My father had a hip replacement and we had Eden for Physical Therapy and Shaun for Occupational therapy. Both were absolutely amazing with my dad and we could not have progressed without them. Both are caring, take their time explaining everything and are extremely compassionate. Eden has a wonderful sense of humor which is a plus. Thank you to the both of them and would highly highly recommend their services!!!

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I see the negative reviews and I know that there are two sides to every story.Stopped in again today, almost a year later, they were still great. Very helpful and professional. I have recommended them to several of my friends who are also happy with their service.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. They could not do a better job with my Cpap equipment needs. Very friendly and responsive.they work to assure that the Cpap works effectively. I am very pleased.

Not an ideal company to use if your loved one is in an assisted living. Piss Poor service. Fax machines, phones, and computers still dont work. From previous reviews looks like they had the same problem 9 months ago and still do. And from previous reviews looks like same unprofessional staff is still there. Was needing the company to come service a machine. After sending the appropriate documentation... After being told 3 different stories about the documentation needed.... I asked when they get all of the information they need, can they help my resident or not. The response I got was idk both of my delivery guys are out delivering scooters and we close at 5. Smh. Basically saying they didnt care if an 80 year old woman needed her machine fixed because it was about time for them to go home. I can only imagine what they do to the elderly who dont have anyone to stand up for them.

My doctor sent in an order for a wheelchair and I called today to verify the order was there. The lady who answered the phone was super nasty. She was very hateful talking about insurance , medical notes, and everything else that had to be done prior to getting wheelchair. And then she informed me that she didnt even have the order for the wheelchair. I called my doctor back to verify he sent in the order, and he did. He faxed the order in last night. This lady was so rude, Condon sending and unprofessional I would not recommend anybody going here.

I did business with this company three years ago, but the STENCH of their poor business practices still lingers!! My wife, now deceased, rented a Cpap from the head service dealer. She lied to us about the agreement terms for use of the machine, giving us this nicey nice attitude until time to collect! Then, she lowered the boom, not even helping us with further services. Im not sure if shes still there, but beware of her! I will not name her, nut just be careful! This is a poorly run organization!!!

Rented for a week tried to arrange return on Saturday cost $65.00 extra just to have someone available. No other accommodates. And tourist rip off.

Terrible service - sends what isnt ordered, only half fills ordered supplies. Had to drive there (long way) once, rather than them mailing CPAP supplies. Id NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Seems they have a memory problem. Called for re supplies and got nothing after a week. Called again, now waiting to see if it will come about.
