Its a great place to stop by to get your oil changed if its seriously humid in the Carolinas. The shop techs are protected by ample shade from the overall design of the building, and the in/out bay doors offer a natural fan with air flow. The only reason id say my visit was frustrating is that whatever tech is working in bay 1, 2, 3 needs to solely attend to customers service needs. And if someone in a 22 ft box truck pulls up inquiring about a single tire that customer needs to go into the office and consult with the person at the service desk and not pull a technician away from a current customers job that needs to be finished before attending to the customer 5 vehicles back in the waiting line.

The Mooresville location is a great place to get your tires and have care repairs and mechanicals done The staff andmngt are wonderful very professional and friendly The work is done in a timely manner Im Im diabetic and was offered his lunch the first time and a taco a few minutes ago You sure dont get that service anywhere Thankyou very much HIGHLRECOMMENDED

Terrible place! Absolutely do not take your vehicle here or allow anyone you know to take their vehicle here. Took my vehicle here for an inspection and they told me that I had a bad bearing and they could not pass it unless I paid them $500 to replace the bearing. Took my vehicle elsewhere and asked them to check the bearing and they said it looked brand new. Recently a family member went here for a simple oil change and they broke something then said she needed to pay $106 to fix the part they broke. Nothing but slimy sales people with no ethical direction.

After visiting 8 places, being turned down or over charged for my oil change I finally landed here! They will see more of my business, in and out with a smooth process and great oil change. Did not even need to get out the vehicle. They worked fast and hard, straight forward, honest and intelligent and respectful. I witnessed one mechanic help a elderly gentleman move his vehicle out the bay, he took extreme precautions with covers on the steering wheel and seat and a face mask and fresh gloves. THIS was a perfect experience. People that take their job seriously while helping others to the fullest and protecting themselves and the customers. 10/10, 5/5, 👏 👏 👏 👏 FANTASTIC GENTLEMEN!

Went for the first time today for inspection. Thought I might need an oil change and they checked and said I still had 87% oil life. Didnt try to take advantage because Im a women. I will always take my vehicles here!!!! I would highly recommend them.

I love going here to get my car worked on. They have stay in your car oil changes that they do under 15 minutes. They get you in and out in a timely manner. The mechanics are so nice and helpful with informing me on what i need to get done to my car. I definitely recommend this place!

You drive up, you tell them what you need, they tell you a lane, you either wait for someone else to get done in front of you or you pull in and they go right to work. Exactly what the name implies 10 min oil change. In and out no problems. Really appreciate the simplicity. Especially having a 1 year old who doesnt like being in the car long. Good job guys👍

I live 10 minutes away from this location and Id rather spend 30 minutes driving to Concord to that location for my services because Ive tried this one three times and each time I leave not serviced out of frustration. I can drive to Concord get serviced and drive back home in the time that I wouldve been waiting at this location

Fantastic experience. Brandon and team made recommendations but weren’t pushy at all. He even took the time to show me what they were doing under the hood and introduced me to the team that was working on my vehicle. Will be going back there for all future oil changes and State Inspections.

Wow, just moved here from NY - LOVE this place! Had Chris as my service leader, he’s awesome, friendly and knowledgable. HIGHLY recommend and Express Oil is now the only place I will ever visit.

I love being able to sit in my car, as I have a rambunctious 2 year old. They get us right in and out with minimal wait times. The crew explains everything and gives me great recommendations. I never feel like theyre pushing unnecessary work on me. Everytime I go somewhere else they have plenty of things that need to be fixed but here they show you if they say it exactly why it needs to be fixed. I go here all the time.

I came here for a oil change was here for over an hour. They broke some sort of clip and I ended up paying and extra 35$ to have it replaced.

I went in because my A/C system wasnt getting cold. Brandon assisted me and did a diagnosis and determined that the system had been previously over filled. they removed the excess refrigerant and did not charge me for the labor. They couldve very easily said that it needed refrigerant and charged me for the full service, instead he choose to be honest and up front. Very refreshing in a industry plagued with dishonesty. Would definitely recommend!

Have been using Express for sometime. Never had a bad experience. Today however, they helped me with an issue I had direct from the dealer. Brent or Bret.. Sorry, I forgot the name. Was excellent. Cleaned up the dealers mess and took care of us.

Friendly people. It is a good place to do oils replacement. I did my oils at that place all the time. This time i did my first alignment for ( Acura MDX) and had to go back thete few days later. Other employees chacjed and sad it was off (didnt know they did it few days before ) and was covered on worranty. This time it was Sienna minivan, went there for rotation and alignment before trip to Chicago. Next day started driving and noticed pull to the right (hwy was all the way, no off road driving, or pad holes ). Once arrived to Illinois, went to check alignment and it was off ( see pictures ). Called to them and explained the issue, they refused to reimburse me and the reason was i didnt call right away, and could hit a pad hole on a long trip) now i paid twice for alignment($90+$90). I think it was unfair. They did a bad job and because of them I had to pay twice.Hope my experience would help other.

The service is always great at this location. I trust them more than my car dealership. They never talk down to me, and they found a nail in my tire that Hyundai missed. Truly, they are trustworthy and have my loyalty.

I took my Range Rover in for an oil change because I didn’t want to take the 45 minute ride to the dealer. The oil change was quick and efficient and I could tell that the manager, Travis, had worked on a Range Rover before. I had an issue with my wiper blades about two weeks later and stopped in to see if they could fix it. Travis came right out and had it fixed within 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be going back.

Called to get an inspection pretty early in the morning and was told that as long as I made it up there by 5:45, they would be able to get me in. No appointments, no “as long as we don’t have too many people waiting”, nothing. Just had to make it by 5:45. Get off work early to make sure as my inspection was due the next day. Get there at 5:05 and there was two cars in line. Guy tells me they can’t do it. Probably not enough $ to work over ten minutes I assume. Poor customer service. Completely inconvenienced us and I even told the guy I was told earlier that day to make it there by 5:45. Find somewhere else to take your business if you have a choice!

The gentleman at this establishment have been amazing. Instead of them having me pay 40 dollars for a part they showed me the exact part I needed online. It saved me almost 30 dollars. You can tell these guys enjoy their work and are passionate about it. We have an older model car. With about 4 distinct issues. They priced everything out for us. We are getting each issue fixed one by one at this business. It’s NICE to have individuals do the foot work then follow through. Amazing job guys. others should model their business after you.

But more extensive things like brakes it is a 75-100% markup as indicated by other reviewers they are really great Their selling point is honesty but thats hardly integrity. I will be taking my car elsewhere. I work too hard to help other people become millionaires.

Oil changes are really fast here, you dont even get out of your car. The staff are friendly and helpful. They replaced one of my fog light bulbs and my rear windshield wiper for just the cost of the parts. The oil changes arent as much of a bargain, but youre kind of paying for speed and Im ok with that

SUPER awesome experience this morning! The guys that changed my oil were super fast, courteous, offered me water, washed my windshield, checked all my lights and topped my windshield wiper fluid off for no extra charge. They didnt try to sell me anything extra even though I literally told them I had no clue what kind of oil since my husband normally changes the oil but hes been out of town and couldnt do it before a big trip this time. I was so impressed with this experience, Ill for sure be back again!!!

The guys that work here are straightforward, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have gotten oil changes, tires, alignments and inspections here. Some services do carry a premium price but they always go above and beyond what is required and they answer questions and make sure that you know what is going on with your ride.

If u need inspection do not use them. Gives a list of expensive repairs. easily passed at precision state inspection. Went for re inspection was told to fix all their list items. if it was a problem how come it passed? 1500 dollars worth of repairs.

Never again will I pay more to have my oil changed. They changed my ac filter too. About a week after my visit, my car started acting up. Cutting off. Took to my mechanic and he asked who slung oil all over my motor& why was my ac filter put in wrong. Still having car problems So far $250 in repairs that I wasnt experiencing til I went here. Never go back&do not recommend
