I was helped by the plumbing manager Juilo Cesar this was my first time attempting to change a toilet in myself he was so helpful explained how to do it and everything I would need. I rarely take the time to write any reviews but he was so helpful and knowledgeable that I had to give him a toke of my appreciation. Thank you again.

Do not waste your money buying kitchen counter tops and cabinets here. They do shotty work and the warranty only covers a year. Just enough time for it to mess up after. Spend your hard earned money else where.

The store is a bit messy although we came at night; some of the staff are customer oriented while others not. We had the opportunity to ask an associate for help -actually my husband- and at first she was a bit rude because she went like I dont speak Spanish therefore I had to talk to her. Since I was able to communicate with her, she became friendly and was very helpful with us.It would be nice if the store was better arranged and with products in stock

Home Services Online. As I don’t found any place where to file a complaint ( No this store) I don’t recommend to no body request this service. I was 4 months waiting for my sales consultant Sra Lilian Diaz to contact with my Board for my windows impact. Never happened, always waiting for an answer for clarification. I called and emailed to Customer Services, Home Services etc . Don’t respond. No body care . Finally I cancelled all . Don’t recommend any service online !!!!! Even orders

The worst experience ever. Lack of management, open road for people stealing, around 40 min waiting for some help at the self cashier and nobody helped(cashier malfunction), finally after 40 min, the person in charge Bedrick responded changing the roll papers from the register self check point and I could complete my transaction. Very disorganized and equipments to pay not working properly. The Home Depot in Miami 40 st SW is not a good place to go.

Update: POS answered the phone when I called asking for the package put the phone down and was heard laughing In the background saying “don’t answer the phone he’s going to give up”, and then hung up the phone. DO NOT SHIP TO THIS STORE, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICEHorrible customer service. Ordered an item for ship to store. It was suppose to arrived Monday it is now Thursday and they lost the item in the back. I went on Wednesday and I saw the screen and it said delivered and he plain lied to my face saying it isn’t here when I instantly showed him on my phone and said “my phone and your screen both said DELIVERED”. Today I called and the person shamelessly told me “we lost it come again tomorrow to see if we find it”. Don’t come here if you need something quick, they will not help you only make excuses, just buy off Amazon.

I was at this location for a new kitchen design and Eliana Mantilla helped me with the design. She was very professional, very helpful, very detailed with the kitchen design. I really recommend her.

Elisa and Cindy are incredible. Part of my order was not delivered as expected and Elisa searched high and low for me. She even went out of her way to contact FedEx to get a status update for me. She returned my call the same day just as she promised she would. When I called back Cindy picked up and Elisa was already off work and Cindy went above and beyond to call her even though her shift was over to get me answers. Elisa picked up and gave me a few options. These ladies are a class act and deserve to move up, to head of a department at the very least. They are so smart and were so nice and friendly. I can honestly say I will keep doing business with the West Dade store because of these ladies. In a man’s world, these ladies stood out and gave me the best service I have ever received from a retail store. We need more people like this in the world. Please reward them, they have more than earned it.

I went to Home Depot in search of tiles for my floor. I was so lost that I couldn’t even make up my mind on what to do. This is where Jessica Guanipa, one of the flooring specialists assisted me in finding the best tiles. Not only that but her customer service capabilities were truly outstanding. She went above and beyond her job when she really didn’t have to do any of that. I’ve worked in customer service before, and I know how hard it can be to fulfill the customers wishes. If you need any assistance in just anything, I really feel like you can count on Jessica and her exemplary service.

Very clean. The fastener section is always organized and you can always find the bolts you are looking for. The lumber section is especially useful, you can always trust them to saw your lumber to size. Like a number of Miami establishments, management exemplifies the quality of our city.Edit: adding two stars because there are many legit good staff here. But poor management and some unhelpful staff set the place back. For most things this place is okay and my go-to. The app SUCKS but thats not this locations fault. And yes, that first paragraph is sarcasm.

This Home Depot has made me give up on all Home Depots. Time and time again the associates have been short with me or condescending during my past few visits. I get treated very differently when I bring a man with me, even though I am the one that works on houses. Lately, I mostly have been using the curbside pickup area, so that I can avoid going inside because of how I get treated when I am alone. However, yesterday was the last straw. Not only did I wait about 25 to 30 minutes for the curbside pickup associates to help me, but I had to call into the store to tell them that I was outside because apparently the app and their system were not working on their end (this is the 2nd time that I have experience this). The person on the phone who assisted me was nice, but the associate that came to help me had a bad attitude about the whole thing. I had been patiently waiting the whole time; however, he was in a hurry. He did not let me count or check my order when I asked. He also broke off the backseat release knob in the trunk. I had previously picked up similar orders several times, so I already knew how much would fit in the car and what was not going to fit, but because he did not want to listen to my suggestion/warning about not pushing or jamming the bags of soil into the trunk he broke off the knob in the trunk. Then he just jammed the knob back in a hole and didn’t even apologize. The knob is broken and now I need to go get it repaired. I refuse to go back to any Home Depot ever again. This was the final straw. I have canceled all my pending curbside pickup orders and reordered the same items from Lowes instead. I rather drive an extra few minutes to Lowes than to deal with Home Depot ever again. Also, Lowes has curbside pickup and the same the exact prices for the majority of their items.

I like Home Depot for the most part and most of the time my experiences are great how ever there have been some like coconut grove and Hialeah that I stay away from like the plague the customer service lacks in the politeness area and usually you cannot find what you need when you go to all the other box store locations which I thought if one carried the particular product then all of them do and for the most part this is true except for these (2) locations if I were Corporate I’d make it my mission to pay attention to these locations

Very good location. I found everything I was seeking for and made not that big line on a Saturday morning. Only complaint is their parking lot is a mess.

The store was full, a bit disorganized, and would very little help from customer service, relative to the amount of people doing business. There is no curbside pickup at the store. You have to park your car and walk in to show ID and a receipt and then get your order. Dont expect the order to be ready, you will have to do some waiting.

This store has a front line assistant manager/head cashier that has a serious attitude problem.Ive heard countless complaints about her and she is still employed there🤔 I believe her name is Sharon.If you want a pleasant shopping experience stay away from her.

They have everything - but the place is always packed and the parking lot is way to small and crowded.

Item was not in stock however on HomeDepot website product showed in stock. The 5 star review is due to the associate who took their time to check top stock and the entire department looking for my $10 product. I really appreciated the extra effort in these busy days!

This particular Home Depot has been on a downward spiral for quite some time. Today, broke the camels back. I had to ask 5 employees for help, none of which understood English. Finally, upon finding someone who understood English, I was told what I was looking for is a special item only that needed to be ordered online. Funny thing is, I purchased the same item 2 weeks ago inside the dry same store. At the register, the card reader would not read my credit card. The machine asked me for a PIN number, I never use a PIN number on a credit card before. The cashier, in her half broken English, shrugged and told me she had to do what the machine said. I smiled, thanked her and walked out of the store without any of my items.I believe it may be a good idea for corporate to walk into this particular store as secret shoppers. It’ll likely never happen, Home Depot is apparently only looking out for their bottom line.I’m giving Lowe’s a spin, let’s see how that differs.

I want to inform the public how Home Depot ruined my Christmas. I placed an order to be delivered on the 13th signed and pay for it. The order was canceled no one was notify I wasnt notified the store wasnt notified the salesperson wasnt notified. I wasnt in till the date of delivery when the items didnt arrived. Now my plans are hosting a Christmas event in my home will be cancelled cant bring family and friends do to I dont have a kitchen. When I contacted the store hoping for some answers I was met with incompetency, bad service and promises they never follow through. I tried to contact the manager Guillermo Rebas annoyed Vale, never call me back. Lack of professionalism!!! I do not recommend Home Depot especially the store located on Bird road and 113th Ave. Theyre ruined my Christmas. .
