Horrible customer service. Literally the worst Ive ever experienced.

I go here quite often and honestly theres plenty of improvements needed... 😊 which are currently in the process of being done

Trash, spend more money for gas, they watered down my tank

Owner needs to sell this to an investor to bring it up to inspectable status. Smells weird inside, refrigerators are not cold, food at expiration date. Nope. Been there, done that...pass right on by now.

Gas pump put gas out at the slowest rate possible. Owner should sell for not even keeping the equipment up to par.

Absolutely terrible. Everything looks old and expired. Youd be lucky to get a hello. I had to do customer relations with the attendant...yet IM THE CUSTOMER.He, the person working, clearly didnt want to be there. He had glasses and barely spoke a word. Hes horrible at the job.Dont eat any of the foods. Most likely theyre expired. Dont look behind the counters either. Chances are theres mice

Would give them 0 stars if I could. The cashier who’s always there “Adam” I believe is his name. He is not pleasant. Never smiles or says a word, even when you offer him a thank you. Went in there just now and got 4 bottled drinks and 2 gallons of milk and he didn’t even offer me a bag, I had to ask for one. Then had to bag my own beverages as the person behind me waited. Absolutely awful experience everytime I come here. I will drive over twice the distance to the Speedway on 394 to avoid this place.

Easily the worst gas station that I’ve ever been to. I go to this place ONLY if I have to and they have never failed in disappointing me. They’re always successful in leaving a bitter experience in your mind. Unfriendly staff with unacceptable attitude.

Pumps are either not working or super slow, receipts are never available, food is often expired, just overall poor everything. I just spent 10 minutes there pumping gas and swear I left with less gas in my tank. Gas is their service and it never fails that I leave frustrated. I want to like this place. You think they would figure it out

Well he dont disrespect me and i go kinda everyday . and I never seen him disrespect anybody at all . so ima give this store 5 stars .

Worst gas station!! They let druggies sleep in a van behind the station! He claims that they are working on the roof. Never buy any food from there so out dated. Will not give you change for a dollar to use their vacuum!!!

I never thought Id be writing a review for a gas station, but this place is just SO BAD. Filters in the pumps were so filthy that it took nearly 20 minutes to fill our tank, and when it was finally full the gas overflowed instead of shutting off automatically. Gas spilled everywhere and ruined our shoes. The attendant didnt care, and the owner has failed to respond. Go literally anywhere else.

Had my CC info taken by this gas station. I was asked by guy behind counter to hand him my card for him to scan; first flag. He partially dipped behind the counter wall, which seemed odd; second flag. I even noted to myself how long it took to run my card; third flag. The next day I had fraudulent charges on my CC. This was an anomaly for me to stop at this place and get a Gatorade, but it was convenient and on my way home. I will NEVER stop here again and actively advise people to not go here. Use the SuperAmerica a couple blocks down on Minnetonka Blvd and Dakota.

This gas station has (had) a credit card skimmer on their pumps. My card was cloned and the criminals went on a shopping spree in town. They wont answer their phones for me to even tell them their customers are becoming victims left and right. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Slowest pumps Ive ever experienced. Took 10 minutes to pump ~12 gallons.

On Saturday November 12th, 2016 at 6:26 pm my parents were lost and didnt have their cell phones. They stopped at this store and the gentleman behind the counter (so sorry I didnt get his name) was amazingly helpful! He helped my parents call me, welcomed them to wait there for me and allowed me to leave my car for a short period while I got them to where they needed to be. I can not describe how helpful, polite and sweet this man was and how he helped my frustrated parents be more at ease.Weve had situations before where my parents have stopped places to use the phone or get directions and have been rejected and turned away. This man took them under his wing and I am so grateful!This is what customer service should be. Thank you!

I had two consecutive pumps malfunction and trip the backup safety. This station is dangerous

The recent times Ive gone the pumps are PAINFULLY slow! I gave up at 3 gallons after 5 minutes one time and drove down lake st to the holiday.

This gas station really needs to be replaced by a Kwik Trip or pretty much anything, really. The food is often expired and the manager is not friendly.

Refuse to stop here anymore. Terrible gas station and the attendant smells terrible, like he hasnt showered in days, and this has been on more than on occasion. There is a Holiday down the road a ways, you should head there instead.

Refused to refund 25 cents on a broken air pump. Garbage over flowing at pumps. Cooler was not cold for drinks and no signs indicating so. Cashier or owner guy is always on the phone. Rude, gross, and run down!

Its 6:25. Locked up and it says open at 6am...I just want cigarettes, its too bad I chose the wrong gas station now Im late for work over a pack of cigs I never got

Two guys behind the desk were not customer friendly. I said hi and no answer. I said thank you after I purchased $10 gas and they said nothing. Wow!!

Every time I went there and bought something the guy behind the desk would just toss the food around and not pay attention
