Did some shopping for chicken for a party. Walmart had the best price. I dont like that theyve pushed out smaller businesses or that they put some of their suppliers out of business by pushing prices too low. But they have started to pay better wages. They even now offer benefits to all employees working more than 30 hrs a week. Amazing what a shortage of workers and workers standing up for their rights does.

Hate walmart. Try with all my might to avoid them. My daughter needed something I couldn’t figure out where else to find it.

I have personally never had a bad experience with the West Nashville location. Despite the resurgence of Covid 19, D-variant, merchandise was more than adequately maintained and in stock and on the shelves; not stacked on skids in the back.

Didnt have what I went there for. They havent had gold fish food the past three or 4 times Ive been there.

Came in to cash a check and pick up some items, entered the left entry as you face the store, headed to Customer Service, where I usually cash my checks, but they have a Money Center that performs this service (larger store than the eastern location) thats located in the central register area.Check cashed, I turned to the front, again, and located a power cart to do some quick shopping, heading to the pharmacy area to grab a box of glasses cleaners for the car, then to pick up a curtain rod for my apartment.I got my shopping done fast and easy, then went to check out, and with the busy crew, actually waited longer to check out than it took to shop. They were working hard, though, and Im a patient man. They do a good job, were pleasant, and the shopping experience was enjoyable.

Olive Garden food has changed I ordered chicken Marseilla was not good at all. The salad great as usual. But my main dish was dry and nothing like it use to be. Will not go back there anyway soon

Im not a fan of Walmart anymore so I honestly only go there when I have too. Its just gone downhill the past several years in my opinion. Id rather buy my groceries and fresh fruit and veges elsewhere where they have nicer stuff! Plus, tent city around there kind of makes it very trashy looking.

I love this place, theres lots of selection of everything you could ever need. BUT, the lines are always long and they never have enough people working.So if you dont have a lot of time or cant go through self checkout. Id suggest to go somewhere else.

I have never had an outstanding experience at Walmart. On the flip side, I have also never had a completely horrible experience. They are consistently average across the board: friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, & cleanliness. Ones experience here, or any other Walmart for that matter, will vary from one day to the next. Their selling point that keeps people coming back is a wide selection of highly desired/demanded items for a reasonable cost and varying qualities all located under one roof.

Adam, in self-checkout, was wonderful. I would scan an item and toss by (scanner reflexes! Fast, but knew they’d registered). It accused us of scam a couple times that we could easily prove we hadn’t. Adam had to come over FOUR times for this machine; and was so incredibly patient and kind every time. He kept saying, “Do not worry, it’s why I am here!” He made us feel so much better about soaking up his time! And we heard so many people compliment him and his kindness as we left. He needs to get into the service industry with me; he’d be phenomenal in a restaurant world that can make him the money his patience is worth.

It was very pleasant. The floor associate in the fabric section is always so kind and helpful. The associate in the self checkout section very helpful as well.

Nastiest WalMart I have ever been in or seen from the outside. Shopping carts blocking several handicap spots, zero in store. Trash can at entrance and in both restrooms over flowing. Told greeter, they said “I know right, I went to the back it is so nasty”. I feel like I need to go home and scrub down and burn my clothes. I have even been in other countries and never felt this gross.

I have been working since 6:00 in the morning I wound up walking in for the first time at about 8:30 9:00 somewhere around there it was me my supervisor and another coworker well we got our food and we got out then we got back to the farm house and seen we didnt have a can opener so I went back to Walmart to get a can opener and as soon as I walked into the door the security officer tells me I need to leave Ive been in there three times. Said theres been people in there stealing so basically in her own words she accused me of stealing and being in there three times

For those handicapped they need to fix their motor carts. Shelves only stocked 1/2 way. Employees nice

This store was much better and well staffed only a year ago amidst the pandemic and now that things are much better, you can barely find any help. There is usually only one person staffing the help center as well as return section work long line. Also, the parking lot has many homeless people wandering around!

They are wonderful. My vechile broke down. They have been nothing but curious and understanding. Thank you so much.

Even though I’m closer to the Walmart on Dickerson Road I drive across town to the Walmart Superstore on Charlotte Pike to get my favorite Sundried Tomato Smoked Turkey it’s delicious and I could get the same on Dickerson Rd but they don’t have EARL who is main reason why I drive across town. Earl slices my Turkey thinner than one without shredding it makes perfect sandwiches and he’s so kind to do so! He’s a really nice guy that gives great customer service like we use to get way back in the day!! He never looks like he dreads serving his customers and he makes me feel like I’m his only customer of the day🤩 Thank you Earl😊

Dirtiest Walmart I have ever been in... Trash cans in both restrooms overflowing... Trashcan in entrance overflowing... A line of carts stretched across 2 handicap spaces right out the front door... I felt like I needed to take a shower when I left... Not impressed with janitorial in this place... ☹ I would have left zero stars but it wasnt an option.

My experience at Walmart was awesome! Found everything I was looking to get. Just moved into my new apartment and needed all the essentials. The girl, Tamia, at the register was very quick and loaded up the bags like I requested.

Couldnt find what I was looking for cause Walmart changes things around from place to place. Its right the savings place, got to the point of not wanting to go there any more, better to save my money and go someplace else than to buy Chinese junk, only if Sam Walton was still alive.

Walmart continues to dissapoint. Prices rising and service dropping. Slowly but surely all registers are being converted to self checkout. Lines 10 customers deep.I left a cart full of groceries in the aisle and left. Ill go where I am appreciated as a customer.

Walmart vision center is a good place to get contacts and a prescription after seeing their doctor even if you just are a walk-in with no appointment.... That is clutch. ( F.Y.I )They do not take Humana.....the great thing is ....If you dont have insurance , its no problem, Cash pay is an option but the price went up and its up now to the 2021 payment that is currently .....$110.00 for cash ,debit ,or credit card for ....(#1) full eye exam; (#2) - (1 pair )of contacts that day and (#3) a valid prescription which is good for one year to buy all the contacts you need or glasses from anywhere and youll be walking out the door with new contacts in your eyes regardless. Definitely not bad considering you can walk in and you can get seen the same day you walk-in as long as they can squeeze you in between appointments which is 9 of 10 walk-ins if you are willing to wait.

Its clean and the employees are always polite and very helpful, there is always a clearance sale, and very responsible prices. Me and My Wife shop there 3 to 4 times a week. Its Disney World to me.

This was the first visit to a Walmart in a long time that I actually enjoyed,. I mean a long time. I always hate when it comes time to check out, the lines are so long it makes the whole trip Terrible . I usually get to the checkout and get tired of waiting, and just walk out due to the long slow dreadful lines. ( Both lines). But Walmart in Nashville,u have given me a little hope that other Walmarts will see how efficient and very well managed, ur store is . The time it took me to checkout was about 3 to 6 minutes, and we were there at about 6:30 pm, generally a busy time.

Honestly it would not be bad if there wasnt so many homeless living in the woods and holding up traffic at the parking lot. There is also homeless working girls working the parking lot but there is enough roof for Bob tail semis to sit and rest

Great store other than the huge homeless city in the woods. You can most of the time have a nice family outing without a homeless heroine addict nodding out on your shoulder while asking you for money. They do a good job of keeping them at the entrance with their signs. But every now and then one slips though. Mostly though its my preferred walmart because its next to lowes and they dont play that sh**t. So I can do all my shopping at one time and shoot straight to target.

This Walmart is never ever been fully stocked half of what you are looking for will take at least 2 months to get there and then you dont see it for a week or more, and half of the employees will not give you the time of day much less help you pick something up! They need some kind of help with their STORE.

There was much more of a selection at this store compared to our local stores back home. The prices may have been a bit cheaper but not 100% on that. It was located near a Lowes and another strip mall. Location and parking were convenient. Better than most.

Go at the right time the lines are not so bad. Go at the wrong time and youll swear to never go back.

I got my Covid vaccine here. The Pharmacist was amazing! There was no wait and you can just walk in. The reason for the 2 stars is the Wal-Mart store. The door greeter didnt greet or acknowledge me leaving. There was a sign saying masks were required, however not enforced or offered. No hand sanitizer, no sanitizing wipes for carts. Trash cans were overflowing. I normally frequent the Hendersonville Wal-Mart which is SO much nicer comparatively. I was surprised.

Awesome. At least there is priority concern for customer check out. Store has greatly improved from my last visit in 2008. Highly impressed with changes.

Had to go to the parking lot a get my own basket. And the person at the door was telling everyone there are no carts you have to go to the parking. Lot

Lots of space and plenty of room! While some Walmarts are crowded with products that tower over your head and confuse buyers this one takes a different approach. Plenty of viable shelf space can be found and really cuts down on the decision making process. I especially liked how short the lines were and you wont feel crowded getting eggs or chicken. Theres even live in-store entrainment when a delivery of sanitizer arrives, people crowd around and start making quite a scene jumping up and down. I felt like I was at a concert! Someone was yelling Last stick of butter, Battle Royale!! Which I assumed was a new Fortnite™ expansion so its good to see them getting current game titles in. Overall a great experience that left me wanting to come back for more!

Looks like there going out of business. Many shelves empty . Also rude people working there. One of the worst Wal-Mart Ive seen.

I liked it and the staff/employees were very attentive and courteous..was a little hard to find automotive department because it was in very back left corner of the store, where my hometown WalMart(Dickson) is completely opposite and located in the very back right of thestore..but all in all a better store with more stocked items to choose from.

This store is the worst experience Ive had in a walmart in years. I took my disabled friend for routine shopping. My car was not working and we say in my car to try tot figure it out, the security guard approached us no less than 3 xs in 30 mins. When I left, I forgot a box of gloves I bought. My friend was still in line waiting to check out. I slipped on wet floor that had no sign up and sprained my ankle. I was hirting but made the half mile walk to my car. At that point I realized I left the box of gloves. I walked back the distance and they said they didnt remember me. So I went back to my car.Unable to walk without extreme pain now, I called customer service. The VERY RUDE woman at customer service wouldnt allow my friend to get the gloves with a picture of my receipt. Despite already speaking to them and telling them my circumstances, I couldnt park out front and just run in for them real quick,(the security guard let others but not me) so I had to make the long walk back inside, stand in the long customer service line and the woman at customer service made me wait while she filled out a form that Id come back for them. She was so rude that I told her that some people would find this beyond rude and possibly draw up a lawsuit over things like this, some ppl dont belong in customer service, it takes individuals with positive attitudes, which you, do not have. She replied by saying Well some may find it rude that you expected soecial treatment when we deal with a lot of very disabled individuals every day who dont expect special treatment. I walked away as she was talking. I had injured myself due to their negligence and I was being treated horribly.If I hadnt been in a rush to leave town I would have made this an ordeal bc of the way I was treated. Ive had to see a Dr and have a grade 3 sprain and had to use an ankle brace since this trip. An hour max shopping trip turned into a 3 hour, painful ordeal due their rude employees.

Lack of help. Needed something out of locked cabinet...had to ask twice. Very few checkers, no express lane open, u-checl yourself not open.

Very large store. Has groceries also. Very clean and never very busy. Perfect location.

Had everything I needed, my only complaint is that they only have 2 cashiers on such a busy day and long lines

I only stop here to grab a item or two! Its just very convenient for me. Security does patrol the parking lot. Sometimes youll see the oldest employee out gathering carts in the summer! Plenty of younger workers eligible for that task!

This is the worst walmart I have been to yet ! The bathrooms are nasty toilet paper from the entrance to the exit no hand soap at ALL!!!! # the lines are long long .... when you ask for the manager it takes 30 mins to come avoid this walmart if you can.

Always a decent place to buy groceries, and such. Not much problems here.

Went in for Hot Wheels and thin Oreos and was not disappointed. Their Hot Wheels section is pretty good, with a decent selection and variety. They also have some thin Oreos I can never find anywhere else.

I love It WalMart on Charlotte Pike in Nashville TN. The selection is different than other locations, and since its not as large, its more cozy.

Post-pandemic pick up still strong - experienced team that wont get you substitutes if you ask them NOT to (unlike Kroger, who brings me subs no matter what I ask them NOT to do, hitting my pocket regardless because who returns on a pickup order really)

This is in direct reference to the auto center on the morning of Thursday, November 5, 2020. Great staff! First, a mechanic helped me even though it was technically before their opening time. Then, after they had opened and the whole staff was there, they made the process of my buying two front tires completely painless. Great crew. Highly recommend

Went shopping for personal effects went through a regular check out line with all of my items bagged up as I’m leaving a security guard asks to see my receipt and I refuse because I have a lot of personal items that I purchased ,on camera and in front of atleast 3 employees he then proceeded to rip the shopping cart full of my personal property from my hands and take me back into the store , I was in a rush because I had my dog in the car so I relinquished my right to privacy so that I could be allowed to leave your establishment without being robbed of my property, I hope that these loss prevention tactics are worth it because I no longer shop at any Walmart and buy all my products on amazon it is a little more expensive but worth it knowing I won’t be harassed after shopping.

Out of many things on the shelves including, of all things, washcloths and towels! Store was very disorganized.

Very Scary Shady after Dark. There is a giant homeless camp visible from the road. We witnessed 2 having a verbal argument next to the toad. We have been going to this Walmart for years and we now go out of our way to avoid it at all costs.

The automotive department is the best. They are professionally trained. They knew exactly what parts my car used. (I Didnt have to wait long at all)
