This place is absolutely incredible I have never seen such a selection of hardware. If you want help you have to make an appointment but you can always just swing in and look yourself Thats what I did and I was not disappointed.

I was referred to this comany as were remodeling many rooms in our home. I called to see if i needed an appt. They said walk ins were welcome. When I arrived it appeared they were disappointed that I was not working with a builder. I was assisted by a female staff, AS, who I felt was unfriendly, and unhelpful. I soon left and will definitely not be returning or referring this company to anyone. Wow! Disappointed!

This place has the worst customer service ever. Twice an order was backordered by months and never were we notified. I wouldnt go here or recommend it.
