I was captivated by this elegant and prestigious boutique that I went to earlier. It was full of colorful designs and artworks that could add some highlights to the clothes they sell. As I take a closer look, everything was in the right place and order. The salesladies were treating me so passionately and decently. To my astonishment, I bought thousands worth of clothes. After searching for a dress for a special occasion, I went to Vivaldi and got a fabulous, custom tux instead. Kelly was fantastic to work with - positive and fun, she really listened and got creative in figuring out what shirt would be best for the tux, how to line the tux, etc. I spent more than anticipated, but am looking forward to wearing it lots. My son and his beloved set a date for their wedding and I searched for a dress for months. I was looking for a dress that felt right and was flattering. I looked in every department store (more than once), boutiques, small dress shops, larger dress shops, on line...time was running out and I was freaking out. I went to one boutique on the UWS and was told that they had nothing for me in my budget. Finally I went to Vivaldi Boutique. I met Kelly and explained what I was looking for: black, simple, elegant and within my budget. Holly showed me several dresses and finally there were 3 that I liked enough to try on. I had not seen anything similar to these dresses in my prior search. Kelly was patient and took the time to pin each dress to fit appropriately. I sent photos of the dresses to my sister and future daughter-in-love who both liked all three. The next day I committed to one of the dresses. I had several fittings during which Holly was patient and supportive. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kelly and getting to know such a fine being. The wedding weekend was magical. I felt very special in my dress and received numerous compliments. Many thanks to Kelly and Vivaldi Boutique.

I live in Atlanta and Ceal went above and beyond making sure that I have the perfect Mother of the Bride dress for my daughters wedding. The shop owner provides superb customer service…I asked to exchange an item for a different size and when the item was not in the store, she contacted the designer who delivered it the next day. Such a great place.

My wife and I were looking for a great mother of the bride dress for our daughters wedding and we found Vivaldi. They were incredibly patient with us, showed us several different outfits, and always had great feedback on what they thought looked best. We were thrilled with the Marchesa gown we purchased.

I had to get an outfit for a wedding. Hating to shop, I decided to go into Vivaldi, which just so happens to be in my neighborhood. I can only tell you it was the most fabulous experience. My outfit is exquisite--made to order and altered to my specifications. I feel like a million dollars in it. Kelly is the most incredible salesperson: kind, helpful, patient and pure sunshine. Horrible experience getting my wedding gown through this place. For one, the sample dress fit perfectly but when they ordered it it came HUGE on me. I had to fly back for alterations which were suppose to take 1 week but instead they had my dress for a MONTH. I got my dress one week before my wedding and it still didn’t fit and the bustle was god awful ugly. I had to find a local seamstress to take it some more which such short notice, paid an arm and a leg, and the dress still didn’t fit like the sample size I had originally tried on. Spoke with the manager Hanz and the company wasn’t empathetic what so ever and wouldn’t even cover the costs of what I had to pay for after their screw up after screw up.

Be careful of fake reviews.))I never write reviews but this time I find it of great importance. Please STAY AWAY!David Trugerman is a liar and a thief. His sales personnel Ceal and Kelly are unfit, disrespectful and uneducated.I left a ‘deposit’ to reserve a gown and asked for it back before 24hrs as I found a better option. > The ‘deposit’ became ‘in store credit only’. They never gave my money back or a choice to reach an agreement.After infinite times of going to the store, calls and emails trying to solve, I kept being mistreated and disrespected with comments such as ‘You can’t afford this’, ‘You have to know how to use a credit card before spending’, ‘Mamasita’, among others.I finally took a skirt and 2 blouses using that credit. Check out in the pictures how they tailored one of them so you get an idea of the quality of their work. IT’S OUTRAGEOUS!I am very frustrated I didn’t read the store reviews before going. I am really sorry for others who had to meet this people and go through a similar experience. Go to Bergdorf or Saks where they won’t fool you on buying old and overpriced clothes.

If it does not fit, the professional on-site taylor perfects it.Go and experience it - walk in - Be greeted by Kelly, Hans, Veronica Ceal and David.With a hat fettish, I own (many) Vivaldi-purchased hats , whjich are one-of-a-kinds - and the envy of my friends.
