Terrible Service. Terrible Product. This is a good bed if you don’t need to sleep in it every night, because if it malfunctions then the whole bed deflates and you have a big hole to sleep in. Then you have to deal with customer service for 2 days before they schedule a technician 10 days later. This is the worst company ever. I have no idea how they made it this far. Do NOT BUY

Very helpful salesman and we have decided to purchase a bed from them but must get another in the interm, from a store, because we have to order the one we liked the best. So the bed we use temporarily will go into the guest room when our bed arrives.

I came to this store over others because of its Google Reviews. I can say I was not disappointed. Susej was patient, knowledgeable, and able to conduct herself constantly going back and forth between English and Spanish to include my in-laws who were with us. I would highly recommend coming to this store to anyone interested in exploring their mattress options.

It was great. The associate who helped us was very warm, friendly, and informative. We didnt feel pressured to make a purchase, and the store was set up so we could get a good feel for which mattress was best for us. Though I was disappointed not to be able to try the memory foam mattress.

Scam!! Beware of Sleep Number return policy! We loved our experience in this store, Jicole and Daisy were very sweet and patient with our interest in sleep number. They are very knowledgeable and convinced us to give it a shot. What they didn’t warn us about was a $212 disassemble fee to return this awful air mattress! After 30 day trial we decided to return it as it did not meet our expectations! Felt like an air mattress with a pillow top, now I have terrible back pain. When I called customer service today they refused to return the delivery/set up fee of $212 (understandable) but then told us we’re going to be charged $212 to have it removed!!!! Wish we would’ve been warmed about this! Now I’m out $424 and suffering from a bad back! lesson learned!!!! You have been warned!!

We were greeted by knowledgeable staff and got just the right amount of attention despite the store being busy. All of our questions about the ILE model were answered and the sale price was exactly as advertised. We closed the deal on the spot and are waiting for delivery to our home approximately 10 days after purchase. I highly recommend them.
