I arrived at the store at 7 pm, much later than I had planned. Megan was so patient and helpful, and didnt even get upset when I had to call to my old provider repeatedly because they were only giving me pieces of the information we needed to switch my numbers. Megan, being an awesome person, stayed more than TWO HOURS past closing time to make sure my family left with working phones. I felt awful that it took that long and apologized repeatedly, but she never missed a beat and if she was even slightly irritated she didnt let it show. Megan is the type of employee that puts a great face on a company, and I hope Cricket realizes how lucky they are to have her!

Came in to start a new phone plan and to switch my fiance to that plan with me. This included setting up a new phone AND keeping my old number. But Nick did a great job and it all got set up nicely

Wow! By far the best cell phone experience I have had ever. Very straightforward and no gimmicks. Melinda was great in helping me switch to Cricket from my original provider and I was literally in and out within 20 minutes. Best part? My monthly bill dropped nearly $100. I kept my phone and my phone number. Thank you Melinda and Cricket!!

They have a new manager and sales rep in the store Gaige and I think her name was Melinda If I remember correctly, they were both great very personable and went above and beyond to help my brother get his phone numbers ported even when Boost did not want to assist us at all. They kept us calm and were very patient. I am recommending them to all my friends to switch!

Returnes phone the same day within an hour. Store wont refund activation fee. When I currently have a line. Very confused.As well as they offer case, screen protector etc with iPhone purchase. Sales person looked at me like I was crazy.Go to corporate store online. It is AT&T on the cheap. Never had a good experience at this location.

They advertise getting a new phone but the reality of it is that there is so many stipulations on getting the phone its not worth it.

After trying to deal with phone support and the website, I was about to lose my mind. So I called this store and had a very pleasant conversation. When I arrived at the store the employee had already taken the step to speak with management about my situation and helped get everything taken care of. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will be dealing with her directly from now on. This was, hands down, the absolute best cell phone experience I have ever had!!!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a store of any kind. The male manager was so rude I could hardly believe it. He spoke to me like I was a child. He cut me off mid sentence numerous times. He should not work in customer service. I have filed a formal complaint also. I have no idea what his problem was but he should not have treated me so poorly.
