The manager Jordan is absolutely amazing and has great customer service. He was very polite to me and my mother as he greeted us through the door and gave us speedy service at the register. I am grateful!

It was a restroom stop. Bathroom was gross but we were glad to have it. With three kids, cant be too picky

Can you tell me how you have clerks that dont know how to run the lottery machine or the cash register in your store working. When are you going to get competent employees.

The store sucks never open 7:00 am in a busy area and store not open dirty this location has went down

Pretty sure the gas quality here is lower than usual— after the two times I went here my tank emptied extremely quickly (checked for a leak), though after filling up at another gas station, the mileage was back to normal. My guess is that they mix more ethanol into the gas than other places.

Every day at Mapco is a pleasure. They have great and personable employees especially on night shifts and if youre ever in need of a light, they got you. Wednesday to Sunday 10 - close, Kevins on the register and hell hook you up with the works. Next time you need a cold 40 and a jazz black and mild - this is the place for you!

Used to think the place was pretty good --- owner seems nice and friendly. But three times now Ive gotten off shift and watched the staff standing there doing nothing in front of a cleaning for an hour sign. I sure wish I could get away with that at the hospital!!!

Called ahead and asked if they had hot dogs. Was told there were 3. They did not have hot dogs they had jalapeno cheddar wrist. Service at this one is rarely good.

Awful service. Charged for $50 of gas that I never received followed up with bank and they called this location and the owner was outright hostile. Whatever you do - DONT GO TO THIS MAPCO.

Best Jazz black and milds in town, not even a question. Nightshift dude Kevin is very charismatic and compassionate--great qualities for someone to be there for you while youre on a 3AM B&M run. The 24oz budweisers are also fantastic--brewed and canned in house. You could eat off the floor of this place.

I did not want to give a star but had to to leave a review..i am visiting from out of town with my child in the Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital. I came to this location to just get a gatorade and the woman at the register was the most unprofessional cashier i have ever met! She spoke to the gentleman in front of me who did not speak English very very unkind..rolling her eys and saying i dont know what you sayin..dang and saying i dont know yalls language and making him feel very unwelcome..and walked away with his head down.. Then i get to the register and i ask for an item and she again rolled her eyes and the. Midway thru my transaction she put a Register Closed sign..wait..she slamed the sign down and looked at the line of 5 guys behind me and said yall better not come over here,not speaking good english..ill get savage on yallI was so shocked. I could not believe i saw and heard this happening. I will never step foot in that Mapco ever again and will be speaking to the Better Business Bureau and other Nashville city councils about this location.. Zero stars

The cashier was very rude, her uniform was disgusting, she was stuffing chips in her mouth while ringing up the customers and handling cash, she never once made eye contact with any customer, if you asked her to grab anything behind the counter she immediately showed an attitude and drug her feet across the floor. I tried getting gas at 3 different pumps, none of them worked. I went inside and asked why no one had labeled them if she knew they wasnt working and she got an attitude immediately, got all loud and refused to ring up my gas. Her name was Derrricka or something along those lines, very unprofessional.

Went in got food was sitting in van and was asked to leave needed the space the guy said for him and his employees I have spent several dollars there bringing patients to Vanderbilt and children’s but never no more several other drivers are letting go also

The owner is obviously trying to save money because this place is constantly understaffed, every time I walk in the door there are at least 3 to 4 people waiting in line. Ive tried to get food on numerous occasions and its always a disappointment. First time I wanted a slushy, the slushy machines were not working. The next Time I went in for a hotdog, there were no hotdogs available. The next time I went in and got a large sprite from the fountain machine only to discover after I left that it was flat. Avoid this place.
