Pharmacy is the rudest and most poorly run in the whole country.Also they do very shady things… somehow my prescriptions came up “missing” and now I can’t get them

This has to be one of the worst CVS location.I literally never leave paying the price I expect to here- you have to watch your receipt like a hawk.The regular prices on merchandise are absurdly high, which is to be expected from a C store. The sales here, when you can find them, are actually quite good- the problem is the cash register doesnt reflect the sale roughly 30% of the time, even after you have scanned your CVS card.I am giving it two stars because the staff are professional and polite, and are willing to change or compensate you for the incorrectly listed prices. The issue is there are rarely more than two people working at a time, and its often a long wait because the self checkout machines at this location are beyond worthless, meaning staff is usually caught up manually checking people out or fixing the machines.If it werent for the 90% candy sales after holidays I dont think I would step foot in this store again. It leaves me frustrated, as almost every time I leave I see I was overcharged.

Pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. walked away as i was talking and wouldnt help me find my prescription. terrible service i will not be coming back

UPS deliver service is provided. And the staffs are really helpful and friendly! Good store to stop by!

Website says walk in or schedule for COVID vaccine but pharmacist says they never did walk ins. She was clearly upset with me pointing out walk in on the website and asked me to wait “for someone who did schedule”. I felt uncomfortable with the idea of someone so easily annoyed with me sticking anything into me.

The one pharmacist, Valerie, is super rude and dismissive. She makes me feel like I should be guilty for even daring to speak to her. The only reason Im not giving this place one star is because the other staff are super nice. But I shouldnt have to deal with someone so rude just to pick up my prescriptions

The self checkouts are always broken and janky. There is very few staff and they are always busy trying to check people out manually because self checkout doesn’t work. All the products are 2x the price they normally are. I only go here when I absolutely have nowhere else to go

Not quite sure why the pharmacist here has so many bad reviews? I thought she was wonderful! She’s not very chatty, she’s quiet and fills a medication on the day it says on the prescription. I was having issues with the Walgreens on ford parkway and they lied about my insurance not taking my medication because it was to early.The prescription said it could be filled 1/16/2021 and guess what? My insurance not only accepted it but the women ACTUALLY did her job.Really hope all the bad reviews aren’t because of her religion or that’d be pretty upsetting.Anyway, will be bringing all my meds here! Thank you for being so profession and doing your job wonderfully :)

Valerie, the main pharmacist, is very rude.

I switched pharmacies because of the main staff person. I agree with below comments that she is rude, dismissive, bitter, and patronizing. She couldn’t accomplish in 5 days what the CVS downtown accomplished in minutes. No customer service skills or desire to help people. Get rid of this person. The other tech is wonderful, but I’ve only seen her a couple times.

Fix your hours. You close at 10pm, not midnight.

Just tried to talk to a pharmacist about transferring a prescription and she was INCREDIBLY rude. When told the price, which was 10x more than the old place, despite being told they would honor the old pricing, she said Oh no were not doing that, wed lose money. When I said I would go elsewhere she said Good for you. and hung up.

This store is awesome and the employees rock! A guy named Dominic I think is really helpful and always walks me to items. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!

Its Cvs, its got all the usual needs for a convenient store, do not try to find high grade electronics, video games, consoles, certain expensive brand headphones, single spoons or forks, cigarettes, cigars, tobacco in general, ping pong tables, pool tables, just rule out tables and chairs entirely, blow up dolls, stoves, fridges, fans in the winter, heaters after winter, and anything that a normal store wouldnt have, its not wal-mart or target and if another place has it than go there to get it. People might think the above is obvious that they wouldnt have those things, but considering people have asked for them, this post will have others being disappointed to find out they dont what I mentioned.Go here for your normal everyday needs and youll be a happy camper (they dont have camping tents) they got marshmallows, Hersheys, and Graham Crackers so get Smores.

Outstanding customer service tonight for a photo order for a funeral tomorrow. Dominic expedited the order and put 35 magnets together. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Every experience Ive had here has been excellent. The staff are pleasant, (albeit sometimes looking very world-weary) the store is stocked and its open 24/7. What more can you demand? These guys work night shifts. Be nice.NOTE: They are not 24/7 during the winter. During school semesters, though, they are definitely 24/7. Read the signs on the doors.

Got a package sent here instead of my apartment because of mail theft. I get an email from both UPS and website that the package is ready to be picked up and when I arrive, my package is no where to be found. UPS might have picked it up this morning by accident they say.Maybe lets not put the outgoing packages and the packages to be picked up all in the same area so people dont have to come back over and over again

The prices are a little high. On the other hand, they are open 24/7 in a super convenient location. Perfect place to grab things late at night

Would highly recommend this place if you like overpriced cereal. I love buying overpriced cereal so I am in heaven when I come to CVS on Washington Avenue. Keep up the good work guys 😊

Self check out machines are janky and dont work. Often times forced to use them since no employees at check out. Also overpriced

Made the 20 minute walk from my dorm to pick up my meds. The pharmacy is supposed to open at 8:00 I got there at 9:30 and no one was there. Bad customer service is one thing but when it comes to people’s medications it’s just not ok to be unreliable like that.

TEACH YOUR STAFFS HOW TO BEHAVE FIRST.Dont we have negative markings here.I would be glad to give this store one. Coz i HATE this place.The staffs are untrained, MEAN,so so so RUDE , don;t know how to behave with their costumers.First go and take some classes about how you need to deal with customers. Please train your staffs how to treat customers.You guys will be on loss if people dont come and buy from you.I hope you guys want customers. If as a staff you dont have the patience of dealing with things as it comes go take anger management classes.It a pretty girl with specs, Please dont go with her pretty looks.she has passive aggressiveness.She seriously has anger management issues. people are happy with your service they will come everyday and spend 100s of dollars.I f they are not happy with your service, there are lots of options.

The pharmacist, Valerie is SO RUDE and SO NASTY. I’m glad to see other reviews echoing the same sentiment because I was starting to worry that I did something to personally offend her. She audibly sighs when patients go up to the counter for assistance, and gives off a condescending “you’re wasting my time” attitude to people. She is NOT a people-person at all, so I’m wondering why she decided to go into the medical field in the first place. I literally dread when I have to pick up medications because she’s so mean to me it ruins my entire day.

The African American lady at the pharmacy needs to go. And I mean go....She is BAD !! She has no customer service skills or compassion. I never go to this pharmacy but there was a show storm and I needed meds ASAP and this was the closest pharmacy to my place. I got there at 5:02 which is 2 min after they close in miserable pain driving through the storm and this lady would not help me give my prescription. She stood in front of me telling me I was 2 min late. I went there the next morning to get my meds as I had no choice but stay up with pain the whole night. She was not only rude again but also had a crappy attitude as if she was doing u a huge favor by being there and helping u out. I get it, some people are just not service oriented this lady was a perfect example. But then why is she in this position ? Business need to realize what a impact this could mean as never again am I not only going to this pharmacy but probably never again to a CVS.

The only reason I would go to this cvs is if I had no other options and needed to pick up some miscellaneous supplies late at night, everything is fairly overpriced. The pharmacy specifically is very unreliable, they gave my friend the wrong medication and when she called to tell them what happened they didnt seem concerned at all! Also the pharmacy hours of operation are very inconvenient.

The prices are horrendous, if its not on sale, you are paying a 50% premium over Target.To make things worse, the staff here are rude, and apathetic. They could care less if you are shopping to get cough medicine, but forgot your ID, they wont sell it to you. Even when my girlfriend walked a long ways in the rain to get medicine, they didnt care. CVS doesnt care.Rude people, bad prices, go to target.

Im not from this area but me and my Hubby have been staying down the road at the Days inn for a few weeks because our son is in the hospital this is the closest place to grab odds & ends. The first few times was ok I did say hi to a few employees who ignored me altogether or wanted to know if I needed help when I said no they would leave lately there is a girl with a nose ring who is very rude she is always right there when I turn around so for some reason She thinks she needs to keep an eye on me even though I spend a good amount of money here Ive even tried to smile & talk to her but again I get this disgusted look from her I did make a complaint but was told oh well sorry have a nice day mam! well Today I didnt feel like going & dealing with this & sent my husband so he came in the room really mad and said a white girl with a nose ring had called the cops & said he stole so the police stopped him brought him back & of course nothing was even stolen! I asked if anyone apologized he said no just the officers but no One from the store Im guessing this is because we are native Americans when u are nothing but polite and spend money but still get treated like a criminal its just a small minded and dont know right from wrong I will never shop here again and make sure anyone who will listen knows the way this place treats customers who arent to their liking!!!

The head pharmacist is absolutely awful to interact with. Rude, unhelpful, bitter, and patronizing. I changed pharmacies SPECIFICALLY because of her.

They lost my prescription and almost made me miss my pickup window because of it.

The Pharmacy is closed for Memorial Day, however the front store and photo center are open for regular hours, 7a-12a. This store is not a 24 hour location.

Poor customer treatment.

Thank you to the cashier at this pharmacy who let me stay after close until my friend could pick me up because two men followed me in there and I was too scared to leave.
