I love coming to this Lush! The employees are super sweet and helpful, I always end up leaving with more stuff than I originally came for. 🙂 I’ve been helped multiple times by Sam and she is the best!The only issue I have is that this location does not accept Discover cards in store, hopefully they can get this fixed soon!

Very nice and helpful staff! Some items are a bit pricey but they are high quality and in my opinion worth it. Would definitely recommend their fragrances!

Very nice small shop. The staff here is amazingly helpful and will for sure find what youre looking for or pair you with just the right bath products! Theyre operating at limited capacity right now due to the pandemic, but theyre really efficient about getting pickup orders taken care of so you can stop by usually within a few hours, wait in line, and they can bring it out to you in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend this store!

Excellent service. Went in with my daughter with a referral on the dream cream, and came out informed and very happy with my purchase. I even grabbed an extra bath bomb as well, after learning about a few that could help as well.

Very disappointed. I ordered a pick up order since I did not want to wait for delivery or have any delays with the delivery. I tried to pick up on Monday and drove 45 mins out of my way (I am not very close to Naperville). Lush ended up closing early so I was unable to pick up my order and then due to the weather, I decided against making that drive all the way out there again the following day. The day after, I went again to be told that my order was cancelled. I did not pick up within the 4 days. Now I have to call a number for a refund and spend even more time on this order. I love their products but this is a hassle. I understand why they do not want to hold products for customers but it would have been picked up in time, if they had remained opened for their entire business hours. I was never notified about an early closure (in fact google even said that they were open because I did check) nor contacted in regards to the cancellation of my order. They could have at least contacted me to ask if I still planned on picking up my order. I have always worked in the customer service field so I understand that things happen but they were not accommodating at all and were not even able to process a refund.

I came here on 11/7 in the evening and I had a really great experience with (I think his name was Steve), but I’m not totally sure. He was so, so friendly, helpful and kind. His kindness will definitely take him far :)

Always so kind and helpful when I stop into this shop! Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever had. The staff is always excited to see someone enter the store and extremely informative about new products and products that are on sale. They are ready and willing to make samples and demo products upon request as well as help you find the best products for your skin and hair type. When you enter the store they have you sanitize your hands so that you can pick things up and put them back without have to worry about getting sick. A very smart move for their store in these hard times considering most formerly interactive shops won’t let you touch anything now (for good reason) Every time I visit downtown Naperville I give this place a visit and I already can’t wait for my next shopping excursion, not just for the products but the kind helpful staff that keeps the place going!

The store attendants were enthusiastic and welcoming. I’m not very experienced with Lish products, and they were incredibly helpful with teaching me about the products and how to apply them. Come with questions, you can tell they believe in what they’re selling.
