Dr. Alison Hoffman changed my life! I can’t say enough good things about her and her staff. They are kind and understanding and most importantly great at what they do! I was having a lot of issues at home and at work due to my significant hearing loss but had put off getting hearing aids because of the cost. I was given different payment options, as well as, options for hearing aids at different prices. Don’t wait like I did because your quality of life will instantly become so much better! I highly highly recommend you make an appointment with Dr. Hoffman!

I saw Dr Hoffmann on Tuesday the 9th February 2021 and couldnt have been happier with my experience. She and her staff were professional and courteous throughout my visit. Dr Hoffmann was thorough and clearly takes pride in her work. Like most things in life there are always options but I wouldnt hesitate on recommending the Dr Hoffmann and the Advance Hearing Centre.

I was reluctant to go to my appointment today because of the pandemic, but all worries were erased when I approached the office. They purposefully scheduled patients far apart so no one was in the waiting room when I arrived early. Great care and CDC protocol was in place. I felt very comfortable being there and so glad I went. The staff (Elizabeth) and Dr. Hoffman exceed expectations in their care.

I had a great experience here. First, Advanced Hearing shares an office with wonderful Dr. Portnoy and his amazing staff. Working with Dr. Hoffman has also been a great experience. She is a really caring and super competent audiologist, nice to work with, upbeat and friendly, very knowledgeable, generous with her time, always willing to answer questions, very patient. She has really made herself available, even responding to my email in the evening. I cant imagine this having gone any better, and I feel confident it will continue to going forward. I totally recommend Advanced Hearing Center in Chelsea.
