The platform foundation we purchased has exceeded our expectations. No more are we reluctant to roll in our sleep, this thing is solid as a rock. The assembly was easy and required no tools or no how. Best purchase weve made for our new place!

The bed was packed so tightly I wasnt sure it was a Cal King. We unpacked it in the morning and it quickly expanded to Cal King size. Slept on it that night and we slept great. Looking forward to years and years of sleep on this bed.

So far we love it! Had ours for about a week and for myself it’s taking some time to adjust with it being more firm than our last mattress which was memory foam and currently 10 weeks pregnant. Problem with our old mattress was that it was sinking in after 5 years of use.

Very happy with Winkbed customer service. My wife and I exchanged a medium firm for the firmer model mattress. The medium firm was just a little too soft. The process was extremely simple and everyone I dealt with at winkbed was awesome. Great service!

Lots of offgassing, dead fish smell. The mattress is comfortable otherwise with the expected firmness. But the smell has not gone away after four days, including one during which I left the mattress by the window overnight.

Not only is this Mattress absolutely wonderful it is so well built and amazingly comfortable I am so happy with my product this is the second Mattress from winkbeds and I wouldnt have any other hybrid Mattress thank you SO MICH WINKBEDS!! you have my business for Life!! We got the WinkBed Plus, which is a 8 or 9 firmness. We also got the adjustable base. Shipping went well, and there were only a few minor flaws on the stitching itself. We have had it since June 2021, and so far it has been the most comfortable bed my wife or I have ever slept on. We highly recommend this mattress, especially for anyone that is heavier than 200 lbs.

I bought the PLUS WinkBed in January 2021. Both my husband and I are satisfied with the quality of the mattress. I am a back sleeper while my husband is a side sleeper. The mattress is hard enough to support my back (no pain on my back), and its also comfortable for a side sleeper. Both of us are happy.

Please do more research on this brand before you purchase. I really wish I had read these bad reviews. I was fooled by all the great reviews from multiple websites that allegedly test out products. I feel they were paid or given given different product. When it arrived I wasnt too happy with the corners of the bed.. you can see the spring details. But I figured that it would smooth out after it fully decompressed. Never happened. I purchased this mattress and was delivered late June. I have give it till today, woke up with stiff neck extreme back pain from neck down to hips. Not to mention the sagging on both my husband and my side, the rotating did not help at all. It is extremely noticeable even after the bed is made. I am withing the trial period and I am hoping they will honor their 120 day return policy. I am saddened to read the reviews that state they would not honor the trial period. I am hoping for the best.

Ordered the gravity lux queen, medium firmness and absolutely love this bed. Have been waking up with back pain every day for 4 years. Spent a week sleeping on this bed and have never felt more rested in my entire life. Super happy with it

We bought our first Queen Lux Firm Wink bed in 2019. We loved it but come 2021 felt like the middle was sinking. Upon further review, we found our our box spring that was 5 years old had broken in our last move and didn’t notice. So we wanted to upgrade to the king plus to give us a very firm and long lasting mattress. We crossed our fingers and bought the King Plus Wink with the platform beds for both the current Queen and new King.Well that fix the problem with the queen. Now it feels perfect and doesn’t sink. We gave the bed to our kids and they love it.Our king mattress is firm as expected but I think we expected it to be firmer since it was the Plus but we have no real complaint. We’re happy we bought another one.Side note, one of the railings of the queen platform bed had a manufacturing issue so we couldn’t attach the 9th peg leg so we contacted Wink and once they got the issue figured out, the manufacturer shipped out the new side railing NEXT DAY AIR. Tory at Wink was emailing me updates and keeping us up to date.We were also worried about being out of town when the mattress was delivered so they put notes of the date we’d be back and if I received confirmation of it being delivered while we were still gone to let them know and they would help us get it rescheduled for delivery. They helped us and kept us updated via email.My only “complaint” is that the platform rails seem to be hollow. I believe I read it’s a strong plastic and once the frame is assembled it’s very strong and sturdy so I’m not complaining. It just seemed weird.

My hubby and I finally took the plunge and replaced our 25-year-old spring mattress with a Winkbed luxury firm mattress. I did a ton of research before going with Winkbed, as I wanted something that would be comfortable for side sleepers, yet supportive enough for us as we both suffer from back pain, as well as less weight transfer since we are also light sleepers and would wake each other up when moving around on our old mattress. The ordering process was so easy, and as soon as we got the mattress set up we could not believe the difference! We’ve both slept so much better and have less back pain since making the switch. This mattress is incredibly soft and comfortable while still offering great support. 10/10 would recommend!

Bed is comfortable so far. Shipping kind of a mess (same with most right now). Box is too thin/cheap for heavy mattress so it looked pretty rough once it arrived and fell apart trying to move it in the box.

We purchased The EcoCloud Hybrid from winkbeds almost a month ago. Worst purchased we have ever made. My husband could feel the springs. I personally could not but I knew where they were. It was like you were teetering on rows of springs being forced to slightly sway to one side or the other. Im not a heavy person and this was happening to me. After 1 week. I woke up with such a stiff shoulder and neck it would shoot pains up along my head. My husband preferred the sofa over this bed. We contacted the company and they said we had to wait 30 day minimum to return. And yes you are out of the return fees you paid for this garbage. Thankfully we kept our old mattress. Wish I could show pictures of this mattress leaning in the hall. It sags so bad there is a pool of materials at the bottom. Dont know how anyone truly likes this bed.

Im giving a 2 Star review as the mattresses arrived pretty quickly. Unfortunately, for us, the Softer mattresses are NOT soft at all!Now, to be fair, we have a split-king with 2 Twin XL mattresses. Im thinking that the smaller mattresses do not have the soft area to overcome the large, hard, foam area taken up by the edges of the mattresses as compared to the larger size ones like queen or king.Im disappointed in the 5 star reviews I read all over the web and YouTube saying how soft these mattresses are. They are not soft but hard as concrete, thus leaving my knees, shoulders, back etc sore as heck in the morning.As this is the second set of hybrid mattresses we have tried, (also a different company), we have decided NO HYBRID, and our third set will be foam. Specifically, I am ordering the 14 Cool foam mattresses from Brooklyn Beds.DO NOT believe all the hyped web reviews on these mattresses!

I purchased a firm mattress the end of June. Im having lower back pain and new shoulder pain. Within my trail period of FREE returns and exchanges. After contacting Winkbed exchanges cost 49 dollars. After paying 1350, I dont want to pay 1 dollar. The free gift never arrived either. Im not overly pleased the company. Lets see how the return goes, it better free. Mattress seems well made, with only 1 month of use. Unfortunately, the mattress isnt right for me.

Ordered a king plus and the bed started sagging. I contacted customer support literally at day 104. They told me I was passed the 100 day mark! I don’t recommend ordering from wink beds. The product is poor and the customer service is even worse! Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone or even listen to the customer. Very disappointed in this company!

I received the first part of my order. Unfortunately the order did not arrive to my door, but my apartment complexs package room, which sits all the way on the opposite end of my apartment. Wouldve been nice to receive it at my door - its a heavy package!

Poor customer service . Stephen is condescending and will ignore emails. Bed has same design as my 2006 Sealy eurotop but much poorer construction. Coils are easily palpable on the side due to lack of padding. No handles to carry mattress. Didnt fit frame due to it being irregular handmade hickory and wanted to exchange for smaller king size. You have to wait 30 days to exchange. So basically no bed for 30 days.

I own two WinkBeds. The first is a luxury firm queen size (purchased 2019) the second is a luxury firm king size (purchased 2021). The two mattresses feel entirely different. The queen size from 2019 feels like a true luxury mattress you would sleep on in a high-end hotel while the king size from 2021 feels like an average mattress from a budget hotel. Ive read in mattress reviews after I purchased the 2021 mattress that they altered the materials of the luxury firm in 2021 by removing the microcoils and replacing with gel polyfoam but they didnt anticipate it would effect the feel any different. It clearly feels different and thats what prompted me to do some research because it felt like they changed the mattress and they did. Its not a bad mattress but the 2019 version is clearly superior and for the price point you just dont want an average mattress. 2019 Luxury Firm WinkBed is 5 stars, 2021 Luxury Firm is 3 stars and not worth the money.

Extremely happy with our bed and also with the service we received. We are back/side sleepers (130-140 lbs) and purchased the Luxury Firm after we felt our old bed was too soft. We are very happy with the beds feel and comfort and how easy it was to get into our room to set up (basically....release the shrink wrap!). We are happy that it was made in the US as well. We received amazing and speedy customer service from WinkBeds as well. Highly recommend.

Smooth as silk. No problems

We purchased a Luxury Firm, California King mattress from Winkbeds. “White glove” delivery to an apartment building apparently means “dropped off downstairs and you can figure out how to lug this thing into an elevator, down a long hallway & somehow into your apartment by yourself”. Who knew?! 🤷‍♂️🤬They give you a 120 day trial period, which seemed nice. We rotated it every 2 weeks per the instructions, and it seemed okay. It wasn’t great, but it was better than the Avocado we had tried previously. That lasted for about 6-7 months. The last 3-4 months since have seen increasing back pain upon waking, to the point of almost not being able to get out of bed this morning.We’re obviously past the 120 day trial period now. I called to see what our options are. I was given two choices:1. Buy a new mattress from them at 50% off, but without ANY trial period.2. Buy a new mattress at full price and try it out for up to 120 days.We paid them almost $2,000 less than a year ago for a mattress that is now debilitating us both. The least I thought they could do was a 30 day trial at the 50% off price point for returning customers. I was told that is not an option. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. He told me he WAS the supervisor, so at this point I check to make sure I hadn’t accidentally called PopCopy. I asked him if what the company would want is for me to go buy a new mattress somewhere else, leave terrible reviews about my experience & tell anyone I know that’s looking for a new mattress that they definitely do NOT want a Winkbed. He told me that is completely up to me, so here we are. Do yourself a favor and don’t flush your money down the toilet with this company.

Winkbeds are junk, do NOT purchase. After about 5 months the king sized mattress we purchased is completely lumpy and sagging. Our new found back pain every morning is the real proof though. To get a refund processed, the company wants photo evidence of the sagging/failing mattress. Because the mattresses have a squishy top, it completely masks the failing mattress below. Essentially the issue won’t show up in photos but it will show up in your horrible nights sleep and in how sore you feel in the morning. $$$$ down the drain. Buyer beware!

We purchased a Wink mattress and find it extremely comfortable. There was an issue with the delivery of the bed frame to go with it but customer service resolved the matter to our satisfaction.

I bought an Eco Cloud several weeks ago and it is the most terrible mattress Ive ever purchased. There is not enough cushion, latex between the foam and the coils. It is giving me severe lower back and hip pressure point pain. I was able to work with customer service to return the mattress however. They suggested another one of their mattresses, but I decided I wanted to continue with a natural, organic mattress if possible, so I declines. The return process was easy once it was started.

I was very hesitant to buy any mattress without trying it in person first, as Ive had severe arthritis since childhood, plus several spinal surgeries, and Im like the princess and the pea with beds. My friend has a WinkBed Firm Luxe and loves it, and I saw that WinkBed got a great review in the NYTimes so decided to try it. Even though Im quite petite and a side sleeper, I went with the Firmer because my body really likes firmness. I got my bed about 11 days ago and am SO happy with it! The first night, it was too firm, but I was advised by customer support to give it some time to adjust to my body. By night #2, it was perfect. Havent slept this comfortably in years.I also want to say that WinkBeds customer support is top-notch, and to give a special shout-out to Kristin, who was part service representative and part therapist, as I was panicking about when my bed would be delivered as we were moving cross-country.I see others have said their beds didnt stay comfortable over time, and Im truly hoping thats not the case for me, but WinkBeds seems committed to the best customer service possible, so I trust theyll take care of me.

I purchased a $2000 wink mattress online due to the reviews.Initially there were some bumps, but after a call WinkBed came through!!!My bed actually faster than I thought. I think 10 days. I have a king so it was a bit heavy but I got it taken care of.Very impressed by the follow through and understanding of the WinkBed team. 5⭐️ for them tooI love my bed. It’s sooooo comfy. Bed got saggy after only 4 months with an indent where we sleep and a ridge between my wife and I. Poor product longevity. Rotated the bed and it feels better for now but suspect it will soften up quickly again.

Decided to order a wink bed luxury firm because of all the great reviews and my sister in law recommend it. I am 64 , 200 lbs and a side sleeper, my wife is 53 and about 1/2 my size, stomach sleeper. For the first couple days you need to air it out, because of a slight odor. The first 2 days my back was killing me, too soft for my taste, but I decided not to give up. I have been using a pillow in-between my legs and my back feels much better. The mattress does feel nice when you first lie down, and seems well made, but its just not for me.Sex: if you are used to having sex on a full interspring mattress, you will have to do 10 times more work in a hybrid and dont get me started on all foam.

I purchased a Luxury Firm mattress from WinkBed about 7 months ago and it has been extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I should have returned it but my expectations was that it would soften up over time and contour a bit better to my body but that has not happened. I’m only 175lbs and the bed actually feels like it is no longer as plush where I sleep. I have never felt this much pain from sleeping in a bed. I had great expectations for the bed based on the reviews that I saw but now I feels like I simply threw $1700 dollars out the window. Absolute waste.

The bed felt great when I first lied down in it but but I would wake up with hip pain every day. It worked great for my husband so I tried to adjust, then I tried to put a pillow under my hip for more support, which helped but wasnt very comfortable or convenient. We ended up moving and once we were settled into our new house I decided I couldnt take it any more so I contacted Wink about the issue and they told me that I was 3 weeks past the trial period so they just recommended rotating it...despite the fact that it was hurting me from the get go. The adjustable platform bed we got from them looks cool but the remote doesnt link up with the bed easily and I often have to mash the button several times in several directions to get it to work. The mattress cover we bought was cheap and not cooling as advertised.

I was a little worried about buying sight unseen. There was one site that allowed me to take a survey so they could tell me the best mattress for me and man- they nailed it. Im so so happy with it. Winkbeds exceeded our expectations. We initially ordered the EcoCloud but realized we needed much more support. We figured that because my wife and I sleep tight together, our combined weight required the firmness of the Plus - Heavier People. It has made a big difference in alleviating both our back pain and limb numbness. It is now a real pleasure to stay in bed. We also got the adjustable bed frame. If we take a nap or had a heavy meal before going to bed, we recline the bed to avoid heartburn. It has been a terrific upgrade from our old bed/mattress. We are indeed very happy with the bed, the mattress and the exemplary customer service that Winkbeds provided to us. Thanks a lot to Kristin, our assigned representative who was super responsive and helped us make our experience as seamless as possible. I have been so impressed and actually surprised that Wink Beds follows up and follows through on ALL of their promises and guarantees. It is so rare that an on line company fulfills their promises. Everyone that I encountered were respectful, kind, understanding and followed through. Even though the bed I purchased did not work out, the follow up from Wink Beds proves that they are a company to trust.

Delivery dates provided on web site are for the most part unreliable. The date that appears after you enter your zip code is not a promise as they told me in an email. So even if you key in your zip code, the date may show 7 days for delivery. However, AFTER they charge your credit card, you will get an email from them stating the real Shipping date is 2-3 weeks (with actual delivery sometime after).

Almost a $3k waste of money. I bought the HD. Within a month it started sinking in on both sides. Its a back and hip killer. I called customer service and they blamed my platform bed. Wanted me to sleep on the floor with the mattress to make sure it wasnt the bed frame. I am replacing it with a Saatva.

I am a former memory foam Tempur-pedic mattress owner who had a bad mattress replacement experience after a sink-in spot developed in our mattress after 5 years of decent performance. At this point my wife and I were both unable to sleep all the way thru the night due to back issues.We subsequently went thru searching for the “right” bed. We wre now 5 mattresses and 5 years post-Tempur-Pedic and my wife and I were at our wits end. I had stopped looking for the “big ticket” mattresses, thinking “it simply CAN’T cost this much and not be satisfactory or this poorly made!” Eventually we just stumbled upon the Winkbeds company as I finally had time to look around...because the pandemic was in full swing and I couldnt sleep well anyway.We both have back issues and I am significantly larger and heavier than my wife so a compatible mattress for both of us was difficult to find. So I decided to give Winkbeds a shot.We ordered the luxury firm king thinking it might be too soft for our backs, but the “firm” part of the name sold us, in addition to the great (almost unbelievable) exchange policy. The luxury firm king when it arrived was an excellent quality mattress. You could tell by the quality of the fabric and stitching that there is care behind the work. It is also made in here in the USA.I was easily able to communicate with the founder for research, and also some excellent Winkbeds customer support reps: Fletcher and Stephen, both of whom went above and beyond “normal help”, as they both were instrumental in assisting us to try out and exchange for the mattress we have now settled on. The Plus firm king. Our aging backs needed the additional support.For the reader, I normally don’t write reviews. In fact I don’t think you should have to write a review for a good product or service. I expect the value for what I pay for and the product speaks for itself. However, in this case.....Fletcher and Stephen providing excellent service is a part of the reason I am now a Winkbeds “lifer”. I’ve had my wink bed over a year and I still love it. I got the soft, cool bed and the ONLY negative is that I have to turn it around to sleep on the other side. It is the first bed that doesn’t put my extremities to sleep from undo pressure. I’m buying a second today for my lake house!

Obviously everyone’s body is different and has different needs. So, I’m 6 ft. 4 inches. I’ve been sleeping in a full bed with my wife and my chihuahua for 20 yrs (thru the lives of two chihuahuas). Needless to say I needed (1) more room and (2) a better mattress. I read a few reviews on the Wink mattress (all positive) and liked the fact that it was USA made by a handful of expert mattress makers. The non-toxic materials was a major plus. I’ve slept on the mattress for about 4 weeks and I must say - emphatically - Ive had an outstanding sleep experience. Interestingly, the mattress has some serious edge support. That is, rolling off the bed in the morning, the edge does not collapse like many mattresses. We bought a king. I’m sleeping so well. Just wanna say the thing is truly worth a try.

Best sleep I’ve ever had. My wife and I love it and it’s going on over two years now. We got the firm mattress and the edge support is amazing. Still like new and my back feels great every morning. I actually miss it whenever we go away for vacation because the back support is not there with other beds.

Ive had this bed for a couple months now. I LOVE THIS BED. A little on the firmer side than I expected but my body says its perfect (if it aint broke, dont fix it). I sleep like a log and wake up a few minutes before my alarm refreshed (never happened before).

Best Mattress We Ever Bought - Even After 5 Months!Throughout our marriage, my husband and I have bought many mattresses from different companies. Our master bed mattress was a Tempurpedic that we slept on for 12 years - even had them replace the first one that had gotten a dip in it. The Tempurpedic was never a completely restful mattress, and we always felt like we sunk in it way too deep. A great product with exceptional customer service!I purchased a Luxury firm Winkbed in September 2020 and received it in about a week, as promised. It was beautiful and very well made, but most of all, heaven to sleep on. My husband and I loved it when sleeping separately, but felt that it was a little too soft for our liking in the hip area when we spooned in the middle (combined weight 270 lbs) After trying it out for 30 days, we contacted Winkbeds to review our options. They suggested we try the firmer version telling us that the pillowtop was identical(it was amazing) but that it had more support in the middle. A couple of weeks later we received the firmer model. It was perfect! The hip support was excellent while still having that soft pillowtop. Also, both beds sleep super cool compared to our old memory foam pillowtop.We are thrilled with our Winkbed and even happier with the seamless, easy exchange process. I wish all companies did business this way.

Nice mattress, however, it didnt meet our expectations. They picked them up and promised a refund within 5 business days. 15 business later and I have yet to get my refund. I am giving it one star, not because of the mattress, but because of their customer service.

My husband and I ordered the California king in firm and it is AMAZING. Literally the most comfortable bed! I look forward to laying in it every night and have been feeling great every morning! Would highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this mattresses. For those of you that have left negative comments, Im glad I decided to give this mattress a try despite your commentary. I purchased the luxury firm mattress and it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I feel like this bed improved the look of me bedroom because the mattress sits up so high, Ill leave pictures of my bedroom. For reference I am 220 at 55. I should also mention that I ordered my mattress online and not from this store, perhaps thats the difference.

The Wink mattress had so man wonderful reviews I decided to try it. Despite having trouble from the beginning I continued to believe the mattress would break in. We have had the mattress fir several years now and I have constant hip and back pain forcing me to get up and sleep sleep on the sofa or just stay up. I do not recommend.

Just received my bed yesterday. Didnt get white glove service but wish I had as the king mattress is quite heavy and my wife and I, both in late 70s worked hard to get the bed in place. The first use was a nap after the bed was ready. Quite firm and very comfortable with stiff edges. The nap was great. The first night was VERY comfortable. Ill update this if I can after more use.

I would have loved to have tried this mattress, but the shipping company lost my $1500 king sized mattress... Bought the mattress protector and had it washed and ready for my new mattress ... Now told I Cant return that so Im out the$150. Also out a vacation day that I took in order to be home for the 12 hour delivery window pilot gave me. All in all, they are all a joke and I wont recommend to anyone.

I did a LOT of research on online mattresses, and even made an excel sheet to compare. Decided on the Wink mattress and am not disappointed! I love that they are made in America, delivery was right into my room, and customer service along the way was outstanding.Weve had it for a few months, and the bed is SUPER comfortable. We had a Sleep Number for many years, and like the Wink bed much more already. Its sturdy, yet fluffy on top. No sinking, and even a warranty in case it ever does.Love it, and highly recommend!

I am giving 2 stars only because my husband loves the bed. I HATE my new Luxury Firm Winkbed. I wake up every morning with bad back pain. My 10 year old mattress that I got rid of was 100 times better than this one. I can not wait to return it. I was worried about buying a bed in a box online and now my worries are confirmed. I can not wait to get rid of this thing and go to a bed store and actually try out the beds before I buy. **UPDATE** I returned bed and got the softer version at no extra cost. I have had it for a little over a year now and LOVE it. 5 stars.

Fast shipping. Great customer service. They even made the bed a little firmer per our request at no extra charge. Although the regular firmness is plenty unless you have back issues like we do. Very comfortable bed. Nice, thick mattress and thick pillow top. Worth the money. We love ours.

Luxury firm mattress began developing divots just after the 90 day warranty expired. Consistent back pain from the bed 6 months in; less than 2 years after purchase were looking for a new mattress to spare our aching backs. Wouldnt recommend at all.

I bought the Wink bed because I was looking for something new and the reviews were all fantastic, and it looked so much more inviting than the boring beds out there. Alas, it really is a GREAT nights sleep. The hybrid technology really creates a perfect mix of structure and support. I recommend this bed to anyone!

I have to admit I was a little weary of buying a mattress online. But when I called WinkBeds customer service the gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful, he answered all of my questions and even took an order over the phone for me when I called back a few days later (which I dont think they normally do). I now have my mattress and I am loving it. Great product and excellent customer service.

I searched for months for the right bed for me. I needed something soft but supportive at the same time. I finally expanded my search to include on-line. I had never bought such a big ticket item on line before. I was concerned because I wouldnt be able to try it out! My fears were unfounded as it turns out. Doug was a great help over the phone. The bed is the best Ive ever had including my Tempurpedic Cloud. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery system. The bed sat in holding for 3 weeks before I called the Pilot delivery. I was told that Pilot had tried to contact me and left a message. There was no missed call or message on my cell phone. Three days later it was delivered to my new home and the delivery men tracked black stuff on my new yellow carpet. So much for the white glove delivery.

Great bed and customer service. I am someone who is skeptical of online purchases so spent a lot of time looking at reviews and was really impressed with WinkBeds information. I have been sleeping on the mattress for the last 3 months and have had some of the best sleep. I would recommend the box mattress since I tried it with and without and it seems to have made a significant difference.

BUYER BEWARE: this company is unreliable and has shady business practices. I purchased a mattress, platform foundation and mattress protector in the same transaction. I received the platform foundation and mattress protector within a week and assembled the platform foundation in readiness for the mattress. It stood near my bed for weeks as WinkBeds failed to meet not one but two delivery dates. After being offered no workaround or apology, I requested a refund and they refused to refund the platform foundation and mattress protector since they are non-refundable items. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your bedding needs.

Great price, easy ordering. Very comfortable (3 months in), and better quality sleep than our previous memory foam. We were looking for a bed that was not too hot/didnt hold heat, had good support for a combined 500+ lbs, and wasnt going to break the bank. Received our Wink bed last week! It is very comfortable and was delivered up a narrow set of stairs with no damage! Love the comfort, not too soft with great support! I had a sleep number bed (10 years old) and this is just as comfortable and a lot less $! You have 100 days to try it and can return it if not satisfied, I will NOT be returning it!

This company has the best customer service .Doug in customer service is very helpful and their product is one of the best mattress in the market . We did a lot of research and there is nothing in the market with this quality for the price they are offering . Dont be afraid to give it a try .

We had been looking for a new bed for a while and took a chance and bought this bed and within a week we were sleeping in it. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, we decided to return the mattress. We called the company and talked to Doug who was extremely nice and helpful and he had a vendor coming the following day to pick up the mattress as is and within just a couple of days we had our money back! We were just floored! Even though we didnt keep the mattress, this company certainly has 5 STAR service which is incredible and well appreciated.

I would like to be able to try the Mattress but it has been setting in a warehouse in my town for 5 days waiting to be delivered because Pilot delivery does not have a local terminal so they farm it out. I was told they could not get a semi down my road and they have no truck smaller to deliver it to me. So I have to call Wink bed to see what they are going to do. They tell me they are going to call Pilot and get it work out and someone would call me .I get no call. I called Wink bed they said they would see what was going on and I would get a call ,no call .This now has been going on now for 5 days. Still no Mattress.Im sure their mattress are good but the delivery is not.

What a great buy! Cant believe how luxurious my Wink Bed is. I was about to buy at a Sleepys, but comparable mattresses were over $2,000. This is a great buy - I think its a steal at their price.
