Andrew is, hands down, the most knowledgeable salesperson Ive come across in my years of buying mattresses. We made it into the store 5 minutes before it closed on a Sunday and he gladly and thoroughly answered all our questions. He educated us on sleep mechanics and the science behind the products. We were there for an hour after close and left with complete confidence in our purchase thanks to his generous patience, friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge on the subject of sleep and the mattress industry. He provided so much insight that we believe we made the best decision possible. Every store in every industry needs an Andrew in their staff. Glad we decided to visit the store before buying online.

I needed to purchase a new bed and went to Mattress Firm after doing a little bit of research. The sales team was excellent, in particular Andrew, who walked us through everything from spring count, to gel technology, to cooling layers and foam types. He was extremely knowledgable and able to recommend 3 beds to test out, all of which were close to what we wanted. As we talked about what we liked in each bed he was able to recommend some alternates and we ended up with the perfect bed. I would highly recommend Andrew and Mattress firm to anyone else looking for a bed.

Rene might as well be the entire company. The following is true story.After patiently teaching me about bed statistics, he give me a cash offer discount. This is something stores avoid to make you buy there merchandise. After I purchase the mattress, I try to change it bc my frame was smaller than I thought.He is willing to change it but direct me to a nearby furniture store since they dont sell the frames. The new sales person tell me if I were to get a refund from Rene and get their mattress they would give me a pillows and sheets. So I go back to ask Rene if he would do it. He explains to me the mattress game and beats every offer they gave with his own. Please understand the mattress is already in my house and he could just say HA HA got your money, but the man helps.True customer service from a mattress wizard! I hope the give Rene shares of this company.

My 95 year-old Mom wanted to downsize from her Queen size bed to a Twin, so we headed over to our local Mattress Firm. Mom is not only VERY feisty, but also VERY hard of hearing! No problem-the 2 gentlemen at Mattress Firm were SO kind & helpful, they made what I THOUGHT was going to be a drawn-out, difficult process SO easy & painless...we discussed what she was looking for, & EXPERT Sales Rep guided us to some mattresses that met her parameters. He carefully helped her lie down to “test” the mattresses,while informing her of different promotions—THAT was GENIUS! She didn’t think the adjustable base was in her price range, but there was awesome promotion: with the mattress she WANTED, adjustable base was FREE!! WIN/WIN!! She was so happy, as was I, to get EVERYTHING on her check list, at the price she wanted, quickly & painlessly! One Sales Rep worked w/ us MOSTLY, but the other Rep was helpful, as well...we couldn’t have been more grateful for their product knowledge & professionalism! Delivery was scheduled in 2 days, & those guys were in & out in 20 minutes, picking up every scrap of paper & cleaning entire area before leaving. I have already recommended this particular Mattress Firm to a friend & will definitely recommend again—over all, a GREAT experience!

From the time my wife and I walked into the store the team on site was awesome. I’m sorry I cannot recall the names. We were at this location on Wednesday evening 3/17/21 between 6pm and 7pm. The older gentleman was from NY and the younger gentleman was a martial arts fighter.They sold us the mattress at a great price and didn’t try and pressure us to buy a more expensive mattress. Once we told them what we wanted and showed us all options from the most expensive to the least expensive. And based on what we described recommended the mattress that fit our budget without even know what we planned to spend.I would recommend this location if you’re looking into buying a mattress.

This was a very unique experience considering it’s a mattress store. Every time I go into a mattress store It takes forever and sometimes I leave with nothing. Well today I came here on my lunch break and found the mattress I needed in about 10-15 min. At the price point that I wanted. I couldn’t believe how fast and convenient this was. I was even offered to get it delivered to my home. They also told me that they would put it in place for me free of charge!!!

Bought my first mattress from here in April 2016 and is still good. Staff is courteous and they lots of options to suit everyones needs and budgets.This is a first/ground floor store and hence doesnt need elevators.They do have wheelchair assisted parking.

I purchased a bed frame at the Pinecrest, location. I had cash to pay, the store carried no change! The employee went to their personal car to get change & had none. In the end, I had to pay with my card! I was extremely frustrated. On the door it SHOULD state, “card and check only” if they do not carry cash there! Other than that, it’s an okay place.
