Came here for an estimate based on previous reviews - high star rating and did not know what to expect. Jaime gave me a good estimate to do some body work and some other minor work and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend One Stop as the work was done quickly and at a great price.

One Stop Auto definitely lives up to its name.Top service on anything and everything that could possibly be wrong with your vehicle. I have a 2006 Lincoln navigator. I was told I needed to have it fixed right away over 4000$ to keep it on the road. I was in tears please dont look any further Jamie took care of brakes, suspension, and a lot more to make sure I was safe. I couldnt be more happy with his service. The Mechanic there are very dependable. Sent my Acura MDX, it was fixed in few days, with no problems now. I needed brake lines, brake pads, rotor, and front windshield. All fixed for a reasonable price. I highly recommend One Stop Auto to anyone.

In the summer I made the suspension for them on the honda crv, they extended the time for three weeks and after their repair they did it very badly I went and I repaired elsewhere. I do not recommend this shop are non-professionals

Hi,I wanted to get my Alternator and Battery replaced. These guys gave me a decent quote. I had my car towed to their shop and they fixed the car in 3 hrs. You know what they did some extra things on the car- engine oil replace, fixed front bonnet screws and a under car screws .They put all heart in the effort. Must recommend for auto fix.

You cant find auto mechanics like Jaime anymore. He is the last of his kind. EXCELLENT mechanic, but more than that... Youre never made to feel like just a customer. He installed a WHOLE NEW ENGINE in my SUV. Its been a month and hes still checking in on me to see how everything is running with the vehicle. Who does that?? Ive NEVER feared being taken advantage of in pricing or service. Im so grateful to have found him and would EASILY recommend him to anyone.

Great customer service. I called 3 other auto shops to install a window regulator on my Ford Fusion. All the other shops refused to install a part that I purchased. One Stop Auto repair agreed to install the part on my car and gave me a quote for $ and how long it would take. The repair took even less time than what they quoted me. My cars window works great! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are honest, well rounded workers who get the job done and have you in good hands. Excellent repair shop with affordable service prices in Naperville area. I was looking to replace damaged passenger side mirror assembly on my Cadillac SRX 2008. Spoke to Jaime from One Stop Auto Repair shop and I was told to get the matching replacement part online and bring it to shop anytime for a quick replacement in less than an hour and costing around sixty dollars. ( Three days ago I found that part on ebay after matching my car specs, for less than one hundred dollars and free shipment!). Received ebay shipment today noon. I called One Stop Auto Repair and got instant appointment at 1pm. Technicians replaced the part in just 30 mins and power mirror is working fine as expected. Great service and affordable pricing . Worst experience i ever had. I got my sunroof for BMW replaced. They didnt do it correctly in the first time and water came in the cargo area that fried the stereo amplifier, not tho mention the damage caused to the car interior when the opened the sunroof. I went to get it fixed almost 20 times but got a new reason every time . Poor workmanship, dirt work. No regard to customer time or money. This is the worst auto shop .
