Hands down best mechanic around. This is the only place in Mooresville I will trust with the lives of my family and myself. These guys are fair and honest and will never upsell or blow smoke.

Ok so Ive driven by Two Fingers Automotive for more years then I care to think about and never once stopped in to have serve done on my vehicles. Well last week that changes and I decided to give them a try. I could kick myself for not doing it years sooner! I know this sounds crazy but from the moment I walked through the doors Shawn made me feel like I made the right decision to stop in. There was no hard selling of services that I may (or may not) need. He listened to what the issue(s) were and recommended several options. After putting it up on a lift he was able to pinpoint the problem and then called me with the repair quotes. While the repairs were pretty extensive Shawn did what he could to hold the price down. He even fixed an issue I had with the tailpipe that I have been dealing with for several years. Everyone else wanted to replace the entire muffler system, Shawn took a torch and heated the pipe to straighten it out and get it back in the hangers, no replacing parts and no unnecessary expense. I can honestly say this place makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. If you have not given Two Fingers Automotive a try then you need to, Im sure you wont be sorry... Worth the drive from Davie County because it is fixed right the first time, on time, and pricing is very competitive. Two thumbs up for tho fingers!

I had gone there thinking my alternator was broken but the gentleman at Two fingers were honest and diagnosed my battery being the culprit when they could have easily charged me for an alternator. Good honest people, definitely recommend it to any friends/ family.

He is also an incredibly nice guy. He will chat but not overly chatty..just an honest, hard-working individual who will take care of my cars from now on!

Geez, we have lived in Mooresville for 9 years and just found these folks last month (recommended by local parts supply store). All I can say is WOW. Had a brief phone conversation with Shawn and we both agreed the problem was with the CV axle. I drove my Wifes car over and to my surprise, Shawn had already ordered the part and it was on the way. The car was repaired in a few hours and I picked it up during lunch. Ive had dealers keep my car all day for an oil change!! They were a pleasure to do business with. They know what they are doing, they are honest, professional & reasonable. I have no doubt that some other garages would have charged hundreds more. Will not hesitate to return when the need arises.

Even if you get a new car you still have to get the safety inspection so that you can get your new tags... i was in a pinch and searched for a Mooresville Auto Repair Shop and found Two Fingers Automotive. The owner was really understanding that I need to get my safety inspection fast so that I could race down to dmv and get my current tags. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the noise that my car was making

They went out of the way to help us and saved us a lot of money!!! We drove several hours to look at a car on a used car lot but had some questions about the car. We scrambled to find a mechanic who could get us in NOW. It was late in the day and nobody wanted to see us (even Two Fingers I think) but they agreed to squeeze us in. They went over the car front to back and took their time to explain all concerns while being extremely friendly, kind and patient. Found some issues that steered us away from what was probably a lemon. We walked out saying: wow, they are great! All I can say is: THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE GOT WHEN THEY KNEW WE WOULD NEVER BE REPEAT CUSTOMERS... This would be my shop if I lived in town.

Im not writing this just because its my dads shop, but im writing this because even if this wasnt my dad, i would still 100% recommend using him. my dad works extremely hard and is VERY good at what he does. hes worked his entire life for an opportunity like this (owning his own shop) and i would greatly appreciate it if you came here and used him to fix your car and support him as much as you can
