Originally I came here to get my eyebrow pierced. After a consultation, I choose not to because of my eyebrow structure and how the jewelry could migrate. The person could have easily made $200 but I’m glad they advised me properly. Before I had noticed a bunch of people coming here anyway and heard great reviews.

I went to this place for a helix piercing the one I had on the top I previous had. When I went there I told her I wanted a stacked piercing so that it would match on the top. She put my piercing in the wrong place and it doesn’t match the one on the top. And in the picture you can see that she let me leave the shop with blood dripping down my ear. By the time I got home and realized there was dry blood all over my ear. I have never experienced such bad service!! I do not recommend this piercing place to anyone. The lady on the phone reused to give me my money back even when I explained to her that what she did was wrong and not what I asked for.

I’ve never been in so much pain while getting a piercing. I have seven other piercings and three cartilage ones and they’ve never hurt like this. She kept squeezing the piercing right after she pierced it. Dropped the backing three times, took out the earring right after piercing. There was blood everywhere. I’m just in shock.

Came here after reading amazing reviews. Called ahead and was able to come right in. Carmen explained all the options to me and did a fabulous job with placement of two earlobe piercings. Everything was very santized and hygienic. Terrific experience.

Employee pierced my sisters ears here on July 9th and around August we started to notice pus coming out of it. And recently it has started to bleed even though she waited the 3 months to change out her jewelry. She used the saline spray that she purchased at the shop, everyday twice a day and Im just not understanding why this is happening please help.

Best piercing experience i’ve had. carmen took covid safety very seriously & everything was clean. it was my first cartilage piercing & hurt more than my others, but carmen could tell i was dizzy before i realized it myself & was super kind & made sure i was good before i went on my way. place is great & i’ll be back for sure

I came here with a friend to get her ear pierced and decided to get a tattoo Id been wanting for a while. The artist, Eric, was super cool and did an awesome job. The tattoo is a small triple spiral on my hand, and it looks perfectly symmetrical. I hadnt gotten a tattoo in ages, so I was nervous, but it didnt even hurt at all. From what I could tell, the woman who did my friends ear did a great job too. We were both very satisfied customers :)

Had a side rib/waist tattoo and it turned out great! Carlos tattooed me and the entire time made me feel at ease. He made light conversation, checked in with me as to how I was doing, and made adjustments according to my liking. I went for my second tattoo and my hunsband for his fourth, Carlos tattooed us and he was a real artist, plus a great music selection for u to relax while getting inked. I loved this place. Im definitely coming back for my third tattoo.

Ive been getting tattoos at Andromeda for about 12 years at this point. There is no better place to go. They always do an amazing job, and the only two tattoos I have that I dont LOVE were done someplace else. Mystical Mike took care of some simple tattoos for me, and not only did a great job, but also made the experience quick, easy, and painless.

My ear piercings are very uneven. They pierce with a ring instead of stud. My left ear is now infected. I probably could have had a better experience with a Claires piercing gun.

Went there for a tattoo with 3 friends. Eric took care of us, did all 4 of us. We spent a great afternoon. The tattoos are beyond expectations, 3 different style and he made them perfectly at a really afordable price. Eric himself was very pro and friendly. Had a good chat, time and tattoos! Cheers mate!

I highly recommend this place for your baby girls first ear piercing! Carmen did an excellent job explaining what to expect and she has a wonderful personality. The baby did not even cry! Everything is sterile and the earnings are made just for that baby :) they also sell the cleaning solution and she is very detailed about how to clean the babys ear for the next couple of months. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience for mommy, grandma and daughter :)

I shouldve trusted my gut and not gotten it done here. The piercer was stuffing her face and didnt even acknowledge us when we walked in. Her hair looked like a greasy rats nest. Why wouldnt I just turn around?! I got three piercings in my ear. One bled all over me, dripping all over my shoulder and clothes. One has keloids forming, and another one has no back on the earring, which is a ball that screws on! I have been cleaning them twice daily and taking care of them. I paid a lot of money and now have to pay more to go somewhere that knows what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS! My friend got a small tattoo that was done well, cleanliness was questionable though.

Ive found Andromeda to be one of the cleaner tattoo and piercing parlors in the city, with an impressive selection (and display) of body jewelry. The prices are reasonable, staff is helpful and theyll swap jewelry out at no charge.

Today,June 18,2016,I went to Andromeda to have a Prince Albert done. Tomorrows my birthday. When I went in, the gentleman at the door asked me if I was getting a tattoo or a piercing. I was directed to the back,where piercings took place. I was greeted by Natasha,the technician. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me,I made her uncomfortable because,I asked her how long had she been piercing? I,also asked her,what gauge she would use,as I saw,on YouTube,that 10 gauge was best to ensure the least amount of migration. She wanted to use the 12 gauge. She,basically,threw me out,telling me that I could go somewhere else. ..which,btw, I am completely aware of. I woke up,this morning with the full intent of having it done here. I,even called Carmen,earlier in the week,to ask about services and price. Needless to say, I left...insulted and disappointed.This is not the first negative experience Ive had at this establishment. I dont know if it is racial or poor customer service ability. Are they selective in who they service? I asked Natasha, if she was OK with what I was asking for. She stated she was. I dont understand. I would like to go back there, again...but Idk...

After my last experience at Andromeda with Carlos (4Five) I regret anything nice I spoke about him in my previous review. I will never be returning to Andromeda for as long as he works there.

I went on a Friday at 12 pm, I wanted to become a tattuaje but the boy was not and I ended up doing a pierced nose, the girl who waited on me and did Natasha, was very friendly at all times, recommended the q ring and letting me part of the nose, with piercing ring came out 49 dollars, and the minimum of 100dolares tattoos, which I think is great because elsewhere, being the 300dolares tourist minimum charge. Everything was fine, the place is clean and looks safe, would recommend and will go for my next piercings and tattoos. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
