Brought in my car for a patch, but the tire wasn’t patchable. They got me a new tire in from a supplier since they didn’t have one in stock and got it changed for me same day rather quickly. I usually bring my car here for regular maintenance when I’m in town and they always do a good quality job.

If you have ANY tint on your vehicle, do not use this garage. They will charge you for the inspection, fail you, and flag you in the state system. This forces you to remove it and prevents you from having it checked at any other shop.EVERY other shop I have ever been to, if the tint is questionable or they have concerns on passing the vehicle, they will essentially notify you, hold on completion of the inspection, and give you an opportunity to correct the issue.BTW, by failing you in the system, you are also forced to return to their specific shop to get it passed or risk a fail/pass report to the state. What a pain.Additionally, the reason they have many good reviews on google is because they offer a $5.00 discount if you post a good google review before you leave the shop....you should question the ethics of that.Reply: I feel absolutely fine about leaving a 1 star review...this is based on the fact that you have the option to give customers a heads up on the tint, you also were well aware that I had no idea the % as it was shipped in from out of state (we specifically discussed it). As you stated, shops have that choice to let customers know of an issue. You chose not to. I’m sure this would have resulted in me holding of on the inspection until issues could be corrected.Additionally, you buying good reviews with $5.00 discounts is absolutely misleading to future customers and unethical.

Rick and his team do great and thorough work. I’ve had my 1998 Chevy K1500 to their shop a few times. Even though the truck is older and has a few quirks, they took time to address the issues and made sure I understood what was done. They are patient and Rick always wants to make sure his customers are happy. In today’s day and age, customer service is a lost art! Rick and team have got it right!

This was my first visit to Mooresville Service Center. I was very impressed with the honest, respectful treatment I received. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Rick was very helpful and cordial with me. I received a 15% discount for being a Costco member and the price was already below the price I researched and expected. With the discount it was substantially lower, which was a great relief. I feel like I was dealt with honestly and fairly. They replaced my struts. There was also an axle nut loose and they took care of that free of charge. I didnt have to wait days as I have with others. I dropped it off noon and got it that afternoon. Car maintenance sucks but I feel like they made it bearable.

They are quick, friendly, and professional. We were in and out in no time at all. No wait at all to get my car inspected. Will definitely be coming back!

This place is great! Knowledgeable, experienced and good down home family business. Everyone here is amazingly friendly! I just love the “at home feel” and the family environment. Most shops have the vulgar language and everything is filthy but you can bring your kids here and don’t have to worry about any of that, very clean all the way around. The prices are very reasonable as well. This is my first time here but I will definitely be returning!

Recently moved to Mooresville and found myself needing both a tow company and car repair service. I searched on-line for local options, read great reviews and decided to give them a try. From the girls answering the phone to promptness of diagnostics and fixing my car, I was thrilled! My vehicle is older and I couldve easily gotten taken advantage of. They also recommended a tow service and they were also fast and didnt overcharge me. When I went in to settle my bill, the girls in the front office were again warm/friendly and helped me w my license plate swap. Found my new car place!!

I came here for the first team to get my tires balanced and did not lead on that I knew quite a bit about working on cars just to see what they would say/Try to do or what they wouldnt say/do.I was very pleasantly surprised to hear that Mr. Frank told me all the things that were wrong with my vehicle and suggested to me what I should and should not do. He was also very willing to work with me and gave me very very affordable quotes on the items that he said I would need. He wasnt going to try and gouge me like other places that Ive been to, you know the types of places that feel like a user car lot and theyre about to clean your wallet out.
