Cool stuff but unfortunately the workers are not help much most of all busy with their cellphones great store poor service, very sad.

This was my first time in this store and absolutely love it. A lot of my favorite sneaker are there in the perfect color way. It is well located and the attention is very good. I recommend it 100%

Was here 2017 and finally back on 2019 they totally renovate the store till I couldn’t recognize it. And price seems to be higher than it was.

Although I didnt find what I was looking for, the staff was so friendly. They even referred me to another store to find the sneakers I was looking for. I will definitely shop here again.

Good customer service every time. However on this day, I went to buy the retro 5. My size was on display, the only pair left and Looked like someone had wore them. Normally sneaker stores honor the display and damage code with a 10-15% discount. But this time the manager decided to be very difficult. I let it go, but that was a very upsetting moment.

Nothing different ita the same stuff as Footlocker. The Store needs diversity in Product. There is more than Jordan, Nike, Adidas, Puma. Ijs

No one greets you there upon entering the store; the employees ignore you. If you are going to shop there, you need to find someone for help. Most of the rude employees there are making sure their nails are perfect instead of providing customer service.

Did some Christmas shopping and an employee followed me around and asked if I wanted to leave the stuff I was shopping for behind the register, I politely declined, he then proceeded to follow me to the line. Told me he needed to remove the hangers and as soon as it was in his hands he took it behind the register. I wait on line and when I arrive at the register, the woman behind the register turns around, removes her mask, starts to eat some snacks, talks to another employee and just walks away as I stand there waiting to make my purchase. I go to the next available register and point out from a sloppy disorganized pile of products behind him. After a slow transaction the same employee watches me as I exit the store probably never going to return again.

A+, there was always someone asking if I needed help and the store had a good sale going on

This place is another link in foot lockers chain, so they are also NIKE top heavy. Nike is pushed and promoted in all these stores while all the other band are left by the wayside.

A place full of AMATEURS. They have no idea what they are doing. Only one cashier at the register and the rest of them were just running around and chatting. No one at the store pick up section and I got ignored three times while I waited there. The customer services was horrible.

Cleanest bathroom that I was in yesterday! Staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. Ok of a selection. Being that its football season we were hoping to find more jerseys but we actually didnt have lick anywhere in the city.

Fantastic service, really kind and also knowledgable floor staff. Considering the location I was expecting a sort of time square quagmire store but I was really pleasantly surprised. A very good range of selection for men. The staff were able to guide me towards what I really wanted. Really didnt expect the experience to be so positive but well done!

The folks here are great, very friendly and polite too. They have a great selection of shoe wear and gear and at reasonable prices.

Had to pick up something to honor the lost of Kobe was able to get a Laker shirt. Happy with that, but Im still so very sad about the lost.

Honestly, its a great place to pick up sneakers. The only negative is how packed it is. Its right in the middle of times square so you can imagine the amount of foot traffic. However, they have a great team of very attentive workers who make sure to grab you any shoe you need among the bustle going on. If it wasnt for the fact they seem to run out of stock on the more demand shoes in my size Id give them a 5 star.

I went on Saturday afternoon to the Champs on Time Square.The one across from the Footlocker. I wanted to buy new Nikes. I was assisted by 2 amazing young members of staff a young lady called Kendri and I think the young man’s name was David.I apologies if I haven’t got their names completely correct. Any way I promised to give them great feedback on the Champs website but it won’t let me because I have a UK phone. They both will remember the loud English men. They were great and a credit to a fantastic store I highly recommend.

David the Manager was phenomenal. A wealth of knowledge and very friendly.

Great customer service. All workers seemed eager to assist.

All of the team members we encountered werent pleasant at all. Even when calling in to get info on a certain shoe prior to making the trip, they made it seem as though we were bothering them. Team looks like a younger crowd that enjoys themselves more then taking care of the actual customers. I will not be returning.

Shopping for sneakers in one of the busiest places in the world wasnt as easy as expected. Staff was mostly nice, but a bit uncoordinated. Ive had a better experience coming back for a second time though. Nice collection of NYC-branded Nike sportswear. Overall: recommended.

Great Selection of Adidas Shirts. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind although they do go insane due to the high traffic of people. I made one seller bring me out the same shoe 3 times and as long as you are compassionate, have a nice smile and are willing to help with the boxes you will get your shoes in 15mins tops.

The worst customer care service I have ever received. Purchased a soccer jersey with the purpose to have it sign by players, my receipt was later stamped as a final sale without being notified before purchasing, at the moment it matter very little because I was guaranteed that my jersey would be signed, however due to the terrible organization of the event I ended up waiting for hours and didnt even get a chance to see one player. I have already gone back and forth with customer service representatives and not one employee has been helpful resolving my situation. Customer satisfaction is obviously NOT their concern.

Staff are very nice, but they lied to me on prices ~ I dont know if they did it to just sell or what was the point, anyways line was long I didnt want to stop the line. So I decided to just keep it going. Just inform your staffs they cant be lying to costumers on prices.

Nice place, its a big place so it attracts plenty of attention. Stocked with the hottest sneakers on the market. Great place to get your favorite kicks. Thats if you dont mind the crowd and lines.
