I got here at 9:45, the door was locked. There was a guy standing at the counter that shook his head & mouthed were closed. I wish I had read the other reviews before walking 2 miles because this sounds like a regular problem. These employees wont make it far in life if this is the work ethic theyre being taught.

Absolutely, hands down, the best dollar store in America 🇺🇸. As we walked the aisles we couldnt find one single item that wasnt pulled to the front. This store was immaculate. I wanted to take pictures and bring them back home to show the stores in our hometown that this is what a dollar store should look like. If your on West end just stop and see for yourself. 💯💯💯💯💯💯

Great little store that had everything I needed for my short stay in Nashville. Parking wasnt great, but theres ample metered spots in the street.

Great selection and friendly service. I will return but only for select items. Though some things appear cheaper here because of their smaller size, Walmart prices are actually more economical. Nevertheless, small sizes are efficient for us college students.

Stayed at the hotel next door and needed to stock up on some basic items for our 3 day stay. Water and snacks. DGX had a great selection of everything. The store was neat, felt safe, and the cashier was very friendly and professional.

This place is alright but I recently had to do a private audit and their not so covert spying their employees did was not only annoying but downright entertaining.Thanks but Im not a bandit/store thief.

The best dollar store in town.extremely neat all the time. Items are always stock on the shelves, and everything is easy to find.Oh Let me not forget about the store manager shes extremely very professional, and takes very good pride on keeping her store clean. No complaints ever.

Im a site supervisor from Alabama we work construction and we go every I work alot of Tennessee area also but at 1 of my site The Graduate hotel we came in alot there many sub contractors and I can say this to b 1000 percent true that store is the cleanest ,most organized,stocked,DGX, Dollar general I have ever ever went to in my 46 years of life. When you have a bunch of rough neck construction workers saying they appreciate the cleanness of the store you must be clean I kno I loved it.keep up the great work give the staff a raise their friendly helpful and making the store look great

This is at a convenient location on West End. Free parking is available behind the store. Easy in and out.

Great, cheap store. The prepared salads are a little shoddy, but it’s what’s expected in a low-cost convenience store. The lady that helped me was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Promote that woman!

From out of town, needed a screw driver for my kids play pen. Found a good one for cheap but checking out.... had to deal with a lady on her phone (fine whatever) but she was complaining about her customers and how she doesnt get recognition on what she does.

This is a great concept for a store. I like the option to pay on the app, its really convenient. Its also in a great location.

This place is amazing, has everything I want, at reasonable prices. Def. has an edge to the design.. geared towards Millennials and College Students. The 1st DGx in the country is right here in Nashville, TN. 2nd location downtown on 3rd Ave... is ROCKIN! Both have exceptional service, very clean stores, easy to get in and get out when you need something.

How come the Dollar General store want to fire some one that work in the store for posting them getting robbed. It seems that the district manager or General managers do not care for the well being of their employees because for them to have a location in a crime invested place they should had security in the store. This person could of gotten killed. But they fire this black girl because she posted it on Facebook of what happen. What difference is it if the news reporter posted it on the news and internet and someone copy it and put on YouTube. This is Ridiculous. Was the person told before hiring that she could not post this? I think it is some straight up conspiracy to get rid of the person from the get go. Put some protection in the store. Are you that broke HELL TO THE NO! Hire Security to protect and give her job back. This is some straight up bull. Just seen the post.

This place is horrible as far as closing hours, i showed up in the pouring rain after checking the availability of the store hours. i then show up, only to find out the lights being off and the store being closed down an hour earlie. ive notified the employees of the store several times how this can be inconveinent to people. so if youre going to shop here, just know they close at 10 pm and not 11 pm.
