If hundred 60 years still got good furniture

Hello, it’s me, the infamous couch slapper.For those unaware, me and my friends were walking around Naperville looking for something fun to do. We found this cute little furniture shop and decided to check it out. My friend’s parents were looking for couch and she wanted to help them out.We went in, looked through the floors, and came back to the first floor. We were waiting around for a moment for some of our friends to catch up with us.I decided to wind up and slap the couch (with around the force of a pat on the back to a buddy). I then walked over to check out a staircase that I did not notice before.After this series of events, an employee came up and very rudely asked me to leave. We did so immediately.My friends eventually caught back up to us and told us the staff were gossiping about how “bratty, spoiled Naperville teens were vandalizing their store.”I am very sorry if the staff truly believe I harmed their product. But in my, and my friends’ opinions, this action was clearly rude and undeserving.- Luke Behrends

Have multiple pieces from this store, all very nice heirloom type stuff at great prices. PLUS when Kate noticed some wear on some couch upholstery that I was just prepared to live with, she replaced it for free on her own accord- turns out it was a manufacturer’s defect. Top notch!

I just had my new couch and chair delivered and not only do I love both pieces, but I loved my experience. Kate was so helpful during the process of picking out my pieces, the rest of the staff was amazing too, and the furniture is exactly like I expected and prices were very reasonable. Anyone looking to replace a chair or a whole room of furniture should check this place out!

I was in town from St. Louis visiting family. We happened upon this place by luck and we were all so happy we did! The young woman who helped us was so kind and attentive. Great store! We now have another must go to whenever we are in town.

Wonderful quality, wonderful service, family owned and operated. This is a special furniture store...especially if you have become completely disenchanted with the poor quality and service of those big stores and specialty furniture stores here in the western suburbs. We have bought a beautiful twin bed, an incredible China cabinet and two sofas from Beidelmans and could not be any more satisfied.

Now this is what I call a furniture Store! Ignore the bad reviews, they are all haters! I came in here with my life partner, and I was treated fair and kind! Great service, great selection! I dont know who Naperville North positivity club is, but it sounds like a fake review...

Stumbled upon this place last time I was in Naperville and though I wasnt particularly set out to furniture shop that day, I was so impressed by their selection and genuinely helpful staff that I purchased an adorable chair and ottoman set. Much better experience than IKEA. Shop local!

I was unimpressed by the staffs management of the building. Despite claiming in a sign that the store featured 3 floors, we were only permitted to view the first floor. Maybe allow customers to view all floors as advertised next time?

They had a decent selection of furniture. However, my associates and I found their employees to be unhelpful and we did not end up making a purchase here.

Quality products and excellent customer service!

We ordered a custom sectional that was supposed to arrive in 6-8 weeks but we got it in less that 3! We werent even ready for it in the room and they were kind enough to store it for us until the floors were done and also removed our old sofa.
