Terrible customer service. Employees do not know their own promotions or pricing. The owner does not know how to talk to people and even had an attitude with us while trying to overcharge us for their mistake. Completely misleading, lack of preparation, and an unfortunate customer experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to avoid the headache. I would give this place a 0 star if possible.

5 years ago had made a purchase and was satisfied, this time tried them again and once again I am happy with my decision. Great Service highly recomended, I was able to purchase my new mattress during this uncertain times. Thank you Mari for all your help.

I bought a bed from Mattress House a little over a year ago and I loved the people there. My mother also bought a bed with me that day. They were so helpful and patient even though we did kind of get there almost towards closing time. So far both beds are holding up GREAT! I gotta stop by and bring you guys lunch! Excellent service. Excellent product. This is our second Tempurpedic mattress that we buy here. Had no issues with the first and I am sure will have no issues with this second one. And price could not have been better. We do our homework and MattressHouse gives excellent prices to the public. I highly recommend them.

We purchased a mattress set at MattressHouse in April, 2018:A WONDERFUL experience, and a great product!We purchased an adjustable, dual (split-king), foam mattress that wed been shopping for in the Miami, Florida area. When we saw a local TV ad for MattressHouse, we decided to check it out! We were pleasantly surprised with the broad selection and quality of memory foam mattresses. We never felt pressured and were encouraged to try out several different mattresses with the sales staff giving information on the differences of each.We were given excellent service, and pricing that beat the competition.Our purchase was delivered and set up as promised.Based on our positive experience with MattressHouse, we gladly recommend this business to others.

We paid in full for our mattress they said we would get it in 10 working days, its been 13 working days and now they dont answer the phone. Can I give zero stars? Update: someone finally called me back and said the place that makes the beds was running behind and it would get to us next Thursday, that he would give us $100.00 back to compensate for the delay. 18 working days later the bed did arrive at 6:30 pm. They brought the wrong size legs 13 and 3/4 inches high (the legs) we had ordered smaller legs, these legs make the actual top of the mattress over 36 inches off the ground, my mom sitting on the bed cannot reach the floor, the mattress cover and the pillows we paid for did not arrive, my mother called and the office and this guy Felix said he did not have time for this to call him tomorrow. My son took my mother today to pick up the cover and the pillows and to let them know the legs on the bed were too high. This guy Felix said the $100.00 was a store credit which could be used to have the legs changed next week. They were the ones that messed up. I had advised my mother before the purchase that she should try a reputable company but she insisted on this one, really bad choice. Lets see when they actually show up with the right legs for the bed. Update 10/15/18 still no new legs for the bed and no money.

Worst experience ever. They only care to make you pay for the mattress and then you are basically in their hands. When asked if I could change my mind and cancel the order they told me that they might charge me over $300 at least if not much more. When asked them how long it would take to get the mattress delivered the answer was that could not tell me until I pay for it. They do not fulfill what they promise. Blame factory every single time for the delays on delivery of mattress. Took more than 10 business days, promised 5 to 7 working days.I learned my lesson, next time I will go to a larger company not a street corner one. Avoid the headache, do your research, there are many other options (same mattress) and at the end the pricing is basically the same.

Bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress a few years back ,and it continues to be the best mattress weve ever slept on. About a year later we purchased another Tempur-Pedic for our daughter, who raves about and loves her bed as much as we love ours. We were satisfied with management and/or sales personnel on both occasions.

You have to be careful, with that house they sell you a product they tell you that you can change it but that is with the producer and then they do not change anything and I have to throw away the mattress and buy a new one, better go to a serious house, no I bought it there ...
