Im here at 9:30 am and the doors are supposed to be open at 8 am. the lights are on, the phone call wont go through, idk whats happening but i wont be back here.

I called today and spoke with Sam. She went above and beyond to help me with my needs. I am so grateful that she answered the phone! Definitely an amazing employee! Thank you so much Sam for all that you do!

So upset with this store!!!! There was a scissor sharpening event and the scissor guy ruined my scissors. No one takes responsibility, except to tell me that scissor guy can try to re-sharpen them! There are chips and dings from shoddy workmanship why would I let him touch my scissors again!!! I do not recommend this store, and I will never shop here again.

In the description of the website it does say the store is wholesale for professionals. It also says on two LARGE SIGNS on the doors of the business that only licensed professionals can shop there. Maybe do more research before leaving a 1 star review. Its not the stores fault you cant read.Anyway, this store is amazing. If youre a pro, come on in! Theres always great deals!

Drove all the way here just to find out its not open to the public. Perhaps mentioning that in the name, or changing your search criteria so that you only come up when someone searches for professional shops only. How rude.
