I went to this store to upgrade to a new phone. I normally dread going to cell phone stores because of how complicated it can be and how long it can take. Tyler made the process really easy and stress free and we were done in about half an hour. I definitely recommend this store and working with Tyler specifically!

So with just recently having neck surgery. I walked in there and my phone had died and Nathaniel Weikle , (gave me his card, I asked for his name ) at the AT&T store on van Voorhis rd. In Morgantown West Virginia.was very very helpful, very nice, very patient, Im older and he took the time with me .I was there for 3 hours and he helped me and walked me through every single thing.That doesnt happen very much in this day and age anymore..Ive had bad experiences through AT&T before . but he was so helpful and so appreciative of somebody being like that in helping me. He needs Praise from you guys hes definitely one of the good guys !!!!

I have been an AT&T customer for a combined 8 years. 3 of those Yeats were while airlines innl the Pittsburgh PA area. I left because the experience was just plain unbearable. I came to WV and eventually found that AT&T has the absolute best coverage in this state. I have coverage everywhere, I have no complaints worth mentioning in terms of service. Since moving here Ive dealt with the Morgantown mall store, and the Donahue Dr. Store. As well, Ive dealt With the Vanvoorhis rd. Location. Vanvoorhis is king of all Locations......... Corey??? That guy is the ruler of the world as far as AT&T goes.... I met with him today 8-17-21 for a swap because my phone wasnt exactly up to par. I met with him a few days ago for the upgrade that led to the visit today. Corey, youre a rockstar!! Vanvoorhis Rd AT&T youre also a Rockstar.. Thanks for getting it right not just today but always.... Gove Corey a raise, and promotion! Hes awesome, and so is the staff... As they always have been! Keep up the good work!!!!!

For the most part they know pretty much of what theyre doing. They do help me out with my problems when I go into my phone I do appreciate that. Ive only had one bad experience and that was at the Morgantown mall location. I dont go back there no more. I dont remember his name but the guy thats supposed to have helped me with my phone did nothing but mess it up. 4 star rating is for your store that I was at yesterday not for the one in the Morgantown Mall

I had an awesome experience at this location the other day. Spence was outstanding and I feel like this was the first time I’ve had an AT&T employee who actually listened to my concerns and placed them first over just trying to sell me something extra (they did make suggestions though as options!). They went above and beyond to make sure that my problem was fixed in a super reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. Spence is definitely a part of the cool kids club (which your other great employee, Josh founded in 1844!). I will definitely continue going to this location instead of the mall as I have in the past.I was also telling my coworker about my experience and she told me that she recently went to this location after speaking to several other people over the course of A YEAR (both on the phone support line and in person at the mall location) and went here one day and Spence fixed her problem immediately.Kudos to Spence for being an exemplary employee!

My experience with the employees at this store have been nothing but exceptional! Working with Spence was such a pleasant and enjoyable time. Their level of concern for the phone issues I was having, along with going above and beyond to help me, was the greatest customer service experience I’ve ever encountered in my lifetime at an AT&T store. I give AT&T as a whole a five star rating for experience, but I give Spence a ten star rating for experience, knowledge, professionalism, and care and concern towards the customer as a person. It’s hard to find employees within a business who will take their job seriously and go above and beyond in order to help the customer feel more at ease. Spence should be highly recognized for their efforts of going above and beyond, and also the managers of the AT&T store at 1111 Van Voorhis Rd in Morgantown, WV should also be recognized because if it were not for their example and leadership, my customer experience through Spence wouldn’t have been so great!

Terrible. Wanted to file claim for broken phone. Retailer said no longer under warranty and insisted upgrade be signed along with 30month contract. Discovered phone was in fact still under warranty and claim available. Tried to return upgraded phone and was charged $59 in order to return even though unopened. Salesperson lied in order to receive commission. They did not take out sim card and return after requested stating it was not there. When they finally realized they did have sim card they asked us what it looked like. Very rude, time consuming and incompetent of products and services.

Not great but better than other places. Biggest issue is they dont tell you when they run specials so new customers get better deals than loyal customers. The cell service is good but there are many places in the country areas where us cellular works better.

I just came in to take a look at the S8, as I plan on buying it when my upgrade comes in and was pleasantly surprised by the stores employees. I was given some quick facts about the phone (which I already knew) and some more in-depth details about it that your average consumer wouldnt know. The employees were very polite and knowledgeable about the devices on display as well as the available wireless plans from AT&T. Overall it was a great customer experience.

I joined AT&T a week ago only due to the fact that there is no coverage in the area I am moving to for Verizon. I have had nothing but complaints since I walked through the door. One, I waited in line and continue to wait in line any time I visit this store to helped for at least 40 minutes. Yes, it is true that they have the option for you to schedule an appointment prior to coming in, but let us stop pretending we are going to the doctor or buying/renting a home. They need more locations, more people, and/or the competence in training their entry level employees how to multi-task. Second of all David is an employee at this location that acts like we are inconveniencing him when he has to help us out or answer questions. I came in once before they closed and he wouldnt stop talking about how he never likes to wait around after 9 to help because he has places to be. Understandably so, still very unprofessional and unpolite. He also assured us that our cell phones would qualify for the buy out option from Verizon but instead of verifying he assumed and now I owe this company $400.00. I understand I should have taken the the time to check myself, BUT he knew what we wanted to do with our situation and told us that he could do it making it clear that we wouldnt have to worry about switching costs. In this he created a verbal contract and has not honored it. There are other issues but to save you the headache, just know I will be switching back to Verizon the first opportunity I get. I have never had an issue such as these discussed through them.

Great service. David helped me pick out my phone. I couldnt decide between Samsung galaxy or iPhone and David compared and contrasted the phones for me with no bias and helped me pick the one that best suited my needs. I am very happy. I will definitely look for him next time I need anything.

Waited over an hour each time I went in. They have this electronic scheduling system that queues customers. Great idea, but a worker decided not to follow it and served a middle-aged white man (so Im assuming someone who looks like he has money?) over me. Never got an explanation or apology. Switched to Verizon.

Apparently I dont get hotspot for my 65$ a month. My boyfriend pays 45$ a month for the same 22 gigs of data and gets hotspot with straight talk. At&t is a rip off. Dont waste your money on them.

I am extremely unhappy with the service here. I went into the store to buy my 75 year old grandmother an iphone 8 plus (an upgrade from her 6s plus) while she visited from rural Colorado. A store associate, Justice, informed us that we could not add a line to our regular 2 line account because the account was too new. We went with a prepaid account that he told us we could easily add to our existing two lines. Grandma went home and barely had enough service to call out and let us know that she couldnt see Facebook or any pictures we were sending. She doesnt drive and nearest carrier store is 200 miles away. We called at&t corporate and found out that Justice had added a line that we did not request and registered the prepaid number under the store address and not ours. Additionally, he did not disclose that the prepaid accounts do not have the same amount of coverage as regular lines...especially in rural areas. We have spent over 4 hours on the phone with customer service and still no resolution.

This place is a joke and tries to coerce customers to upgrade or buy products I dont want. Their billing kiosk is always out of order same time every month?So you have to have someone hold your hand and beg them to pay your bill when u go there. The coercion tactics will then begin as they will try to change your plan saying your plan is out of date or needs upgraded. I told them My phone works flawlessly and I just want to pay the bill. I never got irate and they refused to let me pay my bill unless I sat there and listened to why my phone needed unnecessary upgrades(all this during my short lunch break) Too many companies now are taking advantage of customers like gamestop and capital one. I will not be coerced I am a smart consumer good luck getting me. They may fool older people and children but not me. I dont want any compensation I just want consumers to be aware of these coercive tactics maybe I will help someone in the future with this review and my documentation of this incident.We the people work too hard and pay too much to be treated like this by these companies, treated like fools.

The staff in store is helpful, however, the store never answers their phone. I called on five different occasions and each time the phone was not answered. The recording asks to transfer you to a national sales rep, which is unhelpful when the national sales rep instructed me to discuss the issue with a local agent. My issue was something minor and could have been discussed over the phone. Now I must either drive to the store or have my issue go unresolved.

The staff here is ignorant af and the girl with the long bleach blonde hair needs to be fired I will be reporting her to corporate. Me and my boyfriend came here to get a new phone and the doors were blocked with caution tape, however there were people inside and a little boy stood up and opened the door for us however when we came in she came over got in our face and rudely announces in front of everyone waiting that we are not to use that door she continues to go on about the door until i day “it’s just a door” she then walks away without apologizing or even taking our name. Trash service, and I will not be coming back here.

They said my 11 year old daughter needed an ID to change her phone plan. Shes 11. They dont give drivers licenses to 11 year olds. Also, it illegal for a minor to enter into a contract. They didnt understand that apparently. I called AT&T customer service and the issue was resolved in minutes. No ID issue and he even said it was unlawful for an 11 year old to be under contract and just fixed it. Total incompetence at this place. Avoid it.

My boyfriend and I have a long history with AT&T. Both of our parents have had it for years. We recently decided to switch onto our own accounts together and stay with AT&T. We were offered a direct tv bundle and it was WELL worth the money. We were in and out of this office 4-5 times. We had a technician come out three times trying to install it for us. The third time the technician came out he was rude and irate. He even cursed at me. All three times the technicians refused to work with me and my landlord to try and get our tv installed. They were all wearing AT&T shirts and drove AT&T logo trucks. I was furious and my boyfriend was seeing red. We went in for the forth time to AT&T to cancel everything and had told our families and they were all planning on canceling with AT&T as well. We went back to this location and were treated with nothing but respect and care. We had been working with this location for a while trying to get this worked out and while the wait was a little long, we were more than pleased with the service we received. Once the third technician cursed me out we were fed up. The manager at this location came and spoke to us and treated me with a great deal of respect. He told us that the technicians are contracted and in fact do not work for AT&T directly. He was very apologetic about what had happened to me and worked closely with us to escalate these issues to upper management. We were given compensation for the issues we had and the best costumer service I have ever received. Austin (the manager) was genuinely upset that we were treated in such a way. My boyfriend and I are looking for a way to let upper management know how much we appreciated Austin and his workers in helping resolve the matters we had to deal with.

Although staff were nice, our account is so messed up. We went in once prior to getting our plan to be sure we had all the information we needed (husband switching from verizon and myself switching from another at&t plan). This time we went in, we apparently received an associate that knew nothing about at&t because when we went back we had all incorrect information. The rebate to get out of the verizon contract was wrong, the discount from my husbands job he did not know he needed specific paperwork in addition to work ID, and we were told we only needed to fill out half of this previous contract paperwork when we needed much more information than that. After all of this was squared away with an associate that seemed like he knew what he was talking about, we get home to find out he put incorrect billing addresses that we now cannot change for 30 days. Overall VERY unimpressed with the knowledge of the staff in this store. The new one across from Suncrest Town Centre seems much better.

I went to have new SIM card. It took one hour to be seen by representatives, they were ignoring us. Left the store on our eye watch. Finally when we got to the last available one, he couldn’t resolve the issue and could not get the phone to work with the new SIM.
