Walked in and my son asked for the price on a pre owned PS4, the reply was ,i dunno ,you gotta check online . Whats the point of having a store if everyone just wants you to shop online . Makes it hard to feel bad for these shops when they get shutdown due to internet.

Great food and atmosphere

Not a fan of gamestop moving to general geek culture over videogames, but for the average console player, the staff was super friendly and helps with genuine clear answers if you need help on any console related stuff!

This place never answers the phone...and very limited supply of products. A 3/10 that’s being generous. The 8th street GameStop runs laps around it. It all starts with the managers.

My son loves this place lol. They havr many many gaming items in this little shop. Staff know the products well. It is located un bayside shopping area. Always a good visit to this place because it is by the ocean. If you walk few steps you will usually see the band. Every weekend they play music for donationss from the public. Can have cocktails and beers in any of the restaurants nearby.

It has all the games like most other GameStops however the problem was the fact that they limit their profits by not allowing kids to purchase the games they want and its terrible so make sure that when you go over there I guess you need to bring your parent because its not going to allow you to purchase certain games which is very stupid. The atmosphere is quite spacious with games all around it has a more less of a suede carpet and a nice fresh game smell to it.

This is a great place to get your game the people that work here are down to earth. They could answer your Question. And put to rest any Concerns you may have on On item or product youre going to buy. Just be mind for that you would be in line for a while this place does get pact alot. But it still good I buy all my games here.

Not a whole lot of products available and usually it’s cheaper to buy online from other stores. But it’s nice enough to kill some time/check some products I guess.

Bad company practices and bad customer service. GameStop only allows returns with receipts, which is fine, but if you lost your receipt the stores can’t even look up the receipt using your card. So the only time your receipt is printed is the day of purchase. How is a company not going to allow its employees and customers to look up past purchases and receipts!?

This place is full of it they literally hate keep items for themselves especially if its a sale happened to me several times I ask about something they clearly dont even know they have still put in the glass see its a good deal on it magically on hold go back a week or 2 later still there ask about it again magically on hold.

Very bad place to go,,,,they have a gorilla at store who push you to buy a warranty for $50

Horrible service. Staff is pushy and will try and will insult your choice of game console if its not not am xbone, PS4 or switch.Want better prices? Amazon. Brick and mortar store? Best Buy. They have better service and price match

Subpar experience at this location. Staff was not very helpful and a little rude. Seemed like they didnt want to work tonight. I’ll only give it an extra star because I got a good deal on a game.

I went for PlayStation 4 game. There was a lot of them. Good place for games

No wonder this place is going into the toilet. Over Christmas I purchased 4 blacklisted Verizon phones. Now they were showing clean in GS inventory but VZW showed each either stollen, with a balance or unable to activate. They dont have the stock the system shows.

Purchased a pre-owned switch and the people working there didn’t even do a full inspection. The left joy con was busted and didn’t stay in the slot and the stick drift was insane. Couldn’t find the receipt so I tried to return it using my card but you cannot do a return with just the card that you used to pay for it you have to have the receipt. Never going to shop at any game stop anywhere again.

Such a nice place full of varieties of games and accessories and with a fair price. Got some new releases there after the launch.

The games used to be cheaper. 3 years ago i would not leave a gamestop empty handed. But now, 38 bucks on an old used game is not a bargain. I will try again other day.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at the Biscayne Blvd location. Theyre friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Im not at all a fan, however, of paying $60 for a game only to be offered 10 bucks when I want to sell it back!

When I called for a used game they stated they had it, but when I show up they stated that it was a mistake and that they guess they dont because they cant physically find it now. Then as I ask to speak to the supervisor David tells me I am the manager, what up? with a really bad/sour attitude as if it were personal. The point here is that I called and came from a different Gamestop to save a buck to end up not saving a buck, spending more and receiving the worst costumer service. I wont be coming here again, ill stick to Amazon which now has 2 hour delivery.

Was put on hold for 25minutes just to get told something different about trading in a phone within 1 day they say they take the phone then the next they say they dont, they rip you off with trade ins or prices of games
