Service has progressively gotten worse over the past 3 years. Wait times, which would usually be 45 minutes are now 90 plus. I understand not having techs would be an issue, but why then would you schedule four 8 a.m. appointments knowing you only have 2 techs.

Second time I had an appointment and both times they over booked. The first when I got there they rebooked me this time I waited over hour and 15 mins and they didn’t get my truck back so I left and will not be back! Need to not keep overbooking appointments

2 hours and 10 minutes for a tire rotation and an oil change. I feel sorry I booked here and made my wife wait all that time. She did say the people were polite though. Quick service may not be the right description.

I have been going here since they opened, Tammy waited on me today and was very nice. Will continue to go here for oil changes and tire rotations.

Very professional and friendly service. I’ve used the Express Service center many times and should have submitted a review prior to now. I’ve also owned and serviced quite a few Chevrolets over the years. Today, I took my vehicle in for regularly scheduled maintenance. Hailey was my Advisor and was pleasant, as always. She did a great job insuring my vehicle was serviced and inspected. If you live in or around Mooresville and want to feel comfortable that your car/truck/SUV is serviced “ right way” do yourself a favor and go here.

I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation vehicle wasnt ready until 2 hours later

I’d leave a 4.5 if I could as there’s no half, so 4 will have to do. I give them a good rating as they were able to get my truck in same-day for an oil change and it was done within an hour. Most places charge me well over $100 for a Diesel engine oil change and with tax and disposal it was only about $95 this time around. I travel a lot so have been to a few different dealers. These guys were polite and professional when I came in and their lobby was clean and presentable with a nice waiting area. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area and need service again.However, the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that their inspection report says everything is good on my truck, including windshield and steering/suspension components and there’s no visible leaks. And although their report says everything checks out, I know the tie rod ends are loose, windshield is obviously cracked, and it has a small engine oil leak from the oil pan. This is all no big deal to me as I know what’s wrong with my truck and it has 335,000 miles on it. It’s paid its dues. The only reason I mention it is to show their report tells me they inspected all the basics on my truck but I can tell they didn’t do as the report shows exactly. Again, no big deal to me but if they didn’t truly check everything I wish they wouldn’t mark It all as “green/ok” on the invoice. Had they marked it correctly or said they didn’t check everything due to its age/mileage, I’d have given a full 5 stars.Other than that little bit about the errors in reporting the trucks condition on the invoice, they did an excellent job and in an extremely reasonable amount of time! I’m also glad they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need as I’ve had other shops try to do in the past.

Had 430 pm appoint for oil change, tire rotation and balance. This took over 4 hours! Ridiculous! Is the staff properly trained and certified to work on vehicles? My guess is NO! Won’t be using this part of Randy Marion business ever again!

Professional. appointment at 2. in at 2. they put nitrogen in my tires. only place I could find in area to offer the service. car was not even a Chevy or GMC. will got back for other needed servicing - oil change and tires and brakes. highly recommend.

Super quick and easy. I was in and out in no time. I do love how the make it convenient if you need a loaner vehicle if you have something else to do or if the wait will be a while. And staff is friendly and do engage in conversation.

This was my first time here for a oil change. I had a appointment for 8:30am. I arrived at 8:15 and they was taking my car in at 8:23am. The associates at the counter was nice and helpful. They finished with my car and I was leaving at 8:50. They even have special pricing on Tuesday and Saturday. I will definitely keep to going here for my oil changes!

Karen was Very friendly and professional this evening with my vehicle. My family and I will be coming here for all of our vehicle maintenance needs from here on out!

Absolutely horrible. I dropped a standard oil change off at 9:30 in the morning and asked several times if it would be ready by noon due to my schedule. At 11:50 I called and they were “about to pull it in”. I asked that they just refrain and return my keys. Ridiculous.

I am at Randy Marion quick service at the moment they are very polite and Farely quick. I am just getting an oil change done and due to high volumes I was quoted 1 hour but my vehicle was in the lane within 10 minutes so probably gonna be about 40 minutes. And quoted price was 15 dollars just for the oil change I have my own oil from advance auto parts with the filter. But $15 isn’t bad considering they have to use shop materials to clean oil up

Sorry , terrible experience ... today 8/8/19 noonish! Drove there from Cornelius to get auto inspected for tags. Notice my auto wasn’t taken back quickly. And then a representative came up to a waiting lady next to me and told her the inspector was MIA! They had her wait over an hour and now they had taken her auto (without asking her) to another RM dealer to get the inspection done. He told her it could be up to an hour, and that her inspection would be free due to the long wait! I asked if I wasn’t in the same position and he confirmed I was since they didn’t have an inspector. I had they to return my auto and I left. Luckily it only cost me an hour of wasted time. It cost the lady probably two hours or more!Randy ... Bad experience... don’t take an auto if you don’t have a tech to do the work timely!l

Good price on oil changes, plus its where I bought my car so always best to keep records at dealer.

I wouldn’t say it was too “quick”. I had an appointment at 8:30am and they didn’t bring my car in until 9am BUT It’s very clean in the waiting area and the young man upfront was very friendly and polite which made up for my wait.
