I had to get a new phone from this location. And the service was beyond helpful. Jackie. The young lady behind the counter. Was efficient and very helpful. With all my needs. I came back for a minor tech needs and once again. Very helpful. I will do all my phone e service needs here at this location. 5 stars

Would not allow me to exchange a defective item I’d bought. Returned within 7 days amd within the return window policy. Horrible customer service experience. Will never buy a T-Mobile product EVER AGAIN.

Definitely one of the most welcoming metropcs stores out there. I went with my brother to this Location and we were attended by Jackie. She’s such a sweetheart , has a positive attitude, very funny, and made sure we were satisfied everything we got. Jessica, who was there with Jackie, was also very kind funny and and helpful with everyone. I do recommend going to this location! Either go to Jackie or Jessica! Thank you for everything ❤️

Metro is truely a rip off. I have a phone that was used for the same line i just upgraded and switched my other line to the old phone and they charged me 50 dollars for both phones to be reactivated. I already owned one of the phones and the lines. Complete bs all they want is money. Lost my business forever.

Horrible service lady who answer the phone was very rude I can tell she is a very young age she didn’t not know how to communicate or use correct vocabulary, please review her customer service don’t allow for just anyone to pick up the phones and attend customer with that type of vocabulary she need better training and to read more books so her vocabulary changes horrible service

Customer service depends on who helps you! Most of the employees are kids who seem disappointed in life! They are slow, they have an attitude, and most of the time will not even look at you. I needed a phone to give out as a gift but to port a number, I had called the day before to the company and they said OK, no problem to port the number; however, the Spaniard kid in the store rudely said NO. I had been there before and a Colombian guy helped me and he is very nice and very customer service savvy, but overall this store is a no good. Go to the one on 1270 SW 8th St.

Customer service horrible. The 2 girls that were there were unprofessional, rude, attitude problems. I didnt even want to remember their names just so i can forget this experience. When i called too later ask a question in regards to my phone; one hung up, the other placed me on hold then hung up. Goes to show theyre unprofessional during their entire shift due to the fact that they are rude in person as well as over the phone.

These people only open whenever they want to. I went to this store three times during the past months and they are not open for the hours they say. They have a schedule on the door and it’s not even right. Or that schedule is wrong or they’re very late and not coming to work. I waited 40 minutes outside the other day for someone to come! I rather go somewhere else

My dauther Went to get a new triple IM and the lady charged for a service she did not give. So i went 10 min later to get the $ 15 refund for the extra service charger and the lady Told Me, They do not have refund policy even if They extra charged. Be carefulMy daughter went to buy a new triple IM and the girl I charge for a service she did not provide. I returned 10 minutes later to claim the refund and she told me they had no policy to refund allan although not made the service. Neither the receipt nor in the store have no notice of that policy.

Bad service no !!! Heavy attention to the public and very bad work. I go there because I stay close to my job but Im not going anymore. The last thing is that I go for 4 times and ask for an original iphone cable and charger .. and they only had copies .. they supposedly find one and when I get to my house I open the seal and it opens badly .. broken and dirty cable also in the box like new. Ive been calling for half an hour and they dont even answer the phone
