We have had Accurate Auto Body service two of our cars. The first was 6-years old and required body damage and paint repairs. Their service matched the paint perfectly and the damage repair was imperceptible. Their repaired some paint damage to my car today and again the damage was repaired to my complete and very particular satisfaction. Their service is always polite and professional and their work is outstanding. Accurate Auto Body is the only source you should use for bodywork and paint service and repairs.

I have been utilizing Accurate Auto body in Naperville for about 20 years now. At some point they have worked on the majority of my autos. The work is always to an exceptional standard which is why I always insist on taking my cars there.

Accurate Auto Body has done body repairs on both my BMW and Tesla. The repairs were seamless to what the car looked like originally. The employees were courteous, the repair cost was reasonable and timely. I would definitely recommend this body shop to all of my family and friends.

Outstanding quality of work. Have had 2 cars repaired here. One new, and one 10 years old. Paint matched perfectly on both. New VW has a wierd pearl paint and it looks perfect. No panel gap issues, nothing. Great communication from them during the process. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately for me I have visited Accurate 4 times in the last 6 months. They have fixed my cars where they come back better than new! Always washed,,,inside and out! Their service is phenomenal. Bob and Heather are fantastic people. Because of the high quality of work there is a backlog. You may not get in immediately. I will wait to get the best work!I would not go to any other body shop!!

Excellent work done on my Honda Odyssey after a tree fell on the hood and quarter panel. I dont know how they were able to get the dents out so well but thats what a first class Auto body shop can do. Also Im insured through State Farm and when I told the State Farm claims rep that I was going to use Accurate Auto they said great because they have a wonderful reputation and are easy to work with.

What a gem of a place. Had my 20 year Lexus fixed and I have no words how great of a job they did. It took 4 days to repair it but the car came out all done and so clean. I did not expect them to wash it in and out after they were done. You guys rock!!! Thank you!!!! I already recommended you to all my neighbors. Make sure you book your appointment right away since its usually 3-4 weeks wait to get your car in. Yes, they are that good.

I have been using Accurate Autobody since 1997. They have done work on several of my Porsches as well as my daily drivers. I have never had a problem with them. They match paint perfectly and do an excellent job that is right the first time. Bob and his crew are the best. Last body repair was in February 2015 on my pick-up truck and it was perfect. You cant go wrong here. I have referred many of my friends and all agree that the work was done right.

Very good experience with repairs to the rear door, wheel, and fender on our Audi Q5. Repairs were completed at the estimated cost, on schedule. Insured with Geico, no hassles with adjustments to the insurance-side estimate - Accurate dealt directly with Geico. Enterprise location two blocks away, they were excellent to deal with as well - pick up and drop off right at the shop. Accurate kept me updated throughout the repair process with only essential information.End product exceeded expectations - no indications of body work and the paint match was perfect. Vehicle was fully detailed inside and out upon delivery. As per other reviews, wait was 5 days for the estimate, another three weeks to start repairs. In my experience, this indicates they schedule responsibly and keep busy for good reason. Very happy with my decision to bring my vehicle here.

Just had a dent and some scratches fixed on my new 2001 Porsche I just bought. The front of the car got backed into and had a big nasty looking dent about the size of a tail hitch. Plus a few scratches on the hood. The back of the car had some scratches on it that looked bad. For a reasonable price Accurate fixed both. Dropped it off Monday night and picked it up Friday night. The scratches gone and looks perfect. Friendly service. Bottomline is the car looks really good. Years ago they fixed up some major damage on another car I own. No problems with the work and the paint matching is still perfect on that one. Highly recommend this company for great work both paint, body, and mechanical work.

Had this shop perform body repair on my car after someone did a hit and run when my car was in a parking lot. They are a very busy shop, so there is a wait to get your vehicle repaired, but its well worth the wait. They did a bang up job on my car, used all oem replacement parts (which to me makes a difference because you wont get the same quality / fitment out of an aftermarket body part) and you cant even tell the car was hit. Fender and front bumper paint matches the rest of my car, which is 21 years old and very difficult to find new oem parts for, but this shop did. Hopefully Ill never need to bring this car to a body shop ever again, but if I have to, Ill be coming back here.

The only place I trust. Honest. Quality work. Undetectable repairs. Care about the customer. Nice to have a reliable go-to.

Accurate has done work for me a couple of times in the past and Ive been very satisfied with the results. My only complaints are that their hours are not convenient (8 am to 5 pm M-F) and their backlog of work means it usually take a couple of months to get the work scheduled. For simple jobs Id recommend going elsewhere.
