Great service, very professional and helpful staff. Easily the most extensive eye exam I have received. Significant savings for frames and lenses, much less than what I paid previously at the local optometrist office.

Gave wrong prescription, left messages, no returned calls... finally called vision center and got Dr to call me back. Must come in for another visit, not open on day I am available. Have to go somewhere else to fix what they messed up.

Dr. Scott Nebel was amazing!! I went in on short notice for an inflamed eye. I must say I was in panic mode but he remained calm and professional. He did a thorough exam on my eyes, explaining each step and reasoning behind it, and had me on my way. Everything worked out perfectly and the meds he prescribed worked in a matter of hours. I definitely recommend him and this location!! Big Kudos!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a replacement pair that I ordered. I was getting them replaced because of a warranty issue. They told me it would take 7-10 days. I called on day 6 to see if they were in. The person that answered the phone acted like he didnt have a clue about who I was. So, I am assuming that the original order didnt get placed. Its business day 10 and they still arent in. My original pair took 4 days. The only reason Im giving them 3 stars is because the staff is very friendly and have, until now, always been very helpful.

The Optometrist was excellent, best prescription I have ever gotten for my clearest vision. Professional service. Highly recommend.
