Loved it here! Got an awesome adorable tattoo. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Met the owner; he was so nice and funny. I enjoyed getting my tattoo here. I was a walk-in and their minimum was $100. Joe asked me my budget, helped me get a design going and it came out so cute! Definitely am coming back.

Called to ask if any of their artists have any experience tattooing people with tourettes. i’ve been looking to get a tattoo and i’ve been calling around to see if any artists have experienced that. guy answered the phone and asked who i assume is a manager or artist. heard him talking rudely in the background saying “wtf kind of question is that.” awful first impression.

Walked in randomly after getting inspiration while chatting with a friend at lunch. That’s when I met Fish. I wanted a rose, but wasn’t quite sure of the style. I decided to just go with it. When I sat in her chair and looked up at her drawings, I was very moved to see all of the flowers she’d previously sketched out. At that moment I knew I was in good hands - that the Universe had lead me the only person that could give me what I wanted. And she totally nailed it. I love my rose and can’t say enough good stuff about Fish. She was very patient as I edited size, shape, and placement. She executed in equal parts calmness and precision. She definitely came through. Thank you Fish!

My husband got his nose pierced here as a walk in. They give you the option of stud or hoop, which is nice. He got a black stainless steel hoop. The place was clean, the piercer was knowledgable and described the piercing prior to doing it and explained aftercare as soon as it was complete. So far, the healing is going great! Also, the price including tax and the actual jewelry was only around $55... a steal!

Good place! In a weird building that seems off but got my nose piercing there and it went great. The person who pierced my nose had their child with them but it did not prevent good work. Very nice staff and cool environment.

Walked in to get replacement jewelry and I ended up booking an appointment to get inked.. Love the energy and hospitality.. ill update after my appointment but so far, Im very impressed and pleased with my choice. (Ive been waiting over a year to find an artist to do my ink)Update: returned 5 days after and Abu, an amazing and patient artist attended to me. Tattoo turned out even better than I imagined. Healed in a week like I was told. Will be referring as many people as I can!!! I’m a big fan of excellent customer service 😂

I absolutely love this place. I went for the first time back in October 2018 and got 2 piercings done there and then got my first tattoo done by Fish there as well. It has such a good vibe and such a great experience for me and I recommend this place to everyone I know and I’ll definitely be returning to get another tattoo ASAP !!

Got 4 small tattoos by Rocky, extremely happy with them! He did a great job and it was exactly what I wanted. My friend got her first tattoo here and he did a great job calming her down and took his time getting it just right. Already planning to get more tattoos done by him!

I got my second tattoo here, a clean design of breaking chains on my ribs. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly, the prices were great, and the studio was classy and sterile. My artist, Yone, was amazing. He came up with a beautiful design, and was great with my last-minute suggestions and revisions. The tattoo was done quickly and cleanly, and he was very friendly and calming the whole time. Its been almost a week since the session, and the ink is looking beautiful and healing nicely. All in all a fantastic experience and Ill be sure to come back when Im next in NYC, maybe for my next tattoo! Thanks guys!

I was pleased with how friendly, patient, and helpful the staff is. My piercing is definitely a little crooked, but my piercer is also an apprentice and an EXCELLENT artist. I spoke with her a while about a different piercing and changed my mind last minute lol.Overall, Im happy and will return. I like the atmosphere! The shop is clean, quiet, and close.

I went to Infinity last minute on a Sat night, they closed at 10:00 pm and I called at 8:30 to see if they still had any availability. They said yes, I showed up around 9:00, and both my artist and the gentleman who spoke with me at the counter were extremely welcoming. I was assured by my artist that he wouldnt rush my tattoo just because they were closing. I wish I could remember my artists name, my apologies, he is from Nepal and extremely talented. We had great conversation while he did my tattoo. He asked me questions about the style and shading to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it to be, and offered his expert opinion when I asked for it. This is my favorite tattoo to date, and I will be back looking for another one from him. Thanks guys!

Great place! Got my navel piercing done. Employees were very kind only complaint is when I walked in customers were just sitting there waiting to be attented. Would be better if someone at least said well be with you in a second. Overall my experience was great; I would absolutely recommend someone to go to infinity tattoos. Also this place was very safe, they sterilized my navel and took the needle and clamp out of a surgical wrapper which was great. Also this place was fairly priced.

I just got my first Tattoo today at this place and it was amazing, Juliana I think that was her name, she was very friendly and funny, she is a crazy Russian! she did ART!!! she took some pictures of my tattoo! honestly she did a great work! it took her only an hour, and its a big realistic wolfawesome work i would recommend to go there

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Maybe there are different staff who are nicer, but the man who pierced my nose was rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. He started piercing my nose and coming towards me with needles without telling me what he was doing. He said rude comments about the earring that I had chosen. He did not put on gloves when he was handling any of the equipment, and he did not sterilize the equipment either. I will not be going back here for anything.

Dirty and rude. I wanted a piercing not a diseased infection. When I saw the conditions I turned around and left. No, it doesnt have to be like this...but more importantly, it SHOULD not be like this. Tbe place I got my piercing proved that. i worry all the good reviews are from naive kids or tourists out for a spontaneous tattoo or piercing and have no idea what they need to be looking for in addition to the design they want. Clean and orderly transmit the shopkeepers values. Not at this place.

I got a typical tourist tattoo (an Apple ) from Rocky. He took his time and did a great job. The lines are sharp and the color looks great. I love my tattoo so much and I will definitely be back next time Im in NYC.

I came in to check out the artist and the environment and possibly get a tattoo. I asked for a quick drawing from the small guy with the glasses to get an idea of how it would look. It took him a minute and it looked like something drawn by a child. That is when I decided not to get the drawing and the artist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am so glad I did not get this tattoo from here

I got a nose piercing there , and I didn’t like the fact that it took longer than it should have. Also , she just told me to use “hand soap and water” to clean it. if you are sensitive to piercings like I am, please use H2Ocean piercing cleaner. I was displeased that, she decided to take me (a walk in) over a client who had been there for hours already, on an appointment and who was clearly frustrated that she decided to take me instead of finishing his tattoo.

The only way a place of this horrific standard could stay in business must be from the tourists that are after spontaneous tattoos. I went to get a tattoo and the artist only put gloves on because I reminded him! The place stinks, the staff are rude and dirty and I urge everyone to stay away and goto one of the more authentic tattoo places in New York that will undoubtedly offer better quality services.The tattoo was not at all like what I asked for and am shocked that they can even call themselves a tattoo parlour. I should have turned around and walked out as soon as I saw/smelt the place and came into contact with the extremely rude and unhelpful girl at the front desk. I wish I had read the reviews before my visit and will be sure to do so in the future.

If I could give negative stars I would. Based on the good reviews I decided to go here yesterday (out of my way but figured I could use a good-rated professional opinion) to get a piercing (that I got elsewhere) looked at. Was there for 30 seconds, during which time the person I spoke with told me to take my piercing out or you can ignore me and wait 3 or 6 months and have an ugly face the whole time until I finally take it out. He said this without even asking about when I got the piercing, where, how I clean it, or even looking closely at it. When I suggested there might be another option he again told me that if I dont take it out Ill have an ugly face, and when I asked about possibly getting infected after taking it out he said Im no scientist about that. Ok, so then tell me why I was told to consult with you about the health of my skin and piercing? I am shocked by how I was treated and would suggest others avoid this place as well.

If you have a tattoo appointment with the one person that does piercings be prepared for the walk in clients that will interrupt your session.I made an appointment a month in advanced and took off of work and arrived on time. The piercer/ artist had to postpone the session 30 minutes into setting up and placing the stencil to go to another location as she was the ONLY piercer. Then the session got interrupted 4 times for walk in clients. A 5th person almost interrupted the last couple of minutes but I had to put my foot down.What would have been a one hour job took 3 hours. Very in professional and lack of respect for people with appointments.Im also highly worried about the hygiene practices in this establishment. The worker went back and forth between piercing and tattooing. I dont even know if she cleaned her instruments and hands between clients.

I went to get my nipples pierced recently and the man pierced one nipple completely crooked. I ended up taking it out the next day because I realized how drastic the difference was between the two piercings. He also wasnt very professional while he was in middle of piercing my nipples. I paid $70.00 for both nipples plus I tipped him. Im very upset about my experience with them. When you get a painful piercing you want to get it done right the first time, not have to take it out and get it redone by a different place a month later. Sorry for the rant. Im still very upset about this and its been a week.

I went there recently and not speaking too much English I found that he was not attentive to my request .. I returned the next day at the opening, I waited 15-20min, it does not was not there yet ... So I went elsewhere and do not regret it! There are others who want to work!

I went on the spot for a piercing, without an appointment. They did their best to satisfy me, I came back later in the day and I was very satisfied. Friendly atmosphere and great hospitality. Competitive prices, in my case, at a ridiculous price compared to what I would have had in Montreal. Travel souvenir!
