Nice wine selection, at multiple price points. No beer or soda sold.

This place is good in a pinch, great wine selection and they have some harder to find spirits. However the pricing... Where do they get the price points from?My go to whiskey normally costs between 42-50$ on average wherever I have found it, regardless of if were talking about within the city or not. That same whiskey, was $100 at this store!! What!? Absolutely insane. Look elsewhere unless you have no other option in regards to hard liquor. Wine prices are a bit better but I dont know as much about standard wine prices to give a reliable statement.

Wide range of alcohol. I purchase here frequently. Some what similar in price with other stores around. I bump in here mostly because of location and staff are good too. They guide on request. Gin is my favourite and I keep a stock of it at home and I find variety of the same here.

Found 2019 George T Stagg here, and the price was (relatively) reasonable for how rare it is. Shop was quite nice, and the staff are knowledgeable, and helpful.

Would not take back a corked bottle of wine.I brought back this corked bottle of wine and was refused a refund because the wine bottle was not full. I explained we had poured two glasses but was told a full bottle was needed and that I should have tasted the wine before pouring. Nonsense and very poor customer service no more business here and advise all to stay away.

The customer service at this location is amazing. If your a local they will remember you of course and treat you like a friend. I enjoy coming here but I try not to come much. Self control makes the world a better place 😄

I was in a pinch looking for wine in Times Square the place is zoo with the crowds.Swung in, grabbed some bottles the staff was really nice helpful and actually enjoyed working there all seemed to be having a great time!This to me speaks volumnes about good management when staff enjoy working in an establishment.Very seldom do you see this! Tonight I saw it!

My first trip to the USA as a Londoner, and I find the strange taboo attitude to alcohol here is odd to say the least. That means that if you fancy a bottle of wine, youll need to go to an establishment such as this one. Fortunately the staff here are very helpful, even opened the wine bottles for me since I didnt have a corkscrew. The prices are high, but thats New York in general. Good spot

This is a very expensive wine shopIt is nice but it is outrageously expensive. You can expect to pay 100% to 150% more than the usual retail price of any wine at any other liquor store. I would just go to Trader Joes or any other store. Will not be going back to this store. The customer service is nothing special as both guys working there sit behind the counter and do not look interested.

Gorgeous interior ! Staff is super friendly and welcoming. I reckon they mentioned a venue upstairs which I briefly took a look at for wine tastings and private parties. When I say the interior is beautiful it really is.. Plenty of wines and spirits. Also they offer to look into wines (if you love a certain bottle and it isnt in the store)..which is relieving. AND they have daily tastings everyday from 4-9... which means I can taste plenty of wines and not have to blindly buy a bottle in hopes it would taste good...Recommended to all of my friends.

The folks Wine Wisdom have always been very nice to me, always ready to make suggestions. Decor is modern and bright, selection and prices are very comparable to others in the area, better than some. Good store.

I come to this store every single day. The cashier, Stephanie, will not allow me to buy a can of rose because it doesn’t “meet the minimum” for a card. At first she said there was a $5 minimum. When my total came to $5.99 she then said the minimum to put on a card is now $10. Then I asked her to show me the sign and she could not. I showed her the charges on my debit card for every other day last week that I came in and bought a can and she still refused to see me anything. Stephanie is rude and I would not want her working behind the counter if I ever wanted return customers.

Great wine shop! Located near Times Square (an area scarce in them), the store interior is modern, clean and well-designed (unlike many Manhattan wine stores). Wide selection of well curated wines, and the owner is friendly and very knowledgeable in helping you to make your selection.

As the name suggests, there is a focus on wine. They do have a few other things, but they don’t really have beer. The location is good and the store is nice. It’s not the cheapest around, but you pay for convenience.

Ridiculously Overpriced.I went to buy a bottle of alcohol that normally sells for $75-$85 anywhere else in the city. They wanted $120. Incredible.It is a nice space with lots of selection, but nothing remotely adventurous.There are plenty of other stores in the city. Save your money.

A boon for tourists staying in the area. Great wine selection, decent liquor selection. The staff Ive encountered were friendly and competent. Its pricey, but still cheaper than drinks at the hotel bar.

Seems like a fine selection in this wine store, and the people are very friendly and eager to help, but man is it Pricey. I guess thats the cost of doing business in Manhattan.

This place charges twice of the going rate for alcohol that every single other place charges.It is a absolute scam!This place deserve no business and no stars.My sister went it to buy something but when I found out the price I immediately told her to return it. She had not even left the store yet and they refused to refund the money.His answer for why the alcohol is so expensive: I only care about my margins.For someone whos business model is based on having repeat customers - they did an outstanding job a losing one.If your looking to get ripped off, this is the perfect place for you.

The worse service. Seller was super unfriendly. When I came to him ask about wine i was looking for , he didn’t even looked at me and was seems he gives a huge favor talk to me . Never go there again.

Good selection. Has great liqour choices. Sells hibiki and yamazaki. Has a fridge in the back for champagnes.

They miss label the prices and then try to charge you double at the till. Then they pretend that they are on the phone so that they don’t have to deal with you.

Not much to say since I got zero service from the clerk who seemed to not want to make eye contact or make a sale. Its no wonder its empty in the middle of the day in Midtown.
