First of all the door was locked during working hours, and the lady working was so lazy she called a guy from the back to come unlock the door. Then when I handed them the prescription for my wheelchair they had to call to confirm and then she said maybe in a few days I will have a wheelchair. Seriously I have a prescription!! Give me the wheelchair so I can be mobile. I would just buy one straight out instead of dealing with these people that are just completely lazy and incompetent!!!!!

They have nothing in stock. Company operates out of NC and bills the insurance as an out of state and out of network provider.12/19/2019 update: “ Lots of items” is a very general statement. While I can understand you cannot stock every specialty item, it doesn’t make sense for you not to stock the most popular masks in the market and their replacement parts.You are billing out of North Carolina and the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance does not consider your company to be in Network, even when I reside in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. So therefore, you are lying about “operating in some areas in SC.”It is a lot faster and cheaper to order on Amazon. The therapist was not even knowledgeable about the product. I would have recommended any patient to download the app to keep track of air leakage and mask fit.

My daddy has been taking cancer treatment and was feeling good .. So he and his wife decided to go to Myrtle Beach to celebrate their anniversary ! After getting there , he became weak and needed help, so I called Liberty medical to get him a rollator delivered ... Within a matter of minutes they delivered it to him at the hotel ... God bless them and their business !
