The service provided by Rock Solid Autocare recently exceeded my expectations.Beginning with honoring the appointment time scheduled, offering input and professional communication concerning minor issues ( brakes whistles intermittently) and Not trying to sell additional services which weren’t required. They perform service with care and professionalism that is so often taken for granted..I recommend you check them out for yourselves, I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed.

Rock Solid Autocare and Carlos is a great place to take your Range Rover to for repairs and your annual services. They are half the price of the Land Rover dealership with better customer service and quality. Carlos took the time to explain each item that needed to be repaired and why. I will only take my 2017 Range Rover Sport to Rock Solid Autocare for my services and repairs for now on.

I trust Carlos and his team 100%. I recently took my vehicle to a station for a required safety inspection and you guessed it. They found over $1600 worth of repair work they claimed was necessary to pass the inspection. I found Rock Solid to be honest and does great work. My car serpentine belt failed while driving and these guys were able to take a look at my car, diagnose and have it back to me the next day. They called to follow up on the repair a few days later. That has never happened even with Mercedes dealership!! I had this repair done a few years ago and the job was not done right. I know that now because my car drives much better and is silent after Rock Solid repair. This was not the case from another local shop who repaired it less than 3 years prior. Long story short these guys get a thumbs up and my continued business. Great work!!

My husband and daughter have used Rock Solid AutoCare for several years having had Volvo cars in the past. Carlos is always quick to get the cars looked at, diagnosed and, in turn, fixed without charging an arm and a leg. I do not feel that he feeds you a line of things that need to be done when they do not. I have started taking my Kia to him as well. If you need a service that he does not supply, he will take the car somewhere else to get that accomplished. I would definitely recommend Rock Solid and Carlos to anyone who needs auto work done at a fair price and a great guy to work with!

I had an issue with my Air conditioning. Rock Solid got my vehicle in faster and repaired it for less than the dealership. I am very picky when it comes to auto repair and being very technical myself, have caught some shady or poor workmanship. My car had tire problems and I had to come in for a quick repair. While its not something that they typically take care of, they stopped what they were doing to help me out. 15 minutes later I was back in the road. They were really great people. Very friendly and efficient.
