Rays the man! We just bought a new place and a big selling point was the beautiful white kitchen cabinets (done by Ray). But the previous owner skimped a little and left a lot of empty space in the kitchen which we wanted to put to better use. So we started shopping around at all the big cabinet shops but we held back because of the impossibility of matching different white materials.Then I finally got Rays contact info from the previous homeowner and I was ecstatic to see his prices were perfectly in-line with what the larger companies wanted for non-matching cabinets imported from China. So it was a no-brainer! Even better, Rays craftsmanship helped make it all look seamlessly integrated, which was not easy given the limitations imposed by the previous owners choices. Oh yeah, and he got the job done in two weeks, which is crazy in this current market!We have a few other projects in mind and Ray is definitely our go-to custom cabinet guy from now on!

Amazing work. We came in with a pretty beaten kitchen on a recently acquired apartment. We wanted to avoid the delays and hassle of dealing with new cabinets and permits. Reason is not Vision is in low demand, instead long hours - as seen in the weekends of work he put in our unit. Great person, likable and reliable. This company did a beautiful work on our kitchen cabinets. We needed to update them with a more modern look. We were changing the oven and they had to look for a corner solution so existing cabinet base and oven handle would not run into each other, which they did without losing cabinet space. They were very helpful, organized, worked with neatness and complied with the timeframe they offered before starting the job. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have to rave about Visions and the terrific job they have done on new and refaced kitchen cabinets. This is the third kitchen that Visions has done for me. Ray is a real problem solver, extremely helpful in figuring out sizes of appliances that will fit and look best. His cabinet work is top notch, increasing the value of both my unit and the two that I own and rent out to tenants. One of my tenants had a kitchen fire and Ray installed new cabinets and refaced old ones to match. I am so happy with the work. I enjoyed working with Ray and Tim. The work on ym kitchen was performed one week earlier than scheduled and Ray and Tim did an outstanding job refacing my cabinets in a glossy sturdy white panel with small lip chrome pulls. The work was completed withon one week and when I asked them to return to caulk one tiny place on the floor they made no issue and returned promptly to fix the caulking on the floor. This is unheard of in Miami--I have had my share of overpriced and underperforming contractors--so glad I found a decent honest company. From the day Ray came over to take measurements, thru fabrication and then installation, the entire process took less than 3 weeks and the outcome is spectacular. My wife and I recently moved into a condo in Miami Beach. The kitchen layout was fine but the cabinet doors were worn out and the hardware was on its last legs. So we decided to do a cabinet reface instead of a full renovation. We found Visions online and gave them a call. We were able to schedule an appraisal appointment with its owner – Ray - right away. He arrived as scheduled and spent 2+ hours with us, talking about the current kitchen, some of its challenges, and then making initial measurements. The proposal came that evening and we were pleasantly surprised as the job not only entailed the refacing and new cabinet doors and hardware but the building of new drawers and pullouts as well. He also would be installing a new microwave and its accompanying trim kit. We accepted the proposal and set a start date. During the interim days, Ray came by to fine-tune his measurements two more times for an additional 4.5 – 5 hours. He also made sure our condo management had all the requisite paperwork. When the start date came, Ray and his crew – Ralph and Tim – were here on time. They completed their work in 4+ days (as promised) and we couldn’t be happier. It was as good as we could’ve imagined. Ray is a problem solve, knows his craft, and his attention to detail is quite impressive. There were many instances where he had to make adjustments to his plan and each time, he made good things happen. He listened to our concerns and worked our suggestions into the final result. My wife discovered that one of the pullouts he installed wasn’t to her liking so she called Ray (during the weekend), explained the situation, and he took care of the rest. It was ready to roll on Monday. He also came over to fix a small problem with a drawer slide a couple of weeks after installation. Ray has a good crew – they were respectful and hardworking. A good team. And a clean team. If you are considering a kitchen refacing or a complete kitchen redo, Ray at Visions should be seriously considered. We can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks Ray! UPDATE - Its been one month since Ray and the crew completed the work in our home. The oven we ordered approximately 3 month ago was delivery and installed today (finally). We recently purchased a condo that had a very ugly navy blue kitchen with cabinets that opened vertically. My husband wanted to replace all the cabinets but I thought it would be easier and less expensive to replace only the doors with a horizontal open. This is the worst ever experience to get a job done. We started in August 2018. Today is January 2020. He never follows a time frame, irresponsive, and never completed the job! The last time we saw the guy was March 2019. He is not replying to calls or messages. It was my fault, I gave him the last installment before everything was full and complete. There was only few things to do for few hours jobs and I thought he would come. he promised to come in two days and finish. This was it, 9 months ago! His cabinets are good quality, BUT be careful and be aware of his irresponsiveness, delays and risks

We needed to upgrade our kitchen and, if possible, add some additional cabinets for storage. Visions Furniture was a perfect choice for us. They took a dark, outdated kitchen and turned it into a modern, bright kitchen. All this was done by Visions. Once we hired them, we sat back and let them do the job. They coordinated the work with the company making the new quartz top, installation a new dishwasher, built-in microwave and cooktop and, if not for some delays on the delivery of parts, had everything completed within 2 weeks. On a scale of 1-5, they deserve an 6. We highly recommend them.

Ray and his team were phenomenal! I cant tell you how much we love our new kitchen - which he build over the existing cabinets and counter top. We spent months picking the right vendor for this project and we could not be more pleased with the results. Everything was custom - from the drawers to the side panels. And he helped us pick exactly the right color for our renovation. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was extraordinary. The team was professional and great to work with. The installation only took a week. You could not make a better choice.

Just had cabinet refacing done for a pretty sizable kitchen. Started by getting a quote at Home Depot and then decided to go straight to the expert. Ray was thousands of dollars less than Home Depot, returned calls promptly, started the work when he said he would, finished on time and on budget, and our cabinets look FANTASTIC. I couldnt be happier or give a higher recommendation. Just a great experience all around.

I remodeled my kitchen after putting it off for years. I only wish I would have done it sooner. Ray came by twice to take measurements then I went to their factory to pick out materials. It couldnt have gone smoother. Ray was able to answer any questions and address any concerns before installation. Once installation started, I was shocked how quickly it went. The old cabinets were removed in one day and the new, custom cabinets were installed in just a few days. Ray and his partner Tim are true professionals. We have never written a contractor review before so it takes a pretty legendary performance to make that happen.So lets be clear, finding Ray Lafauci (Visions) was a stunning piece of good fortune. They really dont make contractors like Ray and Tim any more. These guys are very old school- they will not leave your job until they and you are satisfied that their work is perfect. But that is only part of the story. They came to our house in Weston determined to make our project happen. These guys are professionals in every sense-they arrive thoroughly prepared, they think through solutions on the spot and they do not take short cuts. What they tell you that you are going to get, you get (or better). We have never experienced less stress in a home improvement project-they know what they are doing and just get on with it. They co-ordinate with everyone else involved and do not allow them to cut corners either. Even though it was not part of their job, on a number of occasions, without charge, they also fixed things that previous contractors had done incorrectly and installed appliances that they could reasonably have left to the manufacturer to install.And what about the results? Everyone who has seen our transformed kitchen has been heaping praise on these guys. It is simply stunning. They truly deliver the Wow factor.Their charges are very reasonable but their performance levels are well above the norm. Ray offered us design advice from start to finish. He found us a trusted third party, International Granite (also excellent), to complete the countertop work and even found us the stunning quartz we ended up using. He and Tim have years of experience that is translated into superior attention to detail and exceptional pride of workmanship and organization. How many contractors spend their own time relentlessly looking through coffee machine and microwave drawer specs until they find one that can be adapted to your unique space? How many contractors have the smarts to improvise a novel way to get you what you want? Their energy levels and work rates are truly phenomenal-they started on time, finished on time and worked tirelessly every day. And, incredibly, they do not delegate-you get them and only them (not some inexperienced novice or subcontractor) from first base to wrap-up.So, if you want a genuinely AAA+ kitchen remodeling, refacing or installation experience, hire these guys. You wont find anyone better at what they do or better value for the money. Not even close

Ray did some refacing and custom cabinets for us. I told him what we wanted and they came out better then we thought they would. We are more then pleased with how the job came out and looks. The pricing was excellent and never questioned it. If I’m comfortable with thinking I’ll be happy I’ll pay what they want.Called him back and asked if he would be interested in doing our kitchen also. Some refacing and some new construction. We made an appointment and he came back. We tossed some ideas around and he said he would put some stuff together and call us in a week or so. Well he never called back even after I sent him several messages.Never did the kitchen at that time but we were in high speed to do some major renovations.We contacted Ray back to see if he wanted to do the kitchen. He came out and went through the whole thing again. This time we want a total rip out and start over. He used his tape measure and note pad. He left and we never heard from again.He just can’t say the job is to big as he only wants too put a bandaid (reface) on your old cabinets.

I had written a review as a 5 star review after our cabinets were finished, but now after over a year, I am revising my review. After the installation of the custom cabinets and the refaced cabinets everything looked great.We were told how to care for the refaced cabinets and followed it. One year after the job, I noticed the laminate coming off in several places which were not due use. Even the some of the corners of the laminate on the custom cabinets was starting to come off as well. I had contacted the owner letting him know and he asked I send photos and then said would come by the following week. It didnt happen. I contacted him two more times and he said he would come by. That happened two more times. The last time he asked if I would be home that Saturday, but gave no time. I stayed home the entire day and he didnt show nor did he contact me. I then texted him and asked when I could expect him and no response. Quite disappointing to say the least.

We hired visions to update two bathrooms by refacing cabinet and drawer fronts and cabinet sides, replacing old thermafoil with solid wood. Ray and his master cabinetmaker, Tim, did a fantastic job. The new, all wood door and drawer panels are beautiful and the bathrooms look like new. Dealing with Ray was a pleasure - He is professional and a perfectionist in his work. The price was fair, not cheap, but our bathrooms look like they cost far more than they did and we feel that we got more than our moneys worth. When I see so many 5 star reviews I get suspicious, as many vendors are hiring services to write phony reviews, so I meet with the vendor to form my own opinion. Prior to hiring Visions, I met with several other companies, and they put me off because of their time frames or methods. For example, one contractor told me that he would not reface the front of the cabinet because the door, when closed, would hide original white face.I went to Rays shop and saw that he and Tim were more than refacers, they are also cabinet makers. This turned out to be crucial, because my cabinets had some water damage sections that needed to be replaced. As cabinet makers, they were able to fabricate these pieces, something which less skilled workers could not.When the job was finished, my wife and I were very pleased. We upgraded with new drawers and pullouts, so the cabinets look and function better than original.
