Edit 10/31/21: They added a coffee machine but still no decaf.No decaf coffee available because they only put it in 1 of the machines and its down. They need to have it in more than 1 machine if the only one with it is down. I will report back if it ever gets fixed.

This Holiday is fine. It serves its purpose. They offer fuel, the air works most of the time, they have typical convenience store snacks, food, and drinks. The parking lot is generally pretty full and there’s often a wait for fuel. Staff does their job. The place isn’t immaculate but never disgustingly dirty. If you stop, get your fuel and snacks, and move on you’ll be just fine. It’s a gas station. You’re not asking for more than that.

Open hours are not aligned with posted sign. Currently 6:08 and huge line. Employee signals it will be 10 mins. Things happen I get it, but Failure to open on time is unacceptable. And I swear to god if there is no coffee…. 😆*Update*After 6 on a Monday, not open yet…

Said they opened at 6 now Im stranded with no gas and to top it off the big lady at the register got an attitude about me standing outside saying to leave because they dont open until 7.

This station is crowded and the staff is not customer service oriented. I tried to pump gas and pay at the pump and it didn’t work. Eventually an attendant announced they aren’t “doing pay at the pump” whatever that means but who wants to go inside in a middle of a pandemic and when in a hurry? Apple Pay didn’t work, the lines were long (personal convos holding it up). It was a disaster here. I’ll know to gas up elsewhere in the future.

Terrible mobile app. Unclean facilities. Signed up today and found one with a car wash. 1hr sitting in my car to buy/get one and waiting for an attendant to cometo me As Their Sign Says and no one did. Only go Kwik Trips. They have clean facilities, Real carwashes and a Logical mobile app

Come here almost daily, store is easy to navigate and cant think of any rude experience here, it is a busy gas station most of the time. People in cities often like to skip paying so there is no fill up pay inside after option. Unfortunately the bad eggs ruined it for the honest people. And honestly I still havent figured out why there is 6 people behind the counter with 1 register open with a line. Store is well staffed it seems though which is nice for a change

Why does this gas station at random and multiple days during the week close early, and then everyone is confused about it being closed and someone over the intercom just tells them its closed. Always before 10.

Im from Texas this is the first store that Ive gone to this far north and and one of the cashiers was probably the rudest lady I have ever met in my life no customer service skills at all and nobody cared as far as management or anything Ill never go to another holidays

There are employees inside but they have the doors locked and wont let people in. They also dont explain why the doors are locked during open hours. The hours posted on their website are until 2am. Its 10:10pm.

For how busy this place was when I visited, and the workers very helpful and friendly. Very clean inside too.

The people that work here are the kindest most wonderful people. I currently live across the street so eggs and milk certainly come from Holiday. Its actually a joy to stop in and see the employees that work at this Holiday. Couldnt recommend more because of such caring and nice employees.

They don’t take customer service seriously. They have a monopoly on gas stations near this area and they know it. Stop before you reach this point for your own safety.

Was getting gas and the pump asked if Id like a car wash today and I said sure. Get to the car wash and its closed. Barrels blocking it. Thankfully the code is useful for 30 days right? Well every time I went by it was closed. With either barrels or cars blocking the entrance. What a rip off if Ill never be able to use the code! The pump shouldnt have even asked me about a car wash if they are closed. Go there for gas but avoid car wash or going inside.

I was visiting the area and was unsure of directions. Luckily I found this gem of a store. I had an amazingly helpful woman help me with directions named Sarah, she also gave me a great deal for a car wash pass which was awesome because I can use it at many locations. There needs to be more people in the customer service field like this young lady. Great job holiday!!

Best coffee! The new grind and brew machines are amazing! I drive past other gas stations to come here just for the coffee.

Not only were they not enforcing the face mask required STATE MANDATE, none of the employees were wearing a mask either. Take down your face mask required stickers if youre not gonna care about the publics safety

Ive been going to this store for 5 years and the managers are terrific. Josh and Roy are hard-working and helpful. They always seek ways to engage with me and my wife and provide top notch service. I could go to another station but because of them and the other staff I will continue my biz there.

I have always had a pleasant experience any time I visit this store whether its buying groceries, gas or both. Keep up the great work! I love holiday staff. Great people, friendly, and attentive to customers needs.

One day i came to buy coffe n donuts but the cashier male was very rude to me because i placed the money on count and not putting on his hand and there was pendemic going on he shouted on me i appologized n left i wasnt welcomed at all

Helpful, friendly staff, and convenient hours of operation for both the store and the car wash. Pretty big for a convenience store — youll probably find what you want. Its a busy place on the edge of downtown. You’ll see many police officers, Metro Transit employees, and folks fueling up before heading home during rush hour.

Employees at this location are rude and disrespectfull. I have never been accused of stealing so blatanly and without any basis. I will not be going to any holiday gas station.

Decent store for a quick pit stop. Exiting the gas station to the road has a blind counter so drivers moving fast in the near lane come up on you very fast.

Really just go to a different Holiday gas station. The customers are super rude, they cause problems and numerous disruptions in the store which slows all lines. Im sure the MGMT is good and most of the employees are polite. Just dont appreciate these customers. Just go to a different Holiday gas station.

The police like to hangout here and block all the good items. They do not do a great job advertising their sales. The cashiers are 50/50 outgoing versus scan, bag, silence.

Cashiers are constantly caught in conversation amongst themselves even when there are lines of 10 or more people waiting to check out.Multiple associates standing around at registers unaware of the volume of people in line in the store.Visited store over a dozen times and nearly every visit you have the same scenario.Needs new management and staff.On 11/ 1, I walked up to the counter and a male African-American associate saw me walk up and then he walked away and started a conversation with a female associate. I told him Id like to check out and he rolled his eyes at me.This store needs new management.

Rough... not uncommon to hear the employees loudly drop f bombs. Usually greeted by a pan handler before I walk in the door. Employees stand behind the counter having inappropriate conversations with customers in the store. They’ll scan your item with no acknowledgement or thanks. I try to avoid this place at all costs..

Employees can be incredibly rude and slow. Too busy talking amongst themselves and with friends to do their job. I understand carding for smokes etc. but when you have a line 8 deep and the dude asking for some smokes looks like f-ing Santa Claus, punch in a random birthdate and move the F on. Clean and well stocked though. Car wash rocks. Closing from 2-4AM is just idiotic.

To crowded...always. Car wash line is everywhere, gas customers dont know how to not block everything, but otherwise? Its a nice looking store, car wash is high quality, and most of the staff are friendly. Not the most suitable location to have lot 4 entrances.

I am a firm believer in the benefit of the doubt. My ADHD accompanied by an inherent skepticism often attracts me to things that are seemingly unpleasant.I kept going back to Holiday Station next to Target Field even after my first experience there which left me questioning my societal worth. Regular customer or first-timer, all who enter are expected to adhere to the unwritten backpack policy, which forbids a shopper from possessing a backpack in the store. Not realizing this, I was almost immediately interrogated. It took numerous repeat shopping trips before the staff seemed to move past what seemed like a probationary period.The customer service at this location is so flagrantly offensive that, to me it almost seemed impossible. I literally feel like this is part of the reason I kept going back day after day. Theres no way a place of business could be so abusive and get away with it, I have got to go back, just to make sure.I justified returning to this location on a regular basis. At first, I told myself this was just how they had to operate, being that their location was in such a rough neighborhood perhaps it was the only effective loss prevention tactic at their disposal. One day, I purchased a slushy and was literally forced to pay for it again after being accused of stealing it. Keep in mind, I had, at this point, still provided no indication whatsoever that I had even ever thought of taking something without paying for it. I remember laughing It off and telling myself well, at least these guys are one of the few people in town who give out free cups of water.I was consistent in the items I purchased, something I do not recommend. One day I conveyed my dissatisfaction firmly to a manager. She did not receive this well and for the following 2 weeks or more the store refused to re-stock any of the items I normally purchased. This, I found to be yet another fascinating business model.Dont be misled by the wheeling and dealing done with other customers whose business is apparently more valuable because it may just result in pepper spray:One day seeing that there was only the smallest size soft drink cups available, I made a deal with one of the managers, offering to pay for a large and refill my small size cup another time. This was a mistake.Not only did she fail to remember having ever spoken with me but when I refused to pay for my refill the very same store manager promptly unloaded an entire can of what I assumed to be crowd control grade mace at point blank range to my face. I had no clue they sold mace in that large of a can. So large that I in no way expected what was about to come out of it. Costco perhaps.The last image I remember as my face begin to swell over was the entire staff, putting down their phones almost in unison, literally climbing over the front counter and rushing towards me. I was thrown with great force into a display shelf, crashing down with cans of soup, cheap plastic sunglasses, and Top Ramen cascading around me. I was assaulted about the face and neck and held down on a pile of travel-size shave kits, assorted adult novelties, and various over the counter medications.The effects from the mace didnt fully set in until just after the beating was over, at which moment I was denied my very first cup of water from Holiday Station, Target Field, Minneapolis.Ironically, among most of the personal items I had on me during the assault which Im sure were taken by staff members, I am not exactly quite sure what happened to my backpack, the contents of which are not worth risking a repeat of the, while memorable, least satisfactory customer service experience of my life.

Im a city inspector ive came into this place numerous times store would be a better place if there was better management ive seen the manager chris fight customers most of all put his hands on female customers for stealing thats not manager duty , he fought a disabled man and is very nasty, also i think shes the assistant manager and her name is caroline she walks off when a customer needs help shes very rude and nasty to customers and employees! Overall the customer service from some employees is awesome!#NOTE: NOT A GOOD MANAGEMENT, SORRY!

One of the best gas station in the entire Twin Cities. I went couple of times and I must say from bathroom cleanliness to customers service there are amazing.LeAra one of the girl on counter had served me twice, each time she showed me what an actually store employee should looks like and how to gain the customers loyalty. LeAra you are phenomenal and wherever you go that business will be lucky to have you!!!The guy who was standing on the CarWash entrance in freezing cold winter with a big smile on his face, I am simply impressed from everyone one of you. I will be coming again soon and will observe other things.Thank you.

Closet place for E-85 gas. Everyone is always social and they keep it clean and well stocked.

Not bad. Just another Holiday. Convenient. Not great or bad service, just service. Only had one poor experience with some short bald employee who hassled me about trying to bring my dog in. I understood that they have a policy about no pets but it doesnt mean you have to be rude. Wish he would have told me about the dog policy and then tried to help me buy what i needed while still keeping the dog outside. Also, he was smoking a cig right outside the entrance which was weird and unprofessional. But the biggest turn off for me at this store is the rifraf that hangs around outside. Its not the stores fault but kind of annoying which is the main reason i avoid this Holiday.

What bothers me about this holiday is they dont take out the garbages enough, as in there super overflowing, specifically the garbage at the vacuum station. I visit this holiday frequently and the garbage for the vacuum station is everywhere always overflowing and itll be the same garbage all over for days so I know they dont change it, Im shocked they havent gotten ticketed for it bc it blows litter everywhere!!!

Aint no Holiday coming to this Holiday. Mediocre service, limited options, probably wont return. Sorry guys!

Went to make an upload to my card of $350 lets just say the money never came to my card have tried calling over 100 times and phone is off the hook will be making a trip back to the store and rasing hell!
