Stopped by, because I had a screw in my almost new Left Rear tire. It was close to the edge and I was told at Ford that it is not reparable They pretty much let me go after a 2 second visual inspection.10minutes later at Tire Master the technician carefully tested if the screw deep enough and if it went through. Turned out, that it didn’t. No repair needed. Charged me nothing. We’ll buy our tires here from now on 😉. Thanks! 🙏

Literally the best place for complete car care Ive ever been up and down the East Coast. They dont guess at repairs or recommendations. What they say you need is exactly what youll need to hear and need. The prices they give arent outrageous if anything Ive left feeling like I underpaid them for the service they provide. Either Ive been getting ripped off from all the other service centers around the Mooresville area or Tire Masters is a truly honest mom-and-pop shop. Im guessing both conditions are true. Oil change and tire rotation for $35?!?!?! So glad I blew my tire out a few months ago, called around and found out about Tire Masters. I will never take my automobiles anywhere else!

I only went for an inspection, but they were about the 5th place I had called. They did not seem annoyed with my question (like the other 4 places did) and I could hear the womans smile in her voice over the phone. When we arrived they greeted us with just as much happiness and they interacted with my son which is ALWAYS a plus.

I got there after getting a bolt on the road. They took care of me as diligently as possible on a crowded day, and I was out in 30-45 min with a very reasonable bill. Very nice and efficient, excellent customer service.

OMG!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SO SWEET!!! I was there a couple weeks ago after getting in my car and driving down the road when I suddenly noticed a rumble and bumping in my tire..OMG Im thinking, so I hit my Google for tire repair they popped up instantly and was less than a mile away. Im going there NOW!!! I walked in and told the guy what was wrong he took my information asked for my key and I sat down. Less than 5 minutes he was back and told me I had a screw in it and that he could have it fixed and it was going to cost $10 Im like do what you do. $10 wasnt much but I needed my car fixed more. Car was fixed and I was happy. Oh I want forget to mention that it was 13 minutes til 12 and they were all going on lunch. Now thats taking care of your customer. Thanks Tire Masters 🤗

Tiremasters was strongly recommended​ to me by my mechanics at The Pitbox who are the only people who I will let touch my car.
