They wont let you in without an appointment because of Covid. Had to sit in parking lot and call them. I was sent here by United Health Care, my insurance company. This is one of 3 places UHC told me to go to get a Rollator. They did not have one. They never invited me in. They sent me to their competitor a block away, Lincare, said they might have one. Lincare did not have a Rollator either. Dont waste time with them either.

They were so prompt and efficient when setting up my dads cpap. So easy to work with and everyone I spoke to was beyond friendly and helpful. Best experience w a dme company.

The South Carolina branch of Apria has been very unfriendly in their communications with us. During the time we have used their services my wife had to bar more than one of their personnel because of attitude. One of the machines we had was unusable as it assuredly needed calibrating and was therefore useless. They refused to come look at the machine and ultimately was the reason for two hospitalizations. Were there ANY communication the review would certainly have been more than one ⭐. Find another company if you need more than tanks and a concentrator.

This company customer service sucks !They hung up on me because I was trying to ask a question that they apparently didn’t want to answer !I asked if they could start sending my husband tubing and nose pieces as he received when we lived in Mass .She kept putting me on hold . Why she didn’t want to answer me I have no idea !I would not use this company if it was the last one !!!!!!

Late on delivery. When called, they like to point fingers at whose fault it is blaming either your Dr. or your insurance company. They don’t notify you of hold ups or reasons why there may be hold ups on your order. Had I not contacted them, I wouldn’t know that my order hadn’t been processed. They lie about the hold ups!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Upon getting started the person who filled out my contract spelled everything wrong. While waiting to receive my CPap was unhappy with service I received. After I cancelled my contract they delivered a CPap and charged my Visa . I contacted the company, took them a month to get someone to get the machine on my porch and still trying to get my money back almost 3 months later. I was told by several people from this company my refund was in progress only to be told every time I call to check on it that it hasn’t been processed. Today of course I was told the same thing. Please read not only mine , but all reviews before getting involved with this company. They for sure do not put customers first. Hate this experience....

Horrible place to be strapped into using. Will not return phone calls, billing is a nightmare, including trying to talk to their so-called Billing Dept., which I believe must be based out of a foreign country.
