Very upset with the service! After my delivery I had some things like pillows and matress cover still pending but every time I’d go pick it up they never have it. It’s been over a month since my delivery and I still have stuff pending to pick up and they don’t notify me. Worst service ever!

Purchased mattress, gentleman was very professional. Got me what I needed right away. Even set it up in n my car to take right away! It was on clearance. Didn’t try you park me after I told him why and for how long I needed just got the solution which was great. The only thing was he failed to mention, mattress was USED AND FAILED TO tell me. I would have bought a more expensive one had I known. In the this day in age we need clarity, especially with sanitation. Now I know the real reason for the waiver, not because it was on clearance but because it was already used and they don’t want a return. Never again! My fault tho! Should of asked.... just thought he’d be truthful!

The folks at the retail showroom were nice and attentive. I was asked to drive 30 minutes to the Miami warehouse to pickup my bed frame. I ended up at a concrete factory because I was given the wrong address. When I called the warehouse asking for proper directions I was treated horribly. The attendant could have cared less if I picked up my previously paid for bed frame or not. “Attention to detail” please.

We visited the Mattress Firm store on 9370 SW 40th Street on December 2020 to get a much needed new mattress. We were greeted very warmly by Allan and said that he was committed to help us find the perfect mattress for us. He proceeded to patiently show/tell us about the different mattresses and invited us to try each one to help us determine our ideal firmness and mattress type. We found our perfect mattress and learned a bunch thanks to Allan. Hia was very informative and made the entire experience a dream.

I had a very BAD EXPERIENCE because they didn’t help to carry the mattress, Mr Willy I think he is the manager told me to get the person who sold it to me to help me carry it cause they couldn’t help me , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,, Unfortunately had to leave without the Matress!

I guess I’m not 100% rating the place but the customer service received by one individual. I went into the store with my husband and was not comfortable with the store agent that took care of us. I felt pressured to make a specific purchase. After shopping around I called the same store with a question and spoke to Allen. He encouraged me to go in and the experience was day and night. He made sure we had bed and pillow coverings when we lied down to test the various beds, which the other gentleman did not offer and explained in detail materials and differences in products. I don’t know if he is a store manager but he should be. I bought a tempurpedic for a lot less than the one the first person was pressuring me to buy. I got discounts, free pillows and free delivery. I was pleased.

William at Mattress Firm really helped me. The online customer service rep wrote down the wrong address and was sending my mattress to a totally different place. He quickly fixed the issue and called the Warehouse to change the address and delivery date. He then called me back to confirm and really went out of his way. I didnt even order a mattress from this particular location and he STILL went out of his way to help.I recommend this location for their great customer service.

Beware of deceptive practice at MattressFirm.I bought what I thought was a great mattress it’s comfortable sleeping on it was great. But I’m less than a year the stitching was coming off all over the bed I got worried but I knew I had a warranty so it shouldn’t be a big deal so I thought. Here’s where the deceptive practice starts. I did my claim online it was approved andI got a voucher from mattress firm stating I can go in and purchase a mattress for the same price I purchased mine. When I bought my mattress it was on sale from $1500 to $1000.My same bed is discontinued the thousand dollar voucher I have cannot be used on a discounted or bed on sale. In other words if I go into buy a bed the bed could be $700 on sale but the list price is $1400. I would have to pay 1400 not the sale price. That is deceptive!Why not just replace my bed instead of making me try to haggle or take a bed of less value.I did see a bed that was comparable on sale for $1000 I liked it but I was told I could not have that bed for that price I would have to pay $1500 for the bed so my out-of-pocket expense would be $500 after I use my voucher I don’t understand it’s on sale for $ 1000. Shady and deceptive. It’s not my fault you sold me a bed that was faulty.

I guess I got the short straw. After the sale everything went sour fast. Ordered mattress & platform on 12/2/2020. Delivery was set for 12/21/2020. No call the day before to set up a delivery window. No problem, maybe they forgot. I went to the tracking web site and it said my order was delivered already. I called the store and was told they do that whenever they load the delivery truck. Then I was told it wasnt being delivered today. maybe 12/26 or sometime in January for whatever reason.If I had not made a call to the store to inquire about the delivery, I would have sat home waiting for nothing. I was told about the problem after the fact. Emails, texts, and phone calls are not affected by Covid 19.We all knew what the problem was [COMMUNICATION LACK OF]. No solution was offered. So I came up with my own.I found another mattress store. Delivery on 12/22 @ 9am.I just do not want to reward Mattress Firm for mediocer performance. I speni $100. more. Money well spent. Didnt want to spend it. But didnt wat to be held hostage by anyone else either.Cancelled my order with Mattress Firm. Feel alot BETTER!!

She was very helpful providing all information of sales and inventory. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by Jose who was just as wonderful and helped us with our purchase.
