Close early, so plan ahead. Long line every time I dropped in, be prepared to wait. Be nice to the cashier, they have non stop rude tourists. Great for essentials and snacks. Wish they kept 24pk water in stock, ran out during July every day I was there.

Pharmacy is terrible. I work downtown so thought I’d get my doctor to send prescription here. They said they didn’t get it and it was “lost in space.” I called my doctor, they confirmed they sent it so I changed it to Publix and got it in 20 minutes.

Creepy security guard likes to follow women around and take pictures of them! Never using this Walgreens again!

Rob in the pharmacy was amazing. I was visiting from out of town, realized I forgot my prescriptions at home (two of which I MUST take) and he was able to have them filled for me by the end of the day. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Thankful for their help!

Horrible management and employees.

Can find enough items for your office working time which you need to get by till go back home. But price are little higher than any other place.

There is an opening employee who is routinely a jerk to me and others. He is a black male cashier with glasses and aging appearance. He waves in peoples faces if they dont react to him fast enough, assuming that theyre still sleepy or groggy. This morning around 7 AM, I made a simple purchase not requiring much feedback. I was wearing earbuds and entering my card number, and he asked if I needed a receipt. I didnt react fast because of my music, but read his lips and responded in kind. Then when asking if I wanted a bag, he was smirking in a teasing way and waving in my face. When I criticized him for it, he only smiled more. This is the 21st century. Teasing isnt a tolerable thing anymore. I will point him out and complain until action is taken to make this man act respectful and not use the paying customers as his entertainment.

It has everything a regular Walgreens has.

Line was very long and I saw a cashier over by the photo dept. so I walk over hoping I would get the two items I have cashed, cashier told me photo only which I am not sure of because I work at Walgreens and at my store if the line is too long we help customers regularly over by the photo I don’t see what was the big deal it’s not like a had a cart full of items. Staff members should show more urgency towards the customers.

Most convenient Pharmacy for our visit to the area. Extremely busy. Long lines. Register employees barked at my son and warned them sternly to STAY IN THE LINE EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY ONE PURCHASING (sweet and polite son) and older (senior citizen) friend because in any other pharmacy they were allowed to come together with me to pay...NOT ALLOWED HERE. Perhaps theyve had thefts???? Check Google, thats likely. So I would keep my purse close here AND around town. Although Nashville is awesome, please remember it is like ANY big city. In fact the crime rate is higher here than most bigger cities with bad reps!!! Act like you would in NY.

I like this store cause its something good that person can find in downtown especially when you have no time to go to Walmart. Benadryl was good by the way, it really helped

Security guard came through telling all guests to get into a single line. Not an issue.I was directly behind the person in front of me that he had no problem with.I was in the Navy and went to public schools so Im relatively sure I know what a line is. One person behind the other.This was somehow insufficient. I have no idea what this guy was trying to accomplish by getting belligerent with me (um... I AM THE ENFORCEMENT HERE AND I TOLD YOU TO GET IN LINE) and putting his hands up at me.My next call, after the manager, is the security company concerning little man and his Napoleon complex.Regardless, I wont shop at this store again.

Horrendous customer service, excellent location. They are busy and they know it. The checkout staff seem to act like they are doing you a favor to be there. Self checks would be a great fit here!

This Walgreens is adequate at best. It’s like a drugstore - convenience store hybrid. They have all the basics but that’s about it. I’ve needed up here on a few occasions on multiple trips to Nashville and it is hit and miss as to if they have what you are looking for. Sometimes they just don’t carry it. Sometimes they are out of stock. The hours are also short so plan accordingly. It is the closest pharmacy to Broadway so know it’s here if you need basics.

Very convenient location for downtown, unfortunately they are only open until 7 pm!?!?! Would suggest to corporate to lengthen open times, as there is always a line at this location. Dont go here in a hurry, ie. lunch break. Located in the old Arcade downtown.

While all Walgreens are completely incapable of counting to 30, 60, 90 or any number in a timely fashion, this location also lacks the ability to extend common courtesies (examples include hello, thank you youre welcome). It was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life, and I regularly visit establishments in which customer service is a key success factor.Thank God I live in Birmingham, where it doesnt take an hour and fifteen minutes to count to 30 twice!

Convenience is what it is. I can come in and get my medicine and what I need while I am downtown taking care of business. Everyone there is always helpful and smiling.

My prescription was filled within 10 minutes. Very nice staff as well.

The pharmacist and techs went above and beyond for me . Great, professional and caring customer service . Thank you for saving the day !

I like I can walk through arcade walkway and go right to walgreens.

Employee blocking the aisle refused to acknowledge me when I said excuse me two or three times. You rarely meet people so rude or self-absorbed. There are quality employees here who dont deserve to work with someone like that.

Very long lines most of the time with only 1 or 2 cashiers working.

Very friendly staff. Nothing but courteous every time I go in. Even during the hustle and bustle of the lunch hour rush, they still take the time to ask me if I need help. Very busy from Noon-1:00PM, but they handle it with class.

Very limited hours. Make sure when you need something, its in the middle of the day.

This place is like a cartoon express!! Homeless people stand in front of the door selling homeless paper!! Its the same paper and news they had a month ago!! I dont go here no more because they dont do business right!!!
