Best Optometrist in Miami without question.

If I would have to describe with one word my experience at Dr. Antoine Copty office, I would say: EXCELLENCEYesterday had the pleasure to meet with my new optometrist and I couldn’t be more happy to find a decent place with really nice and HONEST people. Dr. Copty is one of the nicest doctor I already met, he patiently explained to me the issue I was having with my eyes, he went beyond kindness and I didn’t have to pay for the eye deep exam which my Insurance was not covering.His staff was amazing, since the moment I arrived with my son they took good care and I even was amazed at their knowledge regarding eyes. I forgot the lady’s name but, wow, she was very knowledge and you would be surprised when regular staff assistant offer you such a complete service, not only assisting you in filling out the forms but also explaining the types of contact lenses and types of anomalies in your eyes. I was like: WOW 😯Finally they help me to choose my pair of eye glasses and I took more suitable and cute eyeglasses 🤓Overall: I was more than satisfied 🙌🏻♥️ and from now on Dr. Copty will be my eye doctor!

Dr. Copty and his staff were all wonderful to work with. Dr. Copty spent a great deal of time with me explaining how the eyes work and what was happening with mine. I learned a ton! When it came time to pick out a new glasses, each member of the team took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair, and I felt like everyone truly cared about my experience and my happiness. I would highly recommend this practice.

Nice people. Every employee was very kind and took their time to help me at my first visit even with my insurance troubles. Shout to to Star and dr. Ruiz for making everything go smoothly. Dr ruiz is very knowledgeable and was great at clarifying my concerns.

I was very impressed with Dr Copty. His knowledge, up to date equipment and overall skill in his profession. He did a great job on my prescription and has a nice selection of up to date glasses. I highly recommend going.

The staff and Dr. Copty are excellent in customer service, very informative and professional. Not to mention they have the latest equipment to help with any concerns regarding your vision. I am so glad to have chosen them for eye care and wear. Keep up the great work.

Office staff doesn’t get back to patients regarding their orders. Unprofessional follow up and when calling or sending emails they don’t get back to you.
