I loved that I was able to get an appointment quickly.I was disappointed that the registration technician was not aware of the reason for my visit. Although I provided detailed explanation on my initial call. He stated that no notes were listed in my order.He mentioned that my information was erased when he scanned my VIN. I asked to speak with with manager to let him know of this issue. Maybe they needed to make changes to the process for new customers.According to the manager, he was aware of the issue calling it a glitch in the system. I provided a suggestion for how to handle this glitch (Im a project coordinator). He completely ignored and dismissed my suggestion. He gave the impression that my experience is how they run business which is very disappointing.

Felix who gave me a big surprise that the car ready before promise time. He was very professional to approached me when I pulled the car in service area. He came and asked whats need to be done with the car, and mentioned the car has recall and will taking care while the car in the shop for maintenance. I wish there are more people like Felix in Nissan service department. My car was there just for maintenance, but he handle my car very well and I would suggest he should be receive a recognition. Meanwhile, I will spread my word to friends to come this dealer for service or looking for new car.

After an exhausting search to find the perfect 2021 Armada SL in a scarce market, I was coming up short in my quest . Very few available at all in Chicagoland due covid/parts/factory shortages, whatever else. Austin Komar was (and from now on, will always be!) my Sales Consultant and really made this deal happen. I had a difficult situation and he truly helped me out. He found me the right truck, dealt with my never ending requests, and maintained his enjoyable personality and professionalism throughout what can sometimes be awkward car negotiations. Nothing awkward dealing with Austin! Ive purchased a lot of vehicles in my 47 years and Austin is up there with the best and brightest Ive seen. Extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, the options, and Gerald Nissan process. He truly went above and beyond to assist me with things he did not have to, and the majority of auto sales persons out there would not have, in my opinion. Sales management interaction was smooth and minimal for a pleasant change. I felt they were willing to wheel and deal. I really liked having to work the deal through my sales consultant Austin versus being presented with the sales manager with the over used line, what can we do to get you to purchase today? And why even do that, my sales consultant was more then qualified and we already had an amazing rapport. I also liked Martha Miller in finance. She clearly had senior knowledge, professionalism, wasnt pushy, and helped me make some decisions. Thanks Gerald Team!

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Pathfinder From Gerald Nissan. Luis Velazquez was extremely helpful during the purchase. Despite not calling ahead of time, they were able to complete the vehicle inspection while we were still in town (coming from out of state). We were in a rush to complete the purchase. Luis was able to quickly work with us to get us everything we wanted and close the purchase before we needed to leave. They were even able to finish programming a second key as well as detailing the entire vehicle prior to us finishing all the paperwork.Dealerships during Covid seem to think they dont need to take care of used vehicles or customers, because of the supposed high demand for vehicles. This was not the case here. Out of 8 vehicles we saw that day, this was the cleanest and the service was the best.I would absolutely recommend this dealership & Luis.

I came in to get an oil change and during there multi-point inspection they found an oil leak. When I got my car from Gerald Nissan I bought a full bumper to bumper warranty and it was expected that everything was covered not knowing I had a $250 deductible. That was never disclosed to me during the buying process they said I wouldnt have to pay anything because its a full bumper to bumper warranty. That was discouraging but all in all it was helpful.

Text interaction with mechanic only, he didnt talk to me or work with me at all. Had to ask when my car was complete after a significant period of time and no response. Cashier was rude and unhelpful.I turned down a brake fluid flush and cabin air filter replacement. Person next to me having same LOF/Rotate was told same story and recommendation. Seems dishonest - pushing unnecessary service for dealer profit.

I received poor customer service over the phone. The gentleman, Scott, was unwilling to answer my questions over the phone. He requested to call me back rather than assisting me right away. I expressed to him I preferred to be placed on hold instead. Scott put me on hold, then hung up the phone on me. When I called back to speak to him directly, I was sent to voicemail. Very poor customer service as I am a Nissan customer. After that experience, I will never take my vehicle to the Gerald Nissan in naperville.

On 7/5/2020, I officially had the best car buying experience ever! My salesperson, Howard Krick, was extremely attentive and actually took the time to listen to me to discover exactly what I was looking for. After a test drive, I decided that a Nissan Sentra was a perfect fit for me. Howard immediately went to work to find one with the color combination and the options that I wanted. It was absolutely perfect! Howard promptly went to bat for me to help me get the best deal possible. Without a lot of back and forth, I was presented with an unbelievable deal and ultimately purchased the perfect vehicle for me and one that I know I will continue to love for years to come. Service center is great and better by far than other Nissan dealerships in the area. They have a really great online scheduling with text notifications and approval for any added services clearly outlined in a text notification where you can choose to add or do later any of the recommendations. They give a breakdown on if it needs immediate attention or suggested with fair condition being noted. They have me a follow up call to make sure I was able to access and if I had any questions or wanted to approve in the call.

Scott in service was very helpful. I needed a new filter because of dirt and debris which was causing a slight noise. I also needed wind ashield wipers. Scott took the time to help me put the wipers on. The Service department was quite busy because of the other dealerships were on strike, however this situation caused no problem in service for me.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO TRADE IN!!! These guys don’t care and will rob you blind. I had a trade in vehicle Kelly blue book value of $2,000, and he tried to explain to me why my car was worth $300. They offered me $300 for my working, clean car report vehicle. I drove down the street to Hyundai and wow talk about a great experience. The guys took care of you like family and gave me my KBB value for my vehicle. They don’t care about you just your money at this place. DO NOT SHOP!!!!

AVOID...I have never left a car dealer so disappointed and upset it left me crying like at Geralds Nissan in Naperville.Customer service provided by sales representative, Vinod, was beyond unexceptional, unprofessional, and rude.We preordered a car, placed a deposit, ready to finalize a purchase during a pickup after which we don’t get any explanation of the invoice, get talked down at, yelled at and placed in hostage situation last minute where we have to leave our trade in car if we want to take the new one home. Seriously? We waited 3weeks for the car and the dealer kept making new rules as he went along (of course to their advantage). It’s not everyday you spend $60,000 for a car-So it’s normal to have questions, want reassurance for what your getting and want to be treated with dignity. Purchasing a car should be a pleasant experience not a miserable one to the point you’ll never go back there again. Why are people lacking respect towards one another? I am a healthcare provider and work with different personalities, medical care acuity and mental health conditions- and NEVER EVER this would fly. Unexceptional no matter if your lot is low on cars. You should take example from your colleague M’Lady Nissan dealership. They’re #1 dealer in Illinois for a reason.

I had to get my car AC diagnosed as it was not working. Saul at Gerald Naperville is amazing. He walked me through the problem and then recommended replacing my AC relay circuitry to get the AC running. Found a car in their inventory and they contacted me that the car was available. Told them I would be driving from out of state and they said that it would be inspected prior to us seeing it after confirming with a manager. Drove 3 hours next day to see it and once local was told the inspection wasn’t done yet. Waited locally for 5 hours just to hear back that the inspection still wasn’t complete and that it wouldn’t be finished until middle of the following week.Bad business and terrible honesty.

My experience with Nissan was great. I purchased a Nissan Versa for my son. I was extremely impressed with the Sales Manager (Jake) and the Sales Consultant Jorge. They were thorough and did not come across as your typical Sales person . They were extremely honest and made me feel very comfortable - No Talking down . I did not think these kinds of Sales individuals exist - Very accommodating , really cared about what I wanted and very attentive . They were people of action - get things done. I told them that I am going to be referring people I know to these great guys and Nissan. In addition, I have always been a fan of Nissan cars. They are great cars. One of the Nissan cars I got in the past was a 1997 Nissan Maxima. I was able to get 298,000 miles on it before I had to let it go. There are truly no words that exist on how pleased my son, wife and I. Great Job.

AWFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE. This was my first time at this specific Nissan location and I’ll never go back. My car was there for ~5 hours, with zero communication by my service advisor about what’s going on. Oh, but they will send you a text & email to “review your inspection” and want you to approve the list of what they recommend needs fixing or replacing (again with zero explanation). They wanted to replace my transaxle ($4,500 repair, along with other things) and would not explain why. I don’t know many people who would just approve that kind of expensive repair without at least knowing what’s causing the issue. Scott my service “advisor” refused to call me back when I called around 5:30pm wondering what’s taking them 2.5 hours to replace a lightbulb in my brake light and a cabin filter. And then when I call back another 30 minutes later, Scott and all other advisors left for the day with no phone call back to me. Thankfully, the cashier got a hold of someone (I’m assuming the service manager) who had to turn around and call me back and even he seemed cold/standoffish with me. At that point, I lost all trust and didn’t want anything else serviced there, I just wanted my car. There was zero apology or accountability for not communicating anything to me. They were just going to leave, not call me, and leave me without a vehicle for the night and the morning. I’ll never come back.

I would never buy nor send anyone to this dealership.Now the same dealership in North Aurora was fantastic. They did everything in there power to help me get to a payment that I wanted to be at without saying you need more money. I’ve bought two vehicles from the North Aurora dealership and walked away happy each time. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I recently visited this dealership and had the worst experience I’ve ever had. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. I felt like I was taken advantage of but I’m so lucky to have seen past their deceitful tactics. I went there looking for a used car. I found one online so I called the dealership to make sure it was still available. I spoke with Allison Rushakoff and right away she seemed super nice on the phone. Told me they absolutely had the car and that she would have everything ready for me so I could test drive it when I got there. When I arrived I was greeted by Luis Rivera mentioned Allison’s name and told him the deal. After waiting there for 15 minutes Allison greeted us personally and told us that they are no longer able to show us the car because it was being sold. She showed deep regret because she told us the wrong information on the phone but I reminded her my budget and mileage requirement and she insisted that she would make things right. And that she would find something that we would like, something better. So we trusted her and waited and eventually she came back with a huge smile. She said not only did she find something in my budget but it’s also a newer car in way better condition!! She repeated two more times that this meets my requirements and is the same price as the car I originally wanted to see. So we test drove the car. Fell in love. Went to buy it and before anything they ran my credit (excellent credit btw). Then once that was done they give me this paper to sign and the car is over $3000 more than we agreed on!!!! Luckily I caught it and told them the numbers weren’t right but they refused to fix it. Even refused that I was told a different price. I requested to bring Allison back out so she could explain and coincidentally she had to “step out for a family emergency”. The manager Jorge Rodarte came and still refused to give me the price I was promised. He wasn’t sincere at all honestly didn’t care about us or the mistake. They seriously wasted my whole day and expected to trick me into signing something I completely didn’t want. I knew it was a set up because after leaving I tried calling Allison to ask what happened and they wouldn’t let me talk to her. Moral of the story, this place is shady. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TRICKED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT AND ONLY WANT TO MAKE YOU SPEND MORE THAN YOU PLAN. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They definitely play games and have a good system in place to rip people off. This is just not right and not how a business should be run.

Brought the car in for the engine running loud. A heat shield was fixed, which has nothing to do with the loud engine noise. Called to speak with the tech who worked on the car and he was unavailable for 4 days. They kept the car through the weekend and until the tech was in to speak to me about the repairs on the following Tuesday. Which he ensured by fixing the heat shield, the loud engine noise was gone. It is not, and now I still need to have it checked out….somewhere else this time.

I scheduled my car to be fixed for two recalls and when I made the appointment I was told that I would be dropped off and picked up for a shuttle and now they’re telling me that they don’t pick people back up or as they say a return shuttle to go pick up my vehicle and I have no way of getting there to go pick my vehicle up and I said that’s my problem. I will never recommend these people to fix anybody’s cars at all if you have to have your car fixed and go somewhere else to another Nissan dealer

I dropped my car on Friday at 13.30 for oil change and tire rotation. They told me it will be done with in an hour. But nothing was ready on that day and they didn’t give any updates. So Saturday morning around 10 am I call one of my friend working in Nissan, when he inquire what’s happening he found it was ready on Friday itself. Even if they have all my information and contact details on file, the irresponsible people working there didn’t give me a call. Very bad service.

The customer service department is grossly incompetent. I have had 3 bad experiences in a row servicing my car here. The scheduler scheduled my service for a time when there were no workers there, my service rep wouldn’t return my call for 2 days and they reprogrammed one of my two keys, so the second key no longer works. Complaints go unnoticed. I’ve asked to speak to a manager, but have not received a call back. I will never buy a Nissan again because of the service department at Gerald Nissan.

I had my vehicle towed to Gerald Nissan very late in the afternoon for a blown rear tire. They had saved the replacement tire for me and quickly changed the tire. I received service in the usual professional manner even though my request was urgent and late in the day.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER REGARDING REBECCA ROMAN’S COMMENT! Allison Rushakoff should take accountability for her mistake. I was with Rebecca when she was on the phone with Allison, specifying her budget and not wanting to go over that cost. Since Allison was the one who took her call, she should have communicated the specifications to Luis. Allison pleaded (with hands in prayer form) asking Rebecca to give her a second chance to make this right since the car she wanted to test drive was no longer available. She returned RUNNING with excitement and said that a better/newer car was available and that they could sell it for the same price. Rebecca was hesitant at first and asked if she was sure. Allison reassured her and said yes then told her to take it for a test drive because she was certain she would not be disappointed. After the test drive, there was no need to look at the other options. This car was great and Allison had us believing this was within the budget.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. They will intentionally put you in a vehicle over your budget to deviously trick you into spending more money, then deny what they promised. For Allison Rushakoff to suddenly leave for a “family emergency” seemed very questionable. When calling back, the lady who answered said Allison was, in fact, in the office but in a meeting. This response from the owner reads, “... We were surprised when you jumped up and ran out”. SO MANY LIES!! We stood up disappointingly and had to explain that we did not want to look at other cars because we did not want to do business with a company that would treat customers like this. We were hoping you would call us back to try to make things better. We did not meet the owner, though I am quite sure an establishment like Gerald Nissan has video cameras to show who did the actual “running”. It is very disheartening to think of the number of customers your dealership takes advantage of. We are so thankful that GERALD SUBARU was able to remind us that not all car dealerships are deceitful.

WOW!!!  Is the best way to describe my experience here , I been going to so many dealerships to find my perfect car and on that day that was my third one. When my brother and I got there just to look (not knowing I would leave with my dream car) Austin a sales representative approached us right away with no judgment not knowing if we had the money or the credit to get a car, I told him what kind of car I wanted and he grabbed the keys and we test drove it , when we came back I told him lets talk numbers. What I love most was that everyone there approached us with above and beyond customer service and when we talked numbers it was more them helping us getting a car then selling us a car, belive me theres a big difference.  I wish I would have come here first.  I want to thank everyone there from the manager to everyone on the floor on 3/9/21 I had a paper with everyones name but I missed placed it but I didnt want to wait any longer to give a review.  Big thanks to Austin for his customer service,  highly recommend for anyone looking for a car to come here first!!!! I will definitely be back to by a second car .

I purchased a Nissan Juke from this place then the next day the check engine light came on. I took it back the next day and they gave me a hard time giving me my money back. Luis along with his other employees sold me the car knowing it had engine problems and was lying saying nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I would not recommend this place Bad customer service and they will sell you anything all they care about is money
