This is a good affordable place to go. My wife really needed glasses and they came out perfect for her. Mine were really just a pair of tinting reader Safety glasses for work. I could tell the top was magnified when it shouldnt have been. I suppose if you need glasses a little extra magnification would help, but for me it through my perception way off. Went back a couple times and they would adjust the frame or tell me its just because I was looking through a glass. I didnt want to leave a bad review because my wife was 1000% happy with hers. I went back one last time knowing the warranty was either over or close to it expecting the same story. Rebecca helped me and now I am 100% satisfied. She found that transition steps the magnification up the glasses. She had them redo the glasses without the transition. Now they are what I need. So if you dont mind extra magnification stepping up to the top of the glasses get the transition. Otherwise leave the transition off.

Lisa was awesome today! Thank you!! She fixed my glasses so now I can see out of my progressive lenses and they don’t continuously slide down my face. She was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated her time. Definitely recommend Target optical!

Very kind, friendly, and personable. I especially appreciated each person taking time to explain things to me (insurance, prescription, etc), and everyone helping to vote on which frames looked best. Doctor and staff were all very knowledgable and helped me understand every step. I honestly had fun going to the eye doctor!

Dr. Pham was so great! He walked me through everything he was doing, was informative and quick! My prescription is perfect!Lisa was also fantastic to work with. She let me try on a bunch of frames and answered all my questions. She was super nice too! Thank you, my new glasses fit and look great!

Very fast ,friendly and professional

I have been getting annual eye exams for 21 years now, and my experience here was by FAR the best I’ve ever had. And I give all that credit to Dr. Pham. He was so nice and did a phenomenal job of explaining everything. We found out I’ve been wearing too strong of a prescription for years and my new contacts are a GAME. CHANGER. I didn’t like the tight space for my pre-exam tests, or the fact that they didn’t have fat-friendly waiting chairs, but Dr. Pham made up for every bit of it. He really was amazing and 100% worth the visit. The two girls working the front desk were awesome as well; they chatted with me and made an effort to ensure I was comfortable.

This place is the best, seen some bad ratings long ago but let me tell you there are incredibly nice all of them and the products are best by far.

Tyler was amazing! My husband had to get his first set of glasses. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We were extremely pleased with our service. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Customer Service!! My daughter was away at college and having numerous problems with her contacts.They went above and beyond with helping get the correct contacts to her. They made numerous calls to her Dr. office and always took the time to make sure that they were doing everything they possibly could to help her. They made the process so much easier. Kudos!!

I recently called to get an eye exam and a pair of glasses. The first lady I spoke with was Lynn. She was kind and truly seemed as if she wanted to help me. After hearing my story - a diabetic with no eye insurance, she recommended that I contact BCBS to see if I qualified for any discounts due to the diabetes that I could use. I found out I could! When I called back, I spoke to Lisa, who is amazing! She was so nice and answered all my questions. She then sent me to Madison, the receptionist/billing person for Dr. Pham. She, too, was very nice and accommodating. We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Pham who is nothing short of fabulous! Lisa even told me when I was talking about him that they call him Dr. Fabulous Pham! He took his time, answered every question I had and gave me a comprehensive exam. I was very pleased. And finally, I went back out to Lisa to select a frame and lenses. She took her time, made suggestions and best of all, was able to get me an incredible deal on my new glasses! I could not be more happy with the service and highly recommend this place for both the exam and the glasses!

Customer service was great from start to finish. Had a really thorough exam and offers for free follow up for up to three months. They fixed my glasses for free and searched to find me discounts for contacts even beyond my insurance. Will continue to go back!

I have been here once before in 2015. They are still amazing and kind. Very helpful as yesterday was the first time I tried on contacts. I have already recommended this place to friends. Amazing!

I hated to see all the previous negative reviews because I went just last week and it was the most pleasant experience! Everyone was super nice and professional in the office. Then the young lady who helped me pick out frames was super helpful and really tried to help me find a pair of glasses that not only looked good on me but was in my budget. Maybe they had a different staff before?

Great experience for regular check up and prescription. Doctor was great, attentive and experienced. Had great experience scheduling appointment and receptionist was super helpful and friendly. This is newer office, not sure how old, bit previous doc moved.

Walked into the Optical Center looking at glasses waiting for some assistant. Another young lady walked in after I did, so she was helped before me. The lady working stated to another worker she (meaning me)needs some help. The worker stood there on the computer as those I wasn’t there. Needless to say, I didn’t get any assistance and walked out of the center.Okay so, if your skin color isn’t the same as theirs then you should not get any assistance or you just need to wait until the worker is willing to help you...However, I will not be going into Target optical center anymore!

Great customer service. I ordered my glasses and received them quickly. The manager Andrew was a great help!

They never put my glasses order through for a full week. I had to be the one to follow up or else the glasses would have never been ordered. When I called to ask for an update, no one ever apologized or acknowledged that they let the order fall through the cracks.When I FINALLY picked up my glasses, the woman who I assume was the manager was bordering unfriendly. Love the frames but VERY low quality lensesIm aware that I did not get the anti glare coating on my glasses but none of my previous glasses have ever had it and it hasnt bothered me. This new Target lens has INSANE amounts of glare. Its so irritating, I can barely wear them.Pretty unhappy. Will not return for another pair. I recommend getting glasses elsewhere.

My exam was awesome, as was the Dr in which I saw.My issue the refusal to provide me my PD measurement, something which is standard with any Optical appointment. It’s all in an effort to force me to order from the mediocre selection from in store.

I had my eye exam done here in 2016. There was no problem and the service was great. It was easy to book the appointment and the eye doctor checked everything and answered all my questions. I plan to go back soon to have my 2017 eye exam done.

This Target Optical is awful!! If I couldgive zero stars I would. The doctor didn’t put down my PD number and they won’t give it to me unless I make another appointment and pay the exam fee again. WHAT??! I just had an exam and paid for it TWO days ago. So now I’m out that money and made an appointment with a more reputable eye doctors office to have another eye exam. You get what you pay for so run away fast from this place. I filed a complaint with the BBB since I didn’t get what I paid for. Extremely rude staff and you can’t complain to Target because it’s not run by them so basically your messed over because these people don’t care.

My glasses took one week and Five days to make not to happy because the guy said it will only take 5 to 10 days

Sad customer service. I had to call the Tradewinds Optometry office twice and have them walk over to the Target Optical office and ask them to quit hanging up on me while I was waiting on hold to speak to someone. How sad is that?

Optics experience was a disaster.

This is the best place Ive been to for contacts and glasses. Everyone is super pleasant and very helpful. It is refreshing to experience this level of service nowadays.Dr. Pham is very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to address all my concerns. Special shoutout to Tyler, Haley and Millie. They were an amazing help to my wife and I with getting things ordered, insurance, etc. Thanks to all!
