Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 8 years. I came in to inquire about bundling other family member lines, but was also was entertaining other promos from AT&T. Emily laid out all the rate plans for me and helped optimize a solution that saved me more money in the long run. She had a high degree of expertise and was expeditious in the process. Worst company ever. I was a customer, closed my account in October 2019, but received a bill for 200$ in December 2019. I was talking to a representative to make sure that everything’s clear and I don’t need to pay any extra, but that situation accrued. I visited the store, spoke to a manager, but no one was able to fix it. Just you need to pay and that’s it.Worst management, worst managers, worst quality of service. Never do business with them.

I have a new business account with many lines with Tmobile and I regret to be a Tmobile customer thanks to (( Emily with a horrible attitude )) she made me realized that my switch from ATT to Tmobile was NOT a good idea, she should be fired TODAY she belongs cleaning the windows not in front of any client. Great staff, I appreciate their patience with judgemental and specifically rude customers. Very lively with music and great energy. It’s very disrespectful to take a certain ethnic group or make robbing a bank synonymous with music that many people consider an art. Glad to have this store close to home.

For my trip through Florida I needed data for my phone. I think I only needed 5 minutes to get everything done. Really nice staff. Would recommend this shop anytime. Unfortunately I had some areas where I had bad or no signal. Some beaches (Manasota) and Orlando had very bad reception. In the everglades j had ZERO reception. Overall I had good experiences with T mobile.

Great experience, went in looking to get the new iPhone XR on a promotion they were running and was worried I might not be able to because I’m on their military plan but after the woman helloing me made some calls we were able to go through with the order. They do try and up sell you a little but that’s to be expected with a business. I’ll be back again.

#masculinitysofragile the rep helping us accused us of not trusting him when it was clear he had less technical knowledge than we had about a particular issue. When we politely asked whom we could speak with for technical help, he suggested calling the t mobile line but said, theyll just tell you the same thing Im telling you. Which was not at all true, as we knew in the store. He was totally defensive instead of helpful.

The service was great, so is the value of the cellular networ for the price offered. The place was being renovated and be ready for some line if it is sunday.

I bought my very first brand new Apple phone at this store for T-Mobile. Ive had other apple phones that were giving to me but never one straight from my carrier. I believe it was in December 2013, fast forward to 2016 May and I got a new phone since the phone I bought there froze while I was downloading my fitbit app. The phone ran out of charge and did not turn back on. I kept my old phone because it looked good. I read a blog which stated my phone might be frozen, I followed their instructions and I was able to make the old phone work. But to my surprise it had an activation lock with someone elses Apple ID.This took me aback because I was supposed to be the only person who used this phone. i got in contact with apple and they said all i needed was the receipt of purchase. I went to the store to find help, they informed me that tmobile doesnt keep records that far back. They were so rude to me and even blame me for not keeping my original receipt. T-Mobile and their stores need to be better phone carriers and keep their records. My iPhone 6s is the last product I buy from them. Beware of this place, hopefully you get brand new phone and not a use one with other peoples Apple IDs.
